Skilled Savior Event: Guess to Impress (Jan ‘18)
Greetings, Saviors! Starting this January 9, seasoned players of TOS are getting a set of new prizes every day for 28 days straight! Don’t second-guess your chance at winning a month’s supply of Settlement Support Potions along with some special event gear, enhancement anvils, attribute points and much more! Event Period FROM the scheduled maintenance on January 9, 2018 TO the scheduled maintenance on February 6, 2018 Who Can Participate - Players of Team Level 2 and above How to Participate STEP 1. During the event period, destroy Tree Root Crystals for a chance to win Daily Guess Tickets. Every Tree Root Crystal you destroy can earn you one of these tickets. STEP 2. Once you've gathered enough Daily Guess Tickets, bring them to your nearest Event Notice Board and guess the Number of the Day! - The Number of the Day will be any number between 1 and 10, and it will vary every day from player to player. - Each guess will cost you one Daily Guess Ticket, so make sure to stock up. - After you've guessed the Number of the Day, you'll have to wait until the next day to guess again. STEP 3. Every time you guess the Number of the Day, your team's total correct guess count goes up by +1, allowing you to receive a Daily Guess Reward according to your team's number of correct guesses! - Each Daily Guess Reward will be automatically sent to the inventory of the character that makes the correct guess for the day, so make sure you're logged in with your desired character. STEP 4. You can also use Daily Guess Tickets to move to your city of choice and increase your movement speed for 20 seconds! NOTE: Equipment items obtained through Savior's Vouchers can be equipped by characters of level 100 and up. They cannot be enhanced, transcended, added sockets or equipped on Companions. Important - Players eligible for this event (Team Level 2 and above) cannot participate in the Rookie Savior Event. - Participation in this event is counted on a per-team basis. Each correct guess adds up to your total team count, and you can only make one correct guess per day, per team. - Daily Guess Rewards mistakenly collected with the wrong character cannot be refunded. Make sure you receive each Daily Guess Reward with the correct character. - You can check your team's total correct guess count at any Event Notice Board. - Items with time limits cannot be moved via Team Storage and they will begin to count down as soon as they are received in your character’s inventory.

For 3 whole weeks, get special buffs from Tree Root Crystals and double the rewards from Earth Tower! [UPDATED] Issues with Receiving TP Bundles
UPDATE: After looking at the 25 reports sent to us via Support ticket so far, the records show that the purchased TP bundles have already been successfully received in the large majority of the cases. A total of two cases require additional confirmation: one shows no records of TP bundle purchases on Steam; the other shows that the user did not yet attempt to retrieve the TP. We would like to remind you that, in order to receive your purchased TP, you need to click the TP button on the screen in-game and then click 'Use' on the TP bundle item you wish to receive. See our previous announcement here for more information. About the occasional delays in receiving TP bundles After a player purchases a TP bundle and tries to receive it in-game by clicking the 'Use' button, the process of connecting to Steam's server can sometimes fail, which stops the TP from being received immediately. This error is not permanent, however, and after some time the TP can be received by clicking the 'Use' button on the TP bundle one more time. We continue to search for ways to improve this and apologize for the inconvenience it may cause. Meanwhile, if you are still unable to receive your purchased TP after several tries over a considerable period of time, or if you encounter any other issue related to TP purchase or retrieval, kindly send us a Support ticket so we can look further into the issue. We’re currently investigating the source of this issue and would like to ask you to report any similar cases through our Support page. In your Support ticket, make sure to include your team and server information, and which TP bundle you purchased (100TP / 300TP / 500TP / 900TP).
