Known Issue: April 29, 2020
Greeting Saviors! The Attribute Point Free Retrieval Voucher for the Arbor Day event cannot be received from the NPC currently due to an error found in the process of providing the item. Instead, the Retrieval Voucher will be given to all user after the scheduled maintenance on May 6, 2020 according to the number of characters possessed until the May 6th maintenance except the number of items already received. Unused Retrieval Voucher will be automatically deleted at the end of the event on May 12, 2020. Thank you for your patience and understanding. Regards, IMC staff

Known Issue: [EU] Fedimian Server - The Wonderland Package Issue
Greetings Saviors. We are currently working on fixing the issue where if a Male Wizard uses Wonderland Costume Package on [EU] Fedimian server, it will give out an wonderland costume for a Female Swordsman. We will sort this out as soon as possible. If you have bought the costume package and you are a Male Wizard on the Fedimian server, please wait for the official announcement before opening it. We apologize for any and all inconveniences this might have caused.
