Party EXP Bonus Icon Removed from UI
Greetings, Saviors! We’ve been receiving some reports recently about missing party EXP bonus in dungeon/mission auto-matched parties. We would like to assure you that, while the EXP bonus icon no longer appears in the Character Info window, it is applying correctly as intended, meaning your characters are still receiving the EXP bonus every time you run a dungeon/mission in an auto-matched party. We offer our apologies for the misunderstanding and remind you to send in a ticket via our Support page if you run into any other issues. Thank you.
Lovely Rolly Polly: SUGAR HIGH for the 3rd week
Are you having fun with ToS, Saviors? Finally it's the 3rd week of the SUGAR HIGH has passed. We were really wondering about the result of the SUGAR HIGH! How's the ranking compare to the last week? Let's see it together! Boruble is still keeping his 1st position firmly and Nemoken, who rushed up last week, wern't able to show as much spirit this week! No changes in ranking so far! But it ain't over till it's over! Lovely Rolly Polly Event will end tomorrow during on our scheduled maintenance! We are looking forward to your many supports till the end!
[UPDATE] Known Issue: November 18, 2020
Greetings, Saviors! The following issues have come to our attention. - The Harvest Festival: Grow a sapling of your own! event is currently ongoing unlike it was announced on the event page. We will re-address the issue after solving it. → The issue has been fixed. Please re-login to solve the issue. If you re-log into the game, the planted seeds will be harvested after 1 minute and the fixed reward will be given. (Please refer to the modified event page.) We will send 10 [Event] Blessed Seed to the Mail Box. Please receive the item within 1 week, until November 25, 2020. - Some of the Skill Balance content of the future updates was included in the patch note on November 16-17. We have modified the misguided contents and we apologize deeply for the inconvenience. [UPDATE]- The 'damage increases by 25%' in the tooltip of Sauk Savinose Dysnai Leather Armor is currently misguided as 'healing increases by 25%'. The actual effect of the Armor is applied as 'damage increases by 25%' and the tooltip will be corrected during the scheduled maintenance next week on November 24, 2020. [RESOLVED] Issues Detected on the 'Varena' Server
[RESOLVED] There was a temporary issue with the [SEA] Varena server and has since been resolved. You should have no issues when attempting to login to the server. Please note that this is a separate incident from the [SA] Silute server connection issues which has also since been resolved. Our apologies for the inconvenience. Greetings, Saviors. We are aware that the 'Varena' server has instability issues. As such, we are investigating the problem and will make another announcement as soon as possible.
