[UPDATED] Known Issues: March 14, 2017

Greetings, Saviors.

The issues below have been detected after today's maintenance. We apologize for the inconvenience, and we will update you once they are resolved.

1) Addons affecting map exploration

- Using addons will make map exploration reset under certain conditions. The issue can persist even after uninstalling the addons.

We believe this problem could be affecting other functions in the game. Please check any addons you may have installed if you encounter issues similar to this.

[UPDATE]: We have found that this problem is not caused exclusively by the use of certain addons. We are working to find a solution for it.

2) Auto Match button occasionally not responding

- The Auto Match button in instanced dungeons and missions will occasionally fail to respond after being clicked.

Please let us know via Support Ticket if you are experiencing other problems. When reporting issues, please be as detailed as possible. Screenshots, character/team/server/class details and timestamps would be greatly appreciated. This will allow us more information to work with on a more specified problem, allowing it to be resolved faster.
