Greetings, Saviors! The following issues have come to our attention. - The Harvest Festival: Grow a sapling of your own! event is currently ongoing unlike it was announced on the event page. We will re-address the issue after solving it. → The issue has been fixed. Please re-login to solve the issue. If you re-log into the game, the planted seeds will be harvested after 1 minute and the fixed reward will be given. (Please refer to the modified event page.) We will send 10 [Event] Blessed Seed to the Mail Box. Please receive the item within 1 week, until November 25, 2020. - Some of the Skill Balance content of the future updates was included in the patch note on November 16-17. We have modified the misguided contents and we apologize deeply for the inconvenience. [UPDATE]- The 'damage increases by 25%' in the tooltip of Sauk Savinose Dysnai Leather Armor is currently misguided as 'healing increases by 25%'. The actual effect of the Armor is applied as 'damage increases by 25%' and the tooltip will be corrected during the scheduled maintenance next week on November 24, 2020. [Fan Art Festival] Happy 2 Year Anniversary
Greetings Saviors! This time around the Fan Art Festival theme is… Happy 2 Year Anniversary Edition! Tree of Savior is almost two years old! To celebrate this day we choose to 2 Year Anniversary theme for fun! We are excited to announce that we will be celebrating our two-year anniversary. What will you do for our TOS 2 year anniversary? Playing TOS? Show us how will you spend TOS Happy 2 Year Anniversary! We will be accepting submissions from now until Mar 6th 00:00 EST. From Mar 6th 02:00 EST until Mar 8th 00:00 EST voting will commence. PRIZES INCLUDE: 500 TP + A Surprise Gift + In-Game Title (“Happy 2 Year Anniversary”) + Your art as an in-game loading screen (Prizes will be given out during the scheduled maintenance on Mar 13th. The surprise gift will be the next costume to appear in the Goddess' Blessed Cube). Similar to the previous festival, a total of 13 pieces will be chosen. - 7 pieces will be picked by User Vote by receiving the most "Likes" by the Forum Users. - 6 pieces will be personally picked by Staff (after users have voted). HOW TO ENTER: Log into the TOS Official Forum and upload your art to the Fansite / Fan Art Category. The title of your post should start with “[SUBMIT]” and should include the name of your piece. Inside your post, make sure to write the Title, Your Server Name, and Team Name plus a short description about your art. When the submission period ends, an official voting thread with all the works of art will be created by the Staff. Only the "likes" received in this official thread will be counted as user votes. Regarding the recent suspension of players
Greetings, Saviors. The event exploit we posted an announcement about previously is still under investigation and the final decision regarding to the matter have not yet been made. We wanted to let you know that the players who have been banned have only been banned temporarily while our team confirms and fixes the issue. A miscommunication within imcGAMES caused the misleading answers to tickets, which informed players that the bans given out were permanent. We have a strict set of regulations that we follow prior to issuing a permanent ban, which requires our staff to identify the issue with close scrutiny. We sincerely apologize to the players who have been affected by the confusion caused by the miscommunication between our staff members. We are working hard to resolve and correct the issue at hand and to provide a satisfactory solution to all players affected by this issue. Once again, we offer our sincerest apologies to all Saviors who we have confused over the issue.
