GM QnA Session : April 7th, 2017

  Greetings, Saviors! We are sharing here a compilation of the questions answered at our latest GM meetup in a summarized Q&A format. Thank you to everyone who showed up!   Q : Do you have any plans to launch more gesture macros?      A : As you can see from our recent video, yes, we will launch more gestures in a future patch.   Q : Can I get detailed information regarding Rank 9?  A : I hope to know the exact date of arrival.    We are planning to release Rank 9 this year; you will be informed via an announcement on our website once it is ready.   Q : There aren't that many bugs on kTOS, why do we have them in iTOS?     A : That's not quite true. It has been our highest priority to continue to reduce the amount of bugs that may be found and we have made considerable progress in doing so.  If there are still bugs that remain they can be reported on the Forum so that we can address them and develop the game further.    Q : Getting disconnected in TBL (Team Battle League) is a big waste of time. I hope you can make a system to re-enter TBL.     A : Thank you so much for your nice suggestion, we will pass it on for the proper team to consider. However, we think creating stable connection conditions in TBL is more important than a re-entry system. We will keep trying to stabilize our servers and client.   Q : Client unexpectedly closing errors occur frequently after the migration to VS 2015. I'm wondering if you're fixing it.    A : Yes it's our top priority and it's not always caused by VGA related issues.    Q : I wonder if you a plan to punish people who leave the party after entering the Royal Mausoleum or Canyon missions in Saalus Convent.     A : We do not have plans for that yet, but we will inform our designers about this issue and try to find an improvement.   Q : We feel that we have a lack of end-game contents. Do you have any plans to make more end-game contents?     A : To be honest, we are not sure of what end-game contents are coming but we guess more plans will be released after the rebalance patch.    Q : We are facing the problem of 0% map exploration for 2 weeks now. When can we expect this issue to be resolved? A : Our dev team members are still finding out the reasons for the 0% map exploration problem. We will try to fix it as soon as possible.    Q : We are really curious about how IMC improved the DPK system in iTOS. Can you explain what things have been changed and improved?     A : As we have done with the Mystical Cube, we are planning to have an interview with the team to give you more detailed information through the dev blog.   Q : There is bug on the Cyclone skill that reduces it from level 15 to level 1 sometimes, which often causes less damage.     A : We have the same bug on kTOS too, we've already informed our QA team to test and we hope it is fixed soon.   Q : Do you plan to do anything about players who didn't get any Practonium from the Mystical Cube even after trying for 3 months?     A : We know many players have complaints about the RNG system of the Mystical Cube and we will forward them for possible improvements   Q : Many players don't know the Unstable Cube can expire. What are your plans to improve this?     A : The team has made a few UI adjustments that will display this information more easily to players. Please wait a little longer for the update.   Q : It's a shame that not many people play the field bosses, it feels like the content is being wasted. Any changes planned for field bosses?     A : That's a fair point. We will pass on this feedback to the designers and maybe request for more field boss events, for example with cubes.   Q : I like GM meetpus, but I wish there was a dev meetup too.     A : GMs do pass on all your feedback to the dev team, and we try to give you information back from the devs too. That's the reason we have the dev blog on our website.   Q : Any plans to add new level 270 and 315 items?     A : We're looking forward more 270/315 items too, but we can't be sure of when they will be released. They are still in development.   Q : Why are words like "hunt" censored in the chat window?     A : We agree, and we will try to improve this.   Q : I saw in your combat changes video preview that you're rebalancing a lot of aspects in the game, does that mean we're getting a class reset too?     A : Yes, we want to open a reset event when this rebalance update arrives. You can read more details about it on our dev blog.   Q : Do you know that some skills are causing fps drops?     A : Yes, we are aware that skills like Divine Might can cause fps drops especially in TBL. We are working to find the cause and will try to fix it.   Q : Are the new user event rewards tradable?     A : No, the event rewards are untradable.   Q : There's a problem where I can't see the quest NPC.     A : Please send in a ticket about your specific quest so we can try and help you.   