[SA] Known Issues: April 4, 2018

Greetings, Saviors.

The following issues have recently been reported.

1) Lag and Instability in [SA] Silute

- Players in [SA] Silute have reported frequent lag and other server instability issues occurring on the server.

Upon checking the server's condition, we have noted no apparent cause of instability in [SA] Silute. If you are being affected by lag and instability issues, kindly report them through a support ticket with information about your location, system specs and most importantly a video of the occurrence (you can upload the video on a platform like YouTube and include the link to it in your ticket), so we can investigate the problem further.
 

Please let us know via Support Ticket if you are experiencing other problems. When reporting issues, please be as detailed as possible. Screenshots, character/team/server/class details and timestamps will be greatly appreciated. The more information we have on a specific issue, the quicker it will be resolved.
