[UPDATE] Known Issue: April 16, 2025
Greetings Saviors, The following issues have come to our attention: - No messages appear when clicking on the Invite Your Friends event requirements (Saviors must have Lv.530 Character on your team to invite friends) - The deletion date for the Popo Boost Special Equipment Box is displayed incorrectly. The following item will be deleted on July 8, 2025. - The enhancement discounts are not being applied to the Popo Boost Bracelets We are currently aware of the issue and trying to fix it. If there are any updates, we will let you know through our Known issue notice. Greetings Savior, On April 16, 2025, a patch went live on KST 14:15 due to the following changes: - Fixed the issue where the enhancement discounts are not being applied to the Popo Boost Bracelets - Fixed the issue where the Saviors were unable to enter the Invitation Code for Invite Your Friends Event Please restart the client for the normal application of the patch above. Greetings Saviors, The following issues have come to our attention: - Unable to purchase the Kupole Recruit Voucher x10 Special Package and Special Token Sack (Jurate) despite not having reached the purchase limit. 【Tree of Savior Terms of Service Policy Revision】 ✅ Effective Date - August 11, 2025 (Mon) ✅ Key Changes 1. Penalty levels for Automated Behavior Detection (Standard) will be adjusted - Previous: Warning → 15 days → 30 days → 90 days → Permanent - Revised: 15 days → 30 days → Permanent 2. Added policy regarding Linked Accounts Involved in Violations 3. Added detailed Account Restriction Policy and Penalty Table (same standards as existing ones) ✅ Detailed Changes Account Restriction Policy: 1. Penalties are applied based on the type of violation and the number of offenses. In some cases, lighter penalties may be issued. 2. Any unjust gains from violating the policy may be revoked. If 100% recovery isn't possible, additional sanctions may apply. 3. If repeated violations are detected from the same system environment (IP, PC, etc.), related accounts may be treated as one and restricted accordingly. 4. Even if an account did not directly commit a violation, involvement with such actions may result in penalties equal to the offending account. 5. Accounts linked to previously penalized accounts may face the same penalty severity as the original account. Greetings Saviors, The following issues have come to our attention: - Ledania's Lure debuff does not increase the damage of the characters. - Ledania's Beeswax cannot be removed. - Sledger's Skill: Heavy Smashing casting speed appears slower than intended after using a specific skill.