Q : Will non-Token users be able to use Team Storage too?     A : Many players have made this request. Something is being worked on, but the final changes will be announced later when they are ready.   Q : I wish there were checkpoints in the Solmiki Area like we have in the Lolopanther Area.    ​ A : That's a good idea. It could help improve disconnection issues as well.   Q : Can you make the Kabbalist's Revenged Sevenfold be less powerful in PvP?     A : PvP balance is next on our list of improvements, but we can't be sure of which skills will be affected.   Q : What are you doing about the people who abused the Symbol of Wealth issue?     A : We did not ban anyone, but they are on our watchlist.   Q : Any results you can share from the South America ping test? A : Thank you for sharing your test results. We haven't decided anything yet, but we will let you know when we do.   Q : Will you be adding new monster cards or monster gems?     A : Not yet. We want to focus on stabilization and balance first.   Q : What about new social functions like a marriage system, fishing, etc.?     A : Again, stabilization and balance will come first.   Q : What was your favorite update in TOS?     A : Personally, the update on March 14, 2017 was my favorite.   Q : What will happen to the Agny Necklace? Are you going to make other items like it?     A : You can read about it on our recent Combat System Changes dev blog post.   Q : Will there be other ways for Swordsman classes to defend themselves against magic in PvP?     A : We're not aware of any plans yet. As a Swordsman class player myself, it does hurt to be hit with magic.   Q : How are you fighting against Hook64 and other unauthorized programs?     A : We keep taking new measures against it, but the details don't appear in the patch notes.   Q : Any chances you'll improve the Sadhu class?     A : There are no plans yet for specific classes, but it could be possible after the general balance update.   Q : Will you be using Steam wallpapers and badges?     A : That's something we have been wondering for some time now, but so far it's not one of the top priorities.   Q : Will you release the Chronomancer Master hair and other NPC hairs and costumes?     A : Those are good ideas, we're always open to suggestions for hairstyles and costumes.   Q : What are you doing about AFK and macro users?     A : We're reviewing a few measures and will relay your ideas as well.   Q : Why can't we exchange items we get from the Exchange shop for medals?     A : There are some improvements on the way. Please check our Future Improvements dev blog posts.   Q : What about a search function for the Exchange Shop?     A : That's a good idea. We still want to improve the Exchange Shop UI.   Q : Can you make skill effects flashier? Some skills don't look that powerful.     A : Not yet. We want to focus on stabilization and balance first.   Q : We need better functionality in guilds. There isn't much to do as it is.     A : There should be some guild improvement plans coming soon, maybe. Please wait a while.   Q : Will there be other ways to obtain hairstyles other than buying them at the TP Shop?     A : We're not sure, but getting hairstyles through other ways sounds like a good idea.   Q : Please get rid of guild neutrality. It's less fun when guilds can be neutral.     A : We don't think guild neutrality will be removed from the game.   Q : I wish there was a button to enter instanced dungeons and missions like the one we have for TBL.     A : There are no plans to develop one yet, but we agree it would be practical.   Q : Why do potions have a cooldown time? TOS is not even a MOBA.     A : I personally think it's maybe to prevent balancing issues and such since there are some examples of other famous MMORPGs also having cooldown periods for potions.  Q : Mouse mode is a little inconvenient. It's better than before, but some actions can still improve.     A : We apologize for the inconveniences of mouse mode, that's something that is being worked on. Please let us know exactly what aspects of mouse mode are inconvenient so we can work further to improve on it.   Q : Why don't you do events for returning users?     A : We want to make events specifically for returning users too, but unfortunately it's been impossible because of certain technical issues.   Q : I wish you could introduce more food buffs like the dumplings.     A : We'll take note of that, keep sending any ideas you have about items and other aspects of the game.   Q : I wish I could make my companion big forever like it was during the trickster event.     A : We noticed a good reaction from the players during that event, so we may consider ways to make it happen.   Q : Will you give us another Rank Reset Voucher when Rank 9 comes out?     A : Any updates about Rank 9 should be announced through the website when they're ready, but we're still considering what to do about the Rank Reset Voucher item.   Q : When will we get new companions and costumes?  A : We're always considering new ideas for new companions and costumes, and want to keep releasing more. We take suggestions from the players too, so feel free to keep them coming.   Q : I wish there were more food accessories like the sushi series, for example curry.     A : Curry sounds like a good idea for a hair accessory, too.   p.s During the GM-Meet Up, there was disconnection problem on Fedimian Server. We apologize to those users and we will also provide rewards to all users who have participated. "

