Greetings Saviors,   The following issues have come to our attention:   - The required materials for crafting Upinis/Nebiltis Equipment are displayed incorrectly.   - Please note that already crafted Upinis/Nebiltis equipments will not be retrieved.  - The healing factor of Boruta Seal is displayed higher than Jurate Seal in character information.   - The healing factor of Jurate Seal functions correctly; however, it is displayed incorrectly in the status information.     We are currently aware of the issue and trying to fix it.   If there are any updates, we will let you know through our Known issue notice.   Thank you for your patience and understanding.   Regards, IMC staff

Greetings Saviors,   The following issues have come to our attention:   -  Leticia's Treasure Selection Box (January) Translation Issue   The components have been translated correctly; please refer to the Box components when selecting an item.   We are currently aware of the issue and trying to fix it.   If there are any updates, we will let you know through our Known issue notice. Compensation for Teams Deleted during Zachariel Merge

Greetings Savior,   We would like to announce the measures that will be taken to compensate the users that had their team deleted from [NA] Klaipeda, [EU] Fedimian, and [SA] Silute Servers during the Tree of Saviors [Zachariel] server merge.    Please refer to the following announcement for the details of the policy.   Account recovery requests submitted after the application deadline (~August 12, 2025, 23:59) will NOT BE PROCESSED under any circumstances. Target   - Users who have teams on more than one of the target servers (NA, EU, SA) that have applied for team recovery     Procedure   Category Details Overview  # For a limited period, users who have teams on more than one of the target servers and would like to move their teams that were not included in the integration will be able to do so.  # The recovered team will be moved to a separate Steam account from the one you're using.  ※ We are unable to transfer multiple teams to the same account. Please create a new Steam account separate from your current account before contacting us.  ※ When deleted teams are recovered, data regarding the connection between accounts cannot be recovered. (ex; guilds, friends, likes, etc.) Procedure  1. Create a new Steam account separate from your current Steam account  2. Access Tree of Savior with your newly created Steam account and create a new team  ※ The newly created team is a temporary team for identification during the process. After the recovery is complete, they will be deleted and replaced with the existing team information that will be recovered.  ※ The name of the newly created team will be applied.    3. Fill out the information below and submit a ticket through the official contact channel.  [Required Information]  1. Name of the Steam account where the transferred team currently exists:  2.
