We are currently aware of the following issues and they are being worked on.
We apologize for the inconvenience, and we will update you once they are resolved.

 

1) Lag and intermittent disconnection issue

- We're currently facing lag and intermittent disconnection issue on server, we keep checking and verifying the logs to find out the root cause, Server unstable issue is one of our highest priority problems and will fix it as soon as possible

 

2) Goddess Lada's Present DLC item doesn't open properly.

- The Lada's DLC problem will be fixed on coming maintenance

Please let us know via Support Ticket if you are experiencing other problems. When reporting issues, please be as detailed as possible. Screenshots, character/team/server/class details and timestamps would be greatly appreciated. The more information we have on a specific issue, the quicker it will be resolved.