Upcoming New Class: Lama

New Class: Lama   Lama, a fighting class of Cleric class will be added.   “Lama is a class that can cope with various situations according to the battle situation with main attacks and sub attacks.”     Lama can cope with various situations by using attack skills that can be changed by combining main attacks and sub attacks. You can also have a chance to use another powerful skill by using the attack skill.    If there is an enemy nearby, Lama becomes powerful. The power weakens temporarily when attacked, but if Lama understands the enemy's attack, Lama can avoid the attack by using the exclusive Defense skill and moving skill.   ※ Details of Enhance and Enhanced upgrade will be posted later when applying to the live server, and may change. Icon Details Enhance Physical Performance   - Stacks [Physical Boost] if the enemy is nearby (maximum 5) and increases final damage of Lama skill proportionally to the number of stacks. - Decreases 1 [Physical Boost] stack when struck. (decreases the stack once per 0.2 seconds) Vipashyana - Switch into Lama’s exclusive fighting stance. - Main attack (z) and sub attack (c) change and become immune to Knockback and Knockdown. - Stacks 1 [Fist] buff when attacking with main attack, 1 [Kick] buff when attacking with sub attack. Stacks up to 4 stacks and remains for a certain time.  - Increases final damage of Lama. - When using Lycanthropy: Human Form during Vipashyana, does not change to basic attack of Human Form. Strong Fist/ Leg Trip   Strong Fist - Can be used when you have 3 stacks of [Fist], and 1 stack of [Kick]. - Attacks the enemy in front. - The less enemy nearby, the more final damage of Strong Fist is increased.   Leg Trip - Can be used when you have 1 stack of [Fist], and 3 stacks of [Kick]. - Attack the enemy in front arc area. - The more enemy nearby, the more final damage of Leg Trip is increased. Point Kick / Break Mountain   Point Kick - Can be used when you have 2 stacks of [Fist], and 3 stacks of [Kick]. - Attacks the enemy currently targeting. - The less enemies nearby, the more final damage of the Point Kick is increased.   Break Mountain - Can be used when you have 3 stacks of [Fist], and 2 stacks of [Kick]. - Attacks nearby enemies. - The more enemy nearby, the more final damage of Break Mountain is increased. Flying Kick / Sudden Kick   Flying Kick - Can be used when you have 4 stacks of [Fist], and 2 stacks of [Kick]. - Grant Flying Kick to the designated area. - The more enemy near the targeted area, the more final damage of Flying Kick is increased.   Sudden Kick - Can be used when you have 2 stacks of [Fist], and 4 stacks of [Kick]. - Attacks after teleporting to the behind of the currently targeted enemy.  - The less enemies in a certain range near the caster, the more final damage of Sudden Kick increases. Surging Wave   -  Can be used during [Vipashyana] buff. - Attacks nearby enemy. - 1 second of casting time will be applied in PVP. Vaivora Vision - Principle of Emptiness   Lv1 - All Lama Skill Level +1 - Final damage of Lama's Rank 2 skill increases by 33%   Lv4 - Muscle Pump activation chance increases by 26%   ※ Item stat will be announced later.       Cleric Class Update   With the Lama update, some of the Cleric classes will be adjusted as well.   ※ The details may change when applying to the live server. Details about the change in skill factor will be announced via patch note before applying to the live server. ※ Skill factors of the stated class below will all be adjusted.     Druid   - New Vaivora Vision is added. - Casting time of Lycanthropy will be halved so that users can have a more satisfying game experience.   Skill  Details Chortasmata Duration of Rash is changed from [10+skill level * 0.6] seconds to 20 seconds. [Arts] Chortasmata: Healing Garden A maximum limit is added to the value at which half of the skill factor is added as a healing factor. - Healing factor: up to 350 Lycanthropy Casting time decreases by 50%. Vaivora Vision - Soul of Forest   Lv1 - All Druid Skill Level + 1 - Activates [Soul of Forest] when casting Carnivory - [Soul of Forest] remains for 5 seconds and gives damages to the nearby enemies by the skill factor of [Carnivory] per 0.5 seconds.   Lv4 - Additional increase in Final Damage of Human Form by 10.5% - Additional increase in Final Damage of Wolf's Spirit by 3.5%    ※ Item stat will be announced later.     Exorcist   - Skill factor is adjusted. - Condition for the number of strikes for Gregorate is changed. Upcoming New Class: Luchador

