Greetings, Saviors! We would like to continue to welcome first-time players to Tree of Savior through this month's edition of the Get Ahead event. We are granting new players not only a chance to boost themselves all the way to level 290 on up to 4 characters, but we are also granting them a special "New Savior's Tome". Check out the details below! Event Period FROM the scheduled maintenance on October 17, 2017 TO the scheduled maintenance on November 14, 2017 Who Can Participate - Players with TOS accounts (teams) first created between October 17 and Novemeber 14, 2017 How to Participate STEP 1. Download Tree of Savior and create your team (account) and a character in one of the regional servers. There are four server regions: North America (NA), Europe (EU), Southeast Asia (SEA) and South America (SA). STEP 2. After you start playing with your character, interact with the Event Notice Board in the cities of Klaipeda or Orsha to receive two TOS Celebration Costumes (one Female and one Male), and one Boost Pack in your inventory. - You can receive the Boost Pack once per character created, on a maximum of 4 characters per team (account). - Event Simple Costumes can be received only once per team (account) STEP 3. The Boost Pack will contain a level milestone that your character will need to reach in order to receive the corresponding rewards (see Boost Pack Rewards). - There is a total of 19 milestones you can reach, with the top milestone at level 290. - The Boost Pack will be deleted after the event period ends, so to collect all the rewards your character will need to reach level 290 before then. New Savior's Tome (14 Days) This time around Boost Packs will also contain our New Savior's Tome (14 Days). This tome will grant +50% experience to all party members for 1 hour. New Savior's Tome (14 Days) will disappear once used and will not stack with other New Savior's Tomes. Duration time will count down in towns as well. Boost Pack Rewards Reach the level milestones to receive the rewards! NOTE: Items tagged as [TIMED - XX Days] have an expiration date and can only be used within the period mentioned in the item’s description in-game, eg. if an item is marked as “30 Days”, it must be used within 30 days after you acquire it. After those 30 days, the item will expire and you will no longer be able to use it. The counter will start to decrease as soon as you receive the item, so plan ahead carefully. - LEVEL 5 - x4 EXP Tome x1 [TIMED - 14 Days] - EXP Tomes increase your experience gains, allowing you to level up faster. Warp Scroll x5 - An item that teleports you to a region of your choice. Soul Crystal x5 - Revive on the same spot whenever you become incapable of combat. Settlement Support Potion Lv2 x 10 - Move faster and hit harder for 30 minutes. Movement speed and physical/magic attack will be increased. - LEVEL 10 - x4 EXP Tome x2 [TIMED - 14 Days] Warp Scroll x5 Soul Crystal x5 Megaphone x10 - Use Megaphones to communicate with other players via the server's Shout Chat. Zemyna Necklace x1 [TIMED - 30 Days] - An accessory that increases your character’s stats. Velheider Voucher x1 - You can exchange this voucher for a Velheider companion at the Companion Trader in your nearest city. Klaipeda Warp Scroll x3 - An item that teleports you directly to Klaipeda, one of the main cities in Tree of Savior. Lv. 50 Weapons [TIMED - 30 Days] - A selection of weapons you can equip starting at level 50. - LEVEL 15 - x8 EXP Tome x1 [TIMED - 14 Days] Warp Scroll x5 Soul Crystal x5 Megaphone x10 Settlement Support Potion Lv2 x 10 - LEVEL 30 - x8 EXP Tome x1 [TIMED - 14 Days] Lord Hamondale's Bracelet x1 [TIMED - 30 Days] - An accessory that increases your character’s stats. Knight Commander Uska's Bangle x1 [TIMED - 30 Days] - Another accessory that increases your character’s stats. - LEVEL 50 - New Savior's Tome x2 [TIMED - 14 Days] x8 EXP Tome x1 [TIMED - 14 Days] Instanced Dungeon Reset Voucher x2 [TIMED - 14 Days] - Use this voucher to reset your daily instanced dungeon entries and play them again to boost up your character’s EXP and currency gains. Megaphone x10 Underground Chapel Dungeon Warp Scroll x1 - An item that teleports you directly to the entrance of the Underground Chapel Dungeon, which you can access starting from level 50. Wind Runner x1 [TIMED - 30 Days] - A pair of leather boots you can equip starting at level 75. [Event] Token: 3 Days x1 - Using a Token applies beneficial effects to every character in your team, including additional EXP gains. - LEVEL 80 - New Savior's Tome x2 [TIMED - 14 Days] x8 EXP Tome x1 [TIMED - 14 Days] Instanced Dungeon Reset Voucher x2 [TIMED - 14 Days] Warp Scroll x5 Soul Crystal x5 Keista Restoration Potion Lv 1 x20 - A potion to restore your HP and SP spent in combat. Greetings, Saviors! The Popo Shop for May 2019 is now open. Collect your PP and get ready to shop at our Popo Point Shop! Event Period FROM the scheduled maintenance of May 21, 2019 TO the scheduled maintenance of June 25, 2019 Who Can Participate - Characters of all levels How to Participate STEP 1. Login to Tree of Savior and start raking in the Popo Points! You get 10 Points for every 30 minutes, no matter what character you’re playing with. STEP 2. Purchasing items using Premium TP earns you additional points! You get 2 Points for every 1 TP you spend in-game. STEP 3. If you’re missing only a few