[Fan Art Festival] Rank Update: 4 New Classes Edition
Greetings Saviors! This time around the Fan Art Festival theme is… Rank Update: 4 New Classes Edition! A lot has changed in TOS with the latest Rank update: new classes, new features... Show us your interpretation of your favorite new class, whether it be Matador, Shadowmancer, Bullet Marker or Zealot. It’s up to you! All we want to see is how you envision our new classes. We will be accepting submissions from now until Jan 10th 00:00 EST. From Jan 10th 02:00 EST until Jan 12th 00:00 EST voting will commence. PRIZES INCLUDE: 500 TP + A Surprise Gift + In-Game Title (“New Class Artist”) + Your art as an in-game loading screen (Prizes will be given out during the scheduled maintenance on Jan 16th. The surprise gift will be the next costume to appear in the Goddess' Blessed Cube). Similar to the previous festival, a total of 13 pieces will be chosen. - 7 pieces will be picked by User Vote by receiving the most "Likes" by the Forum Users. - 6 pieces will be personally picked by Staff (after users have voted). HOW TO ENTER: Log into the TOS Official Forum and upload your art to the Fansite / Fan Art Category. The title of your post should start with “[SUBMIT]” and should include the name of your piece. Inside your post, make sure to write the Title, Your Server Name, and Team Name plus a short description about your art. When the submission period ends, an official voting thread with all the works of art will be created by the Staff. Only the "likes" received in this official thread will be counted as user votes. Art Requirements: Format: JPG/PNG/PSD Size: 1920*1080px, 300dpi The art must be related to the theme Acceptable mediums: - Illustration - Comic panels - An image that utilizes in-game screenshots or material. - Real-life photography, or images that utilize such, will not be accepted - Please note: We will exclude votes cast by forum accounts that shared the same IP addresses after reviewing the accounts. The results of the user vote are a reflection of this change. Policies and Disclaimers imcGAMES will not be held responsible for (a) any contest disruptions, injuries, losses or damages, caused by events beyond the control of imcGAMES; (b) damages caused by plagiarized work submitted by the artist; or (c) inconvenience caused by human error or typographical errors in the rules or promotional material. Compensation for Teams Deleted during TOS W Merge
Greetings Savior, We would like to announce the measures that will be taken to compensate the users that had their team deleted from [SEA] Telsiai during the [Tree of Saviors W] server merge. Please refer to the following announcement for the details of the policy. Target - Users who have teams on more than one of the target servers (SEA, KR, JPN) that have applied for team recovery Period After the Scheduled maintenance on April 25, 2023 ~ June 6, 2023 23:59 (KST) Category Details Period # The team recovery will be conducted in four phases. 1st Request: After the Scheduled maintenance on April 25, 2023～May 2, 2023 23:59 (KST) → Recovered on May 9, 2023. 2nd Request: May 2, 2023～May 8, 2023 23:59 (KST) → Recovered on May 15, 2023. 3rd Request: May 10, 2023～May 16, 2023 23:59 (KST) → Recovered on May 23, 2023. 4th Request: May 17, 2023～June 6, 2023 23:59 (KST) → Recovered on June 13, 2023. Procedure Category Details Overview # For a limited period, users who have teams on more than one of the target servers and would like to move their teams that were not included in the integration will be able to do so. # The recovered team will be moved to a separate Steam account from the one you're using. ※ We are unable to transfer multiple teams to the same account. Please create a new Steam account separate from your current account before contacting us. ※ When deleted teams are recovered, data regarding the connection between accounts cannot be recovered. (ex; guilds, friends, likes, etc.) Procedure 1. Create a new Steam account separate from your current Steam account 2. Access Tree of Savior with your newly created Steam account and create a new team ※ The newly created team is a temporary team for identification during the process. After the recovery is complete, they will be deleted and replaced with the existing team information that will be recovered. ※ The name of the newly created team will be applied. 3. Others # If you have Premium TP on more than one server - The premium TPs on all servers are summed and transferred. - This will reset any Premium TP that the additional recovered team originally had, and they will not have any Premium TP when they recover to their new Steam account. ※ Integration policies and other details can be changed in the future.
Regarding the recent suspension of players
Greetings, Saviors. The event exploit we posted an announcement about previously is still under investigation and the final decision regarding to the matter have not yet been made. We wanted to let you know that the players who have been banned have only been banned temporarily while our team confirms and fixes the issue. A miscommunication within imcGAMES caused the misleading answers to tickets, which informed players that the bans given out were permanent. We have a strict set of regulations that we follow prior to issuing a permanent ban, which requires our staff to identify the issue with close scrutiny. We sincerely apologize to the players who have been affected by the confusion caused by the miscommunication between our staff members. We are working hard to resolve and correct the issue at hand and to provide a satisfactory solution to all players affected by this issue. Once again, we offer our sincerest apologies to all Saviors who we have confused over the issue.

Temporary Maintenance Notice - July 13, 2018
Greetings, Saviors. We will soon perform a short maintenance for ALL SERVERS in order to carry out the following: 1) Fix the server instability issues that occurred following the July 10 maintenance by expanding and adjusting the server's equipment accordingly. 2) Correct the incorrect item (Megaphone, 14 days) listed in the Uphill Defense Shop to 6-Star Gem Abrasive. This maintenance is expected to take place on the following schedule: [EDT] 02:00 to 04:00 [BRT] 03:00 to 05:00 [CEST] 08:00 to 10:00 [SGT] 14:00 to 16:00 Note that this maintenance will affect ALL SERVERS.