  Greetings Saviors, This post is about the new class and class adjustments for the next update in the future.         Master's Request     1. Start Master’s Request   - You can start the Master’s Request via Master NPC, and it will appear as an Ink Bottle icon. - You can check the related Achievements and Conditions via Character Info-[Achievement] once you start the quest.     2. Proceed the Master’s Request   - When one of the character from the team starts the Master’s Request Achievement, every character can proceed it. (you can receive the quest with only 1 character) - Quest is divided into Class Unlock Voucher related achievement and Class Costume related achievement, and you can check each achievement's complete status as a goal of clearing the quest.   3. Complete the Master’s Request   - You can receive Unlock Voucher or Costume by completing each group of Achievement.  - You can receive the final title from the master NPC as a reward after completing every request achievement for the corresponding class’ masters and clearing every quest.       New Class - Luchador          Luchador can make an outstanding skill in the chaotic combat scene. With its big action and fancy performance, Luchador is welcomed by the allies. If you are dazed by their move and let them approach, you may look the world upside down. They seek a free fight that is not tied up by form. Luchador's fighting style involves hitting or grabbing enemies directly with their bare hands.        Luchador is a Swordsman class that approaches the enemy and hits with various [Strike] skills.   Luchador can disrupt the enemy’s behavior with skills that have an effect of controlling the behavior, and a certain skill can apply stun or knockdown to the enemy with immunity by attribute.  In addition, if you use a sub attack against a stunned or knocked down enemy, a special skill will be activated, which can be used as a linkage element. If you maintain the [Combination] buff to have the stack by the [C key special skill] and [Chop] skill, some of the Luchador’s skill becomes more powerful. Enmascarado: Rodando   When you use [Lucha De Silla] or apply stun to the enemy during the Enmascarado buff, you can use [Special Skill: Rodando].   [Special Skill: Rodando] can be used by pressing C key (sub attack button). It gives damage by rolling towards the enemy and 1 stack of [Combination] buff will be given. Skill factor is proportional to the skill factor of [Lucha De Silla]. Enmascarado: Buceando   If you use [Chocar] or grant Knockdown to the enemy during the Enmascarado buff, you can use [Special Skill: Buceando].   [Special Skill: Buceando] can be used by the C key (sub attack button). It damages the enemy with the elbow after jumping towards the enemy, and 1 stack of [Combination] buff will be given. Skill factor is proportional to the skill factor of [Chocar].   Enmascarado: Speed Run   Basic run speed and Dash speed becomes the same during the Enmascarado buff. Also, the Stamina is consumed just like the dash during basic running, but the Stamina consumption is less than deactivating the attribute.   ※ You can use the dash like usual, but the Movement Speed and Stamina consumption is equal to the basic run with attribute applied. Chop   Brandish the hand towards the enemy to strike hard. Final damage of Chop increases by stage per using skill overheat for 1 time, and 1 [Combination] buff stacks. Lucha De Silla   Holds an object with both hands and strikes the enemy hard to stun the enemy. Ignores part of the enemy's defense according to the [Combination] stack. Lucha De Silla: Super Stun   Stun of Lucha De Silla is applied by chance. Characters immune to the stun can also be stunned. Chocar   Ambush towards the enemy to damage and knock down the enemy. Ignores part of the enemy's defense according to the [Combination] stack. Chocar: Super Knockdown   Knockdown of Chocar is applied by chance. Characters immune to the Knockdown can also be knocked down. Golpear   Punch towards the front to damage the enemies in range. Ignores part of the enemy's defense according to the [Combination] stack. Golpear: Huracán   Golpear skill is changed to the skill that pulls the nearby enemies by twirling itself to damage the enemies instead of the original effect. (doesn’t pull the Stationary-type monsters and boss monsters.) Number of targets is changed to 10, maximum channeling time and cycle is the same as before. Ceremonia   Apply debuff to the enemy by posing that makes nearby enemies embarrassed. Applies [Provoke] to male character, [Lure] debuff to female character. Ceremonia: Victoria   Ceremonia skill is changed to the skill that stops with 3 seconds of Invincibility instead of original skill. <Casting Ceremonia: Victoria> Martinete   Jump high and strike hard on the ground to damage nearby enemies. Skill is activated while capturing the target besides a certain monster, and the struck enemy is stunned.  