Greetings Saviors, The following issue has come to our attention: - Growing Together Sprout Shop and the players' Sprout items removed from the game The devs are aware of the issue and all Sprouts removed will be restored along with appropriate compensations with a temporary maintenance, the details of which will be announced later through our event pages. MAINTENANCE COMPLETE: [SEA] Telsiai and [SEA] Varena are back up and you can access these servers again. Greetings, Saviors. We will be performing a 2 hour-long maintenance on our [SEA] Telsiai and [SEA] Varena servers on May 10, 2017. Maintenance is expected to take place during the following period: [EDT] 01:00 to 03:00 / [SGT] 13:00 to 15:00 (May 10, 2017) Note that this temporary maintenance will only affect the [SEA] servers, Telsiai and Varena. We will update this announcement after maintenance is complete. Thank you for understanding.

Period From March 23, 2021 at EST 00:00 To April 11, 2021 at EST 23:59 Who can Participate - All saviors How to Participate STEP 1. Go to the event post uploaded on Facebook. [Link] STEP 2. Leave a comment in the post. - The comment must include the following: 1) A screenshot of your character wearing the Rosy Floret Costume besides Rank B or C. (Must show your team name on the screenshot) 2) The correct server/team name of the character. (Must match with the screenshot) ※ Pressing ‘Like’ and 'share' on the event page on facebook will increase the winning chance! Reward - Reward will be given to 10 saviors in total by random. Rewards: Attribute Point Box (S rank) Rosy Floret Erhu(Trade X, Team Storage O), Rosy Floret Scarlet Blossom Costume Selection Box (Only contents can be traded), Rosy Floret Violet Blossom Costume Selection Box (Only contents can be traded), Rouge Blossom Costume Selection Box (Only contents can be traded) - Winners will be announced on the event page on April 12, 2021. - Following rewards will be given to 10 users during the scheduled maintenance on April 13, 2021. Important - Characters on the screenshots must wear at least 1 Rosy Floret costume. Kupole's Daily Attendance Check (May '18)
Greetings Saviors, We have a special Kupole waiting to talk with you every day when you are in town. Take a break and check in with this Kupole to receive some boosting experience buffs. Event Period FROM the scheduled maintenance of May 15, 2018 TO the scheduled maintenance of June 12, 2018 Who Can Participate - Characters of all levels How to Participate STEP 1. For the duration of the event period, you will see a curious Kupole hanging around town. It looks like she's taking notes....Why not take a second to talk with her? STEP 2. After talking with the Kupole, you will receive a very special buff. The effects of this buff will differ depending on the number of days you log into the game. STEP 3. Each day you log into the game and talk with the Kupole, she will register the number of days and will grant you a buff accordingly. Make sure you talk with her! - Keep in mind that the effects of the buff differ according to the number of days you speak with the event Kupole. - If you break your consecutive streak, you will have to start over from Day 1. Buffs Day 1: Nothing...sorry you're just getting started and the Kupole wants to see if you'll come again. Day 2: EXP +5% Day 3: EXP +10% Day 4: EXP +15% Day 5: EXP +20% Day 6: EXP +25% Day 7: EXP +30% AND Movement Speed +1 Important - The buffs can be obtained by all characters and will last up to 1 hour. - The number of times you can receive the buff is unlimited.
[RESOLVED] Issues Detected on the 'Varena' Server
[RESOLVED] There was a temporary issue with the [SEA] Varena server and has since been resolved. You should have no issues when attempting to login to the server. Please note that this is a separate incident from the [SA] Silute server connection issues which has also since been resolved. Our apologies for the inconvenience. Greetings, Saviors. We are aware that the 'Varena' server has instability issues. As such, we are investigating the problem and will make another announcement as soon as possible. If you are experiencing any issues with the game, please send a ticket describing the problem via our Support page. Thank you.
