[COMPLETE] Known Issues - May 3, 2018
Greetings, Saviors. The following issues have been reported today: 1) Loading Screen Freezing - Several players have reported encountering freezing loading screens when attempting to move to a map in-game, becoming unable to enter the map with one or more specific characters. We are currently looking into the source of this issue and we will update this announcement once we obtain more details about the errors reported. If you are encountering this issue, kindly report it through a Support ticket along with your lastreplay file so we may further investigate the problem. You can find your lastreplay file at the following path: Steam/steamapps/common/TreeOfSavior/release/replay/lastreplay Thank you for your patience and understanding. [ISSUE FIXED] This issue has now been resolved. Please restart your game to apply the changes. Please let us know via Support Ticket if you are experiencing other problems. When reporting issues, please be as detailed as possible. Screenshots, character/team/server/class details and timestamps would be greatly appreciated. The more information we have on a specific issue, the quicker it will be resolved.

Goddess' Blessed Cube Bonus Rewards Announcement
Greetings, Saviors! There is some misunderstanding on how to receive the bonus rewards from the 25th Cubes you opened. You will receive 1 random Rank A item every 25 Cubes opened. To receive your Special Reward, you must interact with the Bonus Cube located next to the TP Shop to receive your special reward. STEP 1. Locate the Bonus Cube next to the [TP Trader] Leticia in Klaipeda. STEP 2. Interact with the Bonus Cube to find if you are qualified for the bonus rewards. STEP 3. If you met the criteria, you will receive the bonus rewards. [IMPORTANT] This is Goddess' Blessed Cube Special Reward.

Greetings Saviors, The following issues have come to our attention: - [Fixed] Unable to seize the area in Guild Territory War - This issue will be fixed during the scheduled maintenance on November 16, 2021, and you will be able to play GTW normally on November 21. The rewards for the GTW on November 14 will be given additionally to the guild that seizes the area on November 21. [UPDATE] The rewards for the Blockade Battle of this week will be given additionally according to the Ranking of November 28. ※ Excludes [NA] Klaipeda server. [UPDATE: November 22, 2021] - For those who've seized the Champions League on November 21, the total tax will be given during the scheduled maintenance on November 30. ▶ Average of recent 4 week's total tax will be given - For those who've seized the Challengers League on November 21, the market tax will be given during the scheduled maintenance on November 30. ▶ Same value of Market tax for November 21 will be given [Complete] - For Blockade, an additional reward will be given on November 30 based on the ranking of November 28. ※ Every reward will be given to Guild Storage. [UPDATE: November 30, 2021] The additional tax for Champions League and Challengers League has not been given due to system error. It will be given during the scheduled maintenance on December 7, 2021. We are deeply sorry for the delay. (Reward for Blockade is given to the corresponding guilds.) [UPDATE: December 6, 2021] ▶The additional tax for Champions League and Challengers League will be given as Silver Chest 100,000 to the Guild Storage. [UPDATE] Known Issues Jan 18, 2019
Greetings Saviors, The following issues have come to our attention since the Temporary Maintenance on January 17, 2019. 1) The issue Where chat emotes are displayed as dots and is not displayed on the chat window when entered. 2) Priests being able to use Resurrect more than once per round in TBL contrary to its tooltip description. [