Monsters that cannot be captured are not captured, but the same ranged strike occurs, and the target becomes [Groggy] and cannot move. (becomes immune to [Groggy] temporarily after the [Groggy] debuff ends)  ※ Corresponding skill cannot be used generally but will be activated when entering a certain command after reaching 5 stacks of combination buff. Skill can be misfired when there aren’t any enemies around after entering the command. <Casts Martinete after succeeding in entering 5 stacks Combination command> Vaivora Vision - Doble Attaque   Lv1 effect  - When the Lucha De Silla is accurate, Luchador master appears to cast [Especial].  - [Especial] : Luchador master rushes towards the enemy to damage, brandishes the arm to hit multiple times and jump to the air and strike the range.   Lv4 effect  - Increases the Final Damage of Golpear   ※ Item stat will be announced later.   <Luchador Master and character playing together by Doble Ataque effect>       Balance Patch for next update     With the release of Luchador, there will be a balance patch for some classes of Swordsman. With the Dual Slot system, some conditions for buff related to equipping weapons are changed but those related to Swordsman class are vague and the gap of efficiency is too big according to the class combination. To improve this point, just like the Scout class, the related buff will be adjusted to have the buff according to the number of equipped weapons.   We have judged that classes that use shields such as Rodelero, Murmillo, and Peltasta have a long progress in order to maximize their attack abilities, but they have little merit. Of course, wearing a shield makes it have higher Defense than other dealer characters, but it has a distinct limitation due to its low Attack in many PvE content.  Thus, conditions for switching shield’s Defense to Attack will be adjusted.   Change in Dragoon Helmet skill and Muay Thai will also be adjusted.     [Adjustment for Weapon Equipping Effect and Buff]   Changes Just like the last adjustment for Scout tree, the buff applied when equipping a certain weapon will be applied according to the number equipped in the Dual Slot. Sharp Spear Effect that increases the final damage when the hit is accurate will be applied completely when equipping 2 One-handed Spear or Two-handed Spear. (Only half will be applied when 1 is equipped. Equal to the original when main slot is used) Finestra Adjusted to activate/deactivate the buff by using the skill.   Finestra buff will be applied when equipping [One-handed Spear or Two-handed Spear] on the main slot.   Also, the effect that increases Critical Rate will be applied completely when equipping 2 One-handed Spear or Two-handed Spear, and the effect that increases the block when equipping the shield will be completely applied when equipping 2 shields. (Only half will be applied when 1 is equipped. Equal to the original when main slot is used) Acrobatic Mount Effect that increases the skill damage will be applied completely when equipping 2 One-handed Spear or Two-handed Spear. (Only half will be applied when 1 is equipped. Equal to the original when main slot is used. Skill only for Mount is applied completely regardless of weapon equipped) Preparation Effect that increases the final damage is applied completely when 2 Rapiers are equipped. (Only half will be applied when 1 is equipped. Equal to the original when main slot is used.) Epee Garde Epee Garde buff applies only when [Rapier] is equipped in the main slot.   Effect that increases the final damage when the hit is critical is applied completely when 2 Rapiers are equipped. (Only half will be applied when 1 is equipped. Equal to the original when main slot is used.) Dragon Fear Effect that increases the damage of Dragon Fear is applied completely when equipping 2 One-handed Spear or Two-handed Spear. (Only half will be applied when 1 is equipped. Equal to the original when main slot is used.) Pull Rete Effect of Pull Rete that increases the damage received is applied completely when the attacker equips 2 One-handed Spear. (Only half will be applied when 1 is equipped. Equal to the original when main slot is used.) Throw Rete Effect of Throw Rete that increases the damage received is applied completely when the attacker equips 2 One-handed Spear. (Only half will be applied when 1 is equipped. Shooting Star Effect that applies Shield Defense Attack conversion value 30% is removed. Shooting Star: Violence Value of Shield’s Defense Attack conversion will be changed from 50% to 20%. Vaivora Vision - Slash Space → Vaivora Vision - Escudo Espada Rodelero’s Vaivora name will be changed and some effects will be changed.   