Monthly TP Spending Limits Applied
Greetings, Saviors. In order to prevent payment fraud-related issues from affecting the game, starting from this week’s scheduled maintenance (July 4, 2017), we will be adopting a monthly TP spending limit for Steam accounts that have a shorter payment record since their time of creation. This means that players who have made fewer purchases on Steam since creating their account (in accordance with the account purchase information provided by Steam​) may be restricted from using more than 300 TP in-game per month. After attempting to use more than 300 TP in one month, players with TP limits will see a message alerting them of this monthly restriction. If you find that a TP spending limit has been applied to your account and want this restriction to be removed, kindly send a ticket via our Support page under the “Payment” >> “Reset TP Spending Limit” category so we can verify and process your request individually. Please note that this TP limit applies only to how much TP an account is allowed spend in-game. It does not restrict the amount of TP that players are able to purchase on Steam. Thank you.

Greetings, Saviors! If you’re an avid trick-or-treater every Halloween, now’s the time to get that well-deserved recognition. We’re offering the most hardcore candy users of the week a special Solmiki gift and an exclusive Halloween title! Event Period FROM the scheduled maintenance of October 24, 2017 TO the scheduled maintenance of November 21, 2017 Who Can Participate - Characters of all levels How to Participate STEP 1. Every time you exchange Odd Candies obtained from this year’s Halloween events at the Scaredy Scarecrow NPC, the amount of Odd Candies used is added to your team’s total count. STEP 2. The three teams that exchange the most Odd Candies every week will receive one Solmiki Selection Box (drops one Solmiki item of your choice) and the title of Certified Trick-or-Treater at the end of the event period via GM Message! - The Solmiki Selection Box drops one of any Solmiki item (any weapon, armor or accessory). - The top 3 of teams with the most Odd Candies exchanged is selected per server, per week. Important - All winning teams will receive the corresponding rewards at the end of the event period, not at the end of each week. - A real-time ranking of the top teams in each server will not be available during the event period. - Each team can receive the rewards of this event only once (if a team has already been included in the top 3 one week, they will no longer be included in the top 3 for the rest of the event).
Regarding the 'Scavenge Challenge' Event
Greetings Saviors, We would like to announce that the 'Scavenge Challenge' event will be extended for a week and will end on August 9th, 2016. This is not only to allow players that have been unable to receive the quest in certain conditions to complete the full 14 days, but to also give a chance to late comers that had learned of the event a bit late. We sincerely apologize for any confusion or inconvenience that you may have experienced due to unforeseen circumstances. We have applied a hotfix that should now allow players to receive the event quests as inteneded. However, we would like to use this chance to re-emphasize certain conditions of the 'Scavenge Challenge' event. 1. The quest reset timing is the same as the instanced dungeon reset times, 6 a.m. EDT. 2. You will not be able to complete more than 1 quest per day. 3. You will not be able to receive a quest on the same day that you have completed one. e.g. You will not be able to receive a quest at 5 a.m. EDT and complete it past 6 a.m. EDT and receive another quest. You must complete the quest before 6 a.m. EDT in order to receive a quest past 6 a.m. EDT. 4. Please try to avoid receiving and completing quests at the last minute to reduce any chance of connection issues interfering with the quest completetion registration times. We hope that this event period extension will allow more players a chance to go and hunt for the completion rewards. Victory Dungeon

Event Period FROM the scheduled maintenance on June 25, 2019 TO the scheduled maintenance on July 23, 2019 Who Can Participate - This event is open to characters of level 360 and above. How to Participate - Visit the Lucky Dungeon Entrance NPC located within the Fedimian's Old Mercenary Post building in the western part of Fedimian. - Progress through the Victory Dungeon and defeat all the bosses within the 900 second time limit. - The Victory Cube will appear for 60 seconds after all bosses have been successfully defeated. - Victory Cubes can be opened using either Talt, Silver, TP or Recycle Medals and contains various costumes and appearance items.
