Compensation for Teams Deleted during TOS W Merge
Greetings Savior, We would like to announce the measures that will be taken to compensate the users that had their team deleted from [SEA] Telsiai during the [Tree of Saviors W] server merge. Please refer to the following announcement for the details of the policy. Target - Users who have teams on more than one of the target servers (SEA, KR, JPN) that have applied for team recovery Period After the Scheduled maintenance on April 25, 2023 ~ June 6, 2023 23:59 (KST) Category Details Period # The team recovery will be conducted in four phases. 1st Request: After the Scheduled maintenance on April 25, 2023～May 2, 2023 23:59 (KST) → Recovered on May 9, 2023. 2nd Request: May 2, 2023～May 8, 2023 23:59 (KST) → Recovered on May 15, 2023. 3rd Request: May 10, 2023～May 16, 2023 23:59 (KST) → Recovered on May 23, 2023. 4th Request: May 17, 2023～June 6, 2023 23:59 (KST) → Recovered on June 13, 2023. Procedure Category Details Overview # For a limited period, users who have teams on more than one of the target servers and would like to move their teams that were not included in the integration will be able to do so. # The recovered team will be moved to a separate Steam account from the one you're using. ※ We are unable to transfer multiple teams to the same account. Please create a new Steam account separate from your current account before contacting us. ※ When deleted teams are recovered, data regarding the connection between accounts cannot be recovered. (ex; guilds, friends, likes, etc.) Procedure 1. Create a new Steam account separate from your current Steam account 2. Access Tree of Savior with your newly created Steam account and create a new team ※ The newly created team is a temporary team for identification during the process. After the recovery is complete, they will be deleted and replaced with the existing team information that will be recovered. ※ The name of the newly created team will be applied. 3. Fill out the information below and submit a ticket through the official contact channel. [Required Information] 1. Name of the Steam account where the transferred team currently exists: 2. Newly created Steam account name : 3. Newly created team name in your newly created Steam account : 4. The server for the deleted team you want to move : (Laima/Medeina/Telsiai) 5. The deleted team name you want to transfer : ※ Please write the title of the ticket as [Account Recovery]. ※ If you are applying to transfer a team other than the one that was deleted in the server consolidation, you will be removed from the target. ※ Duplicate applications will be processed based on the last application. ※ If your transfer is complete, you will not be eligible to reapply. ※ If your team transfer application contains inaccuracies or doesn't meet the criteria, you may not be transferred. Others # If you have Premium TP on more than one server - The premium TPs on all servers are summed and transferred. - This will reset any Premium TP that the additional recovered team originally had, and they will not have any Premium TP when they recover to their new Steam account. ※ Integration policies and other details can be changed in the future.

Changes in the Exchange Shop
Greetings Saviors! With the separation of decorating items from Leticia's Cube, Goddess' Blessed Cube is coming back to TOS! Due to the return of Goddess' Blessed Cube, there will be a reorganization of the items sold at the Exchange Shop. From the scheduled maintenance on March 23, 2021, costumes except Class Tree Costume will be deleted from the exchange shop. In addition, from the first day the Goddess' Blessed Cube starts sale, the costumes of the Cube will also be sold in the Exchange Shop during the sales period. This event will continue until further updates. Items in the Goddess' Blessed Cube: Costume, Hair Accessories/Helmet, and Weapon Appearance items, etc can be exchanged into 30 Exchange shop medal as before. Event Period FROM February 17, 2018 at 00:00 (server time) TO February 18, 2018 at 23:59 (server time) Who Can Participate - All characters How to Participate - Simply interact with the Kupole NPC near the Fishing Spot in the city of Klaipeda during the event period to receive the Bonus EXP gains on all your characters! You can check your total EXP UP bonuses in the Character Info window (F1). Important - The double EXP bonus applies to your base EXP gains. - The event bonus will not display in the upper-left corner buff UI. To check your EXP bonuses, use the Character Info window (F1). - [Update] We apologize for the confusion, the Weekend EXP Boost buff you will receive is 50% as intended.
[RESOLVED] Issues Detected on the 'Varena' Server
[RESOLVED] There was a temporary issue with the [SEA] Varena server and has since been resolved. You should have no issues when attempting to login to the server. Please note that this is a separate incident from the [SA] Silute server connection issues which has also since been resolved. Our apologies for the inconvenience. Greetings, Saviors. We are aware that the 'Varena' server has instability issues. As such, we are investigating the problem and will make another announcement as soon as possible. If you are experiencing any issues with the game, please send a ticket describing the problem via our Support page. Thank you.