Lv1 effect  - Additionally damages 20 enemies in front and apply [Unbalanced] debuff when casting Montano.   Lv1 effect  - Increases final damage of Shooting Star     [Nak Muay]   Changes   Muay Thai has higher efficiency when the Cooldown is shorter while Muay Thai: Muay Boran is activated. Thus, [Strike] property skill and effect that can use these factors will be added. Muay Thai When using strike skills, part of Muay Thai Cooldown will decrease. (This effect will be applied regardless of [Muay Thai: Muay Boran]’s activation.) Ram Muay Attack factor will be adjusted. Nak Muay: Additional Damage Attribute that converts a certain ratio of Attack into Additional damage stat will be added. (equal to attribute of Quarrel Shooter, Chaplain, and Schwarzer Reiter)     [Other Changes]   Adjustment for additional damage property that does not follow increase in Attack, adjustment for Evasion skills, etc will be reflected. Nak Muay  Quarrel Shooter Chaplain Schwarzer Reiter: Additional Damage Attack conversion rate will be adjusted from 10% to 15% per attribute level. Not only increase in basic Attack but Attack by the buff will also be reflected. Outlaw Schwarzer Reiter Sheriff Performance of evasion buffs will decrease. Highlander Two-handed Sword of Cross Guard will have an equal damage increase rate with One-handed Sword.       This concludes the Balance patch with the Luchador’s update. Outline of RMT Policies and Definitions

Greetings Saviors,   We have introduced our RMT policies for the first time in July and August, 2018, and since then we have refrained from outlining the details of the processes involved in investigating RMT cases as to withhold information from the offending parties. But looking at the latest trends of our official forums, we have decided that it would be in everyone’s best interest to clearly outline and define the various punishable cases of in-game RMT.   As we did with our announcement in 2018, we will focus on enforcing both the old and new policies outlined below for the next couple of months.          Current RMT Policies   Illegal Trade   Definition   - All illicit exchange of goods via the market or personal trades without having paid the fair market price.   Penalty   - 1st Strike: A warning and the confiscation of all traded goods for all parties involved. - 2nd Strike: Confiscation of all traded goods and a 15-day suspension from the game for all parties involved. - 3rd Strike: Permanent suspension.   * Those suspected of being a gold-seller will be suspended permanently without any warning.   - When one is caught pro or post-RMT, the related illegal item will be confiscated, and depend on the size of the trade value, it could lead to sanction on the account. The repeated manner in RMT will bring up more harsh punishments. - If the illegally traded item originates from an illegal source(such as chargeback fraud etc), the trade partner also could be punished, as he/she took part in the distribution of the illegal item. - When the user is under the confiscating process due to creating/distributing illegal items and doesn't possess illegal items due to trading or already used after RMT, This could be reimbursed by confiscating the other item or a value on par with the illegally traded item. Also, this could lead to additional reasons to impose sanctions. - If the illegal item is being used with other legal items when these illegal items being used or enhanced, the legal item - which used illegal item for enhancements or crafting. - also could be confiscated     Chargeback Related [Punished User/Guild] - Account that committed Chargeback (Permanent Ban at first strike without warning)  - User who transfers items created by Chargeback (to Guild/Market/Trade, etc) - Account that invited the Chargeback account to the guild.  - Guild Master will be Permanently Banned when items created by Chargeback are moved to the Guild Warehouse 2 times.  ※ If the Guild Master changes to another user right before inviting the Chargeback account, it will be regarded as abusing the terms and both accounts will be treated as Guild Master.   Penalty   - 1st Strike: Confiscate items created by Chargeback and ban temporarily for 7 days - 2nd Strike: Confiscate items created by Chargeback and ban temporarily for 30 days - 3rd Strike: Permanent Ban     Botting   Definition   - Acquiring in-game currency using game exploits and/or third-party software/hardware that automates the process.   Penalty   - Strike 1: 15-day suspension from the game. - Strike 2: Permanent suspension.   GM Inspection Process   1) GM’s will randomly patrol the areas of the game that are known to be inhabited by bots. 2) GM’s will attempt to interact with the player character suspected of botting. 3) If the suspected player character does not react and carries on farming the user will be punished according to the penalties outlined above.     