[UPDATE] Known Issues: September 26, 2017
Greetings, Saviors. We are currently aware of the following issues. We will keep you updated on further procedures. 1) Players unable to use their Active Player Event Equipment Vouchers Players have reported that they are unable to use the following equipment vouchers obtained from the Active Player Event: Guess to Impress. 1 = Savior's Top Voucher (14 Days) x1 2 = Savior's Accessory Voucher (14 Days) x1 3 = Savior's Bottom Voucher (14 Days) x1 4 = Savior's Accessory Voucher (14 Days) x1 5 = Savior's Boots Voucher (14 Days) x1 6 = Savior's Accessory Voucher (14 Days) x1 7 = Savior's Gloves Voucher (14 Days) x1 Due to this issue rather than choosing a weapon, you will now be able to obtain all of the event equipment items for the same 30 day period from the Event Notice Board. 2) Wheel-Chair Zombie Summons We are aware that summoned Wheel-Chair Zombies are not rendering correctly. 3) Members of certain guilds being unable to login. We're aware of and are looking into the issue where members of certain guilds being unable to login. Please send us a ticket stating your guild name and your lastreplay file from the replay folder in your release folder. Please let us know via Support Ticket if you are experiencing other problems. When reporting issues, please be as detailed as possible. Screenshots, character/team/server/class details and timestamps would be greatly appreciated. The more information we have on a specific issue, the quicker it will be resolved.

Total Open Count Obtainable Rank 1~70 C~SSS 71~120 B~SSS 121~149 A~SSS 150 S~SSS Important - Character under level 50 cannot spin the Roulette. - Daily acquisition limit resets every 6 AM EST. - [Event] Goddess' Roulette Coin can be obtained up to 2000 during the event period. - Please be aware that users who received the Stamp tour reward before the scheduled maintenance on October 13 cannot receive Roulette coins from the Stamp tour anymore. - Please be aware that the maintenance on October 10 might start earlier than usual due to the server merge. We recommend consuming all Roulette Coins before October 10.
[UPDATE] Guild Event with Special Rewards!
Greetings, Saviors! We got ready 3 types of New Guild Events for New worlds and Original worlds saviors! Please check the following details of events. [1. Grow Your Guild] Period FROM the scheduled maintenance on February 25, 2020 TO the scheduled maintenance on May 12, 2020 Who can Participate - All guilds in the Growth Support Server How to Participate STEP 1. Gather 10 or more guild members and reach the Guild Level 8 before the scheduled maintenance on May 12, 2020. STEP 2. Complete any Guild Quests 12 times within the event period. The Guild Quests are available up to 3 times a week and the Guild Quest attempt count resets at maintenance every Tuesday. - Please be advised that only 3 Guild Quests per week will be counted for the event. Boruta will count as 3 Guild Quests by itself, but the clear count will not exceed 3 even if the guild with 1 or 2 counts beforehand clears Boruta. STEP 3. The guilds which completed STEP 1 and STEP 2 will receive Guild Quest One Entry Box x1 and Guild Mileage Box x1 via Guild Storage after the event on the scheduled maintenance on May 19, 2020. (If guild members are less than 10, the reward will not be given.) - Guild Quest One Extry Box will grant Guild Quest One Entry Voucher x30. - Guild Mileage Box will grant Guild Mileage: 200 x50. Important - All items except the Guild Mileage: 200 are untradable and untransferrable. The Guild Mileage: 200 is untradable but can be transferred via team storage. - You can check how many Guild Quests you have cleared at the Guild Tower. The following 2 events will be started after merge. The following event is the follow-up event for new guilds from new worlds. Please check the following details for participation. [2. New Guilds from New Worlds] Period From the scheduled maintenance on 19 May, 2020 TO the scheduled maintenance on 30 June, 2020 * Servers will be merged on 12 May, 2020. Who can Participate - New guilds from New worlds. 10 or more guild members from the New Worlds have to participate in the mission room. - However, the count will be stacked only when 5 or more guild members from the New Worlds participates in the Guild Quest. (This also applies to the Guild Quests held by Guilds from the New Worlds) How to participate - Accumulated numbers that clear the guild quest and clear Boruta guild mission. - If the guild clears the quest, the numbers will be accumulated automatically. - When clear the quest, you need 5 guild members or more. - If you do not follow the above rule, it won't be counted, even though you clear the guild quest with difficulty. - You can check how many times you cleared the quests by the guild tower. - The number of cleared guild quests of the event will be counted maximum 3 times a week and it will be reset every Tuesday during on our scheduled maintenance. - Boruta mission of the event will be counted maximum a time a week. - Cautious: Clear one Boruta mission means clear 3 guild missions. One boruta mission is same as 3 guild missions. How to receive the Rewards - After end of the event, we will send you the rewards to your guild storage during on the next scheduled maintenance. How to know the Status of Participation - After clearing the guild quest with the above conditions, you can check the numbers through the guild tower. Rewards Stage 1. If you clear the guild mission, one Challenge Reset Mega Box and Awakening Box S Rank will be given to the guild storage. The more clears become the more rewards in guild storage! Clear Guild missions Rewards Scale 1 X 1 3 X 2 5 X 3 7 X 4 9 X 5 Stage 2. If you clear the boruta mission, you will get 5 Boruta's Pouches: Guild and 3 Boruta Seal Boxes: Guild. In this case, you can not clear any missions more.

All servers are now online. Sorry for the delay. Please, let us know if you are having the connection issue via Support Ticket Greetings, Saviors. There are good news and bad news. The good news is that Fedimian, Telsiai and Varena servers (EU & SEA) are back on as previously announced. i.e. 06:00 EDT October 11th. However, Klaipeda, Orsha and Silute servers (NA & SA) will undergo maintenance extension. These servers will be back on as soon as possible. We apologize for any and all inconveniences this extension might have caused.