points to get the item you want, you can also purchase PP Vouchers at any TP Shop to top up your points. You can purchase vouchers of 100, 500 and 1,000 Points. - 100 PP: 7 TP - 500 PP: 33 TP - 1,000 PP: 59 TP STEP 4. Use your well-earned PP to purchase items from the Popo Point Shop! Just look for the gift box icon in your bottom-right menu. Click it to access the PP Shop and exchange your Points for potions and other useful items. NEW! Popo Shop Weapon Selection Box - As the latest addition to the Popo Shop, we now have in stock new weapons that you can purchase to use for a limited time. - The new Popo Shop weapons will come in a Selection Box and be timed to expire in either 3 days or 7 days. - What's more is that these weapons will be growth weapons, which means that the weapons grow along with the player as the player levels up. - Popo Shop Weapon Selection Box (7 Days): 100 PP - Popo Shop Weapon Selection Box (3 Days): 50 PP Important - Each item in the PP Shop comes with a per-team purchase limit. - Most PP Shop items will be untradeable. [UPDATED] Issues with Receiving TP Bundles
UPDATE: After looking at the 25 reports sent to us via Support ticket so far, the records show that the purchased TP bundles have already been successfully received in the large majority of the cases. A total of two cases require additional confirmation: one shows no records of TP bundle purchases on Steam; the other shows that the user did not yet attempt to retrieve the TP. We would like to remind you that, in order to receive your purchased TP, you need to click the TP button on the screen in-game and then click 'Use' on the TP bundle item you wish to receive. See our previous announcement here for more information. About the occasional delays in receiving TP bundles After a player purchases a TP bundle and tries to receive it in-game by clicking the 'Use' button, the process of connecting to Steam's server can sometimes fail, which stops the TP from being received immediately. This error is not permanent, however, and after some time the TP can be received by clicking the 'Use' button on the TP bundle one more time. We continue to search for ways to improve this and apologize for the inconvenience it may cause. Meanwhile, if you are still unable to receive your purchased TP after several tries over a considerable period of time, or if you encounter any other issue related to TP purchase or retrieval, kindly send us a Support ticket so we can look further into the issue. Thank you. Greetings, Saviors. Some players have been reporting being unable to receive their purchased TP bundles in-game after clicking the ‘Use’ button. We’re currently investigating the source of this issue and would like to ask you to report any similar cases through our Support page. In your Support ticket, make sure to include your team and server information, and which TP bundle you purchased (100TP / 300TP / 500TP / 900TP). Greetings, Saviors! Once again, the demons are up to no good: this time, they stole all the candy a sweet little boy was carrying to town to surprise his friend. Help the boy get back his treats and craft Candy Baskets for sugary stat-enhancing accessories and a surprise cube! 1. Event Period - From: scheduled maintenance on March 7, 2017 - From: scheduled maintenance on March 28, 2017 2. How to Participate - Defeat any monster in the game for a chance to obtain the following items: Soda Candy, Strawberry Candy, Lemon Candy, Tutti Frutti Candy. - Candy items can be consumed for buff effects or crafted into Candy Baskets. Recipes for Candy Baskets can be purchased from the Sweet Boy NPC. - You will obtain one reward of your choice every time you bring the Sweet Boy a Candy Basket: you can choose from one of three accessories or a special buff. - After submitting 10 Candy Baskets, you will also receive a Cookie House Cube containing a special accessory! 3. Sweet Boy Rewards (choose 1 for every Candy Basket submitted) - Sugar Necklace (3 Days): +50 HP recovery, +50 SP recovery - Sugar Bracelet (3 Days): +10 increase on all stats - Sugar Band (3 Days): +10 increase on all stats ((Sugar accessory set effect: +200 attack on Large-type enemies, +1 AoE attack ratio)) - Sweet Boy buff: +20% EXP gains for 30 minutes 4. Important - All event items are untradable and will be deleted during the scheduled maintenance of March 28, 2017. - Candy items aren't affected by Squire Base Camp effects (except for Tutti Frutti Candy) and have a maximum duration of 5 minutes. - Candy items cannot be obtained when the monster is 21 levels or more below the level of the character. - Items with a time limit ("3 Days") start counting down as soon as they are received in your character inventory. - Participation in the event is counted on a per-team basis, meaning the total number of baskets submitted includes those submitted by all the characters in your team. - Sweet Boy buffs and Candy buffs are stackable with other buffs in the game (however, Tutti Frutti Candy items cannot be used together with Keista Potions). - You can check your participation count at the Sweet Boy NPC. - Participation in the event can be repeated with no restrictions. - Cutscene quest monsters will only drop event items on the first time the quest is played (i.e. if the same quest is played multiple times, starting from the second time, monsters will not drop event items).