Multi-Accounts   Definition   - Different player accounts having simultaneously connected to the game via identical IP’s is not enough of a reason alone for us to put any kind of restriction on anyone. However, it is a bannable offense when multiple accounts connected on the same IP are funneling items to a single specific account. There could even be legitimate cases where even over a hundred accounts may be connected to the game via a single IP address. But when items or other in-game currencies are continuously transferred between these accounts, we will need to investigate the involved accounts and take appropriate action against them. This is common sense as the same is applied even for accounts connected via different IP addresses. This is no different from the way in which we identify and ban gold-seller bot accounts, and multiple accounts where items of value or in-game currencies are being funneled will be treated no differently.   Penalty   - Merely connecting to the game does not warrant any penalties. But, if items and in-game currencies are being funneled to a single account, we will put a permanent suspension on all involved accounts and IP addresses as we will treat the case as an instance of RMT gold-selling.      Newly Introduced RMT Policy   Being Reported for Listing Suspicious Items on the Market   Definition   - Items with no specific use or value being listed on the market for values well over their normal market price. - Simply listing an item on the Market is not itself a punishable offense but it is highly suspicious seeing items of little value or use being listed, especially miscellaneous items. - e.g. Mallardu Meat, Broadhead Arrow, etc.   Measure Taken   - Reported items will be removed from the market and subsequently from the game in their entirety.     Price   Definition   The Price indicated in our policies does not only refer to the value displayed in the market UI but also the "universal value" shared by the Users. This also applies to items that do not have an exact price value because they are not being traded frequently or the demand on the market is limited.   Thank you for reading.

  Greetings Saviors!   For some of you summer has arrived, for others it is still a few months away. But regardless of where you are, let's take a moment to appreciate the fun activities one can do during summer vacation. Where the temperature is hot, the A/C is blasting, and everyone is searching for a fun way to cool down.  In all seriousness though, it’s time for another Fan Art Festival!!! This festival’s theme is…       ~~Hot Hot Summer!~~   We want to know:  how will you spend your summer vacation? Will you go to the beach? Go camping? Maybe even fishing? Give us the scope!  We will be accepting submissions from now until August 14th 00:00 EDT.  From August 14th 02:00 EDT until August 24th 00:00 EDT voting will commence.    PRIZES:  300 TP + In-game Title ("Giving Shade") +  Your art as an in-game loading screen  (Prizes will be given out during the scheduled maintenance on August 29th).  Similar to the previous festival, a total of 13 pieces will be chosen. - 7 pieces will be picked by User Vote by receiving the most "Likes" by the Forum Users. - and 6 pieces will be personally picked by Staff (after users have voted)   HOW TO ENTER: 1.  Log into the ToS Official Forum and send a private message to Staff_Letitia with the work you wish to submit along with your Server Name, Team Name, and a short description about your art. Make sure that you include [SUBMIT] in the title.  2.  Build up hype and feedback on your work by uploading your art to the Fansite / Fan Art Category on the Forum under the same title. Tree of Savior 2018 Census

  Greetings, Saviors! Last year was one of many changes and new additions to our game. In order to round up the community’s feedback on 2018 TOS, we’re opening a dedicated census survey where you can let us know your favorite (and least favorite) updates of the year.   The Survey You can access the ‘Steam Tree of Savior 2018 Census’ survey at the link [here]. Fill in the survey with your answers to all the questions, then press the submit button at the end to send them in. Please submit your answers until February 11, 2019! Submissions made after this date will not be accepted.   Rewards All players who submit their answers to the survey until February 11, 2019 will receive Attribute Reset Potion x1. If we receive 100 or more submissions, ALL TOS PLAYERS will receive Attribute Reset Potion (14 Days) x1. If 200 or more players answer the survey, everyone will also receive Skill Reset Potion (14 Days)​ x1. Note that we will not accept multiple submissions from the same team. Make sure to submit your answers only once. Survey rewards will be distributed via Message Box during the scheduled maintenance of February 12, 2019.