Strategies and Tips Honor Rewards Five minutes after the end of the session, members of the winning guild can retrieve the following honor rewards at the Expedition Merchant NPC in the Guild Hangout, according to the Spot Area seized. Spot Area Rewards Genar Field Black Champion Costume Conqueror Armband Aqueduct Bridge Area Black Champion Costume Baron Allerno Black Champion Costume Note: - These rewards can be collected until the start of the next GTW session. - The items will include a time limit according to how much time is left until the next session. Tariff Collection After the end of each GTW session, the winning guilds can accumulate and collect tariff funds from cities and the Market, according to the Spot Area seized. 1) City Tariffs Each Spot Area corresponds to a city where local tariffs can be adjusted by the owning guild. The higher the tariff rate, the larger the amount collected. Here is the list of cities and the Spot Areas they correspond to. Genar Field Baron Allerno Aqueduct Bridge Area Klaipeda Orsha Fedimian Each guild can adjust their city’s tariff rates under the GTW benefits section of the Guild window (combat tab). The automatic default rate is 10%, and you can adjust it to any number between 0% and 20%. Note: - City tariff rates can be adjusted only by the guild master or members with the corresponding authority. - After adjusting a rate, it can only be adjusted again after 1 hour. - Rates cannot be adjusted from 1 hour before the start of a GTW session until 5 minutes after it ends. - If a Spot Area’s owning guild changes after the end of the session, the corresponding city’s tariff rate resets to the default (10%). - No tariff rates (0%) apply to members of the owning guild within the corresponding city. When the standard rate of 10% is applied to a city, regular players see no change to their Silver spending, compared to how much they would spend before this system was introduced. The change happens when the rate is set below or above 10%, which in turn reduces or increases Silver prices (and the amount accumulated for the owning guild) accordingly. Since the standard is 10%, if a guild applies a tariff rate of 0% (minimum rate) to their city, a transaction that would normally cost 10,000 Silver will now cost 10% less (9,000 Silver) to any regular player, and the amount accumulated for the owning guild from that transaction will be 0. At a tariff rate of 10% (default rate), a transaction that would normally cost 10,000 Silver will continue to cost 10,000 Silver for a regular player, with 10% of that amount (1,000 Silver) accumulated as part of the tariff for the owning guild. If the guild has set a tariff rate of 20% (maximum rate), a transaction that would normally cost 10,000 Silver will now cost 10% more (11,000 Silver) for a regular player, with 20% of that amount (2,000 Silver) accumulated as tariff funds for the owning guild. Tariff funds are accumulated starting 5 minutes after the end of the GTW session, until the end of the next session. These tariffs apply to Silver spent by players who are not members of the owning guild within the corresponding city in the following transactions. Item Merchant: item purchases Equipment Merchant: weapon and armor purchases Accessory Merchant: accessory purchases Companion Trader: companion adoption, companion food purchases, companion training Blacksmith: repairs, recipe purchases, socket addition, gem extraction, identification, item dismantling, weapon appearance changes (if the potential loss prevention option is ON) Storage: Team Storage expansions Geraldas Family: gem purchases Magic Association: item purchases Fishing Manager: item purchases Teliavelis: item purchases, seal enhancement Appraiser Master: identification Tariff rates do not apply to Silver spent in the following transactions: - Warps - Class-specific supply purchases - Guild foundation - Etchings - Personal Storage transactions 2) Market Tariffs Guilds who own a Spot Area can also receive a set percentage of the Silver spent on Market fees (both registration and sale fees). Funds accumulated through these tariffs are calculated on a weekly basis. Genar Field Baron Allerno Aqueduct Bridge Area Market tariff 4% 3% 3% Market tariffs apply starting 5 minutes after the end of a GTW session, until the end of the next session. 3) Tariff Fund Distribution Accumulated tariff funds can be viewed under the GTW benefits UI (Guild window), and distributed to your guild members for one week after they are received. E.g. if the GTW session takes place on the 10th, tariff funds will accumulate for 1 week until the 17th, and they can only be distributed during the week after that (until the 24th). Note: - The amount designated as tariff funds includes both city and Market tariffs. - The list will update 1 hour after the end of the GTW session. - Only the guild master or members with the corresponding authority can distribute funds. - Funds left undistributed one week after they are received will be automatically deleted and cannot be recovered. - If the guild is disbanded, any funds left undistributed will be automatically deleted and cannot be recovered. - All logs related to funds received and distributed are kept in the ‘Records’ tab. 4) Retrieving Distributed Funds Guild members who receive part of the funds when they are distributed will see an alert message appear on the screen that allows them to retrieve their allocated amount. Note: - The alert will appear to all of your characters for as long as you have funds left to retrieve. - After the funds are distributed, you have 14 days to retrieve them (if not retrieved, the funds are automatically deleted and cannot be recovered). - Retrieved funds are sent to the inventory of the character that receives them. - If you abandon your guild, any funds left to be retrieved will be automatically deleted and cannot be recovered.

Processing Trade Restrictions
Greetings, Saviors! We continue to process accounts which have been restricted from trading functions. We will be returning each account to its normal state after our evaluation of it is complete and all affected items have been seized. Players whose accounts have been returned to their normal state (without trading restrictions) will receive an alert via GM message in their respective in-game lodge. Special compensation for players to whom DPK-related restrictions were applied will be provided after all the remaining accounts have been processed (this excludes players deemed to have committed serious offenses, who will not be receiving compensation).
