[UPDATE] Known Issue: November 14, 2021
Greetings Saviors, The following issues have come to our attention: - [Fixed] Unable to seize the area in Guild Territory War - This issue will be fixed during the scheduled maintenance on November 16, 2021, and you will be able to play GTW normally on November 21. The rewards for the GTW on November 14 will be given additionally to the guild that seizes the area on November 21. [UPDATE] The rewards for the Blockade Battle of this week will be given additionally according to the Ranking of November 28. ※ Excludes [NA] Klaipeda server. [UPDATE: November 22, 2021] - For those who've seized the Champions League on November 21, the total tax will be given during the scheduled maintenance on November 30. ▶ Average of recent 4 week's total tax will be given - For those who've seized the Challengers League on November 21, the market tax will be given during the scheduled maintenance on November 30. ▶ Same value of Market tax for November 21 will be given [Complete] - For Blockade, an additional reward will be given on November 30 based on the ranking of November 28. ※ Every reward will be given to Guild Storage. [UPDATE: November 30, 2021] The additional tax for Champions League and Challengers League has not been given due to system error. It will be given during the scheduled maintenance on December 7, 2021. We are deeply sorry for the delay. (Reward for Blockade is given to the corresponding guilds.) [UPDATE: December 6, 2021] ▶The additional tax for Champions League and Challengers League will be given as Silver Chest 100,000 to the Guild Storage. [COMPLETE] Temporary Maintenance Notice - April 18, 2018
Greetings, Saviors. We will soon perform a short maintenance across all servers in order to carry out the following: 1) Expand the current [NA] Klaipeda Guild Territory Wars beta test to 2 additional maps – Genar Field and Galeed Plateau (the daily sessions will take place at the previously announced schedule on all 3 maps). 2) Correct a bug that allowed players to incorrectly repeat certain quests. This maintenance is expected to take place on the following schedule: [EDT] 03:00 to 04:00 [BRT] 04:00 to 05:00 [CEST] 09:00 to 10:00 [SGT] 15:00 to 16:00 Note that this maintenance will affect all servers. We will update this announcement when maintenance is complete.
Second Territory Wars Beta Test Complete
Greetings, Saviors! The second GTW testing period in [NA] Klaipeda is officially over, and once again we would like to thank all the guilds who participated in the six days of Territory Wars sessions. Similar to what happened after the first round of tests, we will continue performing unofficial tests, this time on all server regions. Make sure to read all the details below. Rewards 1) As the official test period has ended, guilds will no longer be eligible for Territory Wars participation rewards. 2) Survey and forums feedback rewards will be sent to the selected teams during the scheduled maintenance of June 12, 2018. Remember that only feedback received until May 29, 2018 will be considered for these rewards. Unofficial System Tests Although the official open test period has ended, we will continue performing additional test sessions on all servers to correct map entry/point count errors and other problems that occurred during the test period, and further assess GTW behavior in the servers' live setting. These tests, however, are not intended for general participation. 1) These tests will take place in all servers. The sessions in each region may follow different schedules according to the needs of the test and the characteristics of each server region. Also, the schedule of the tests may be altered at any time without prior notice. 2) Although guild members may still be allowed to enter the Spot Areas during the additional tests, entering a session will not make you eligible for rewards. 3) The additional tests may not have a regular duration. The sessions may be interrupted, shortened or extended according to the needs of the test. 4) We cannot guarantee regular performance or stability in any of the additional test sessions. 5) You may see occasional system messages related to Guild Territory Wars in all servers. Thank you again to all the guilds who joined us in the GTW tests so far. We will use the data collected during this test to improve optimization and playability issues and prepare for implementation according to how the development of the Territory Wars progresses.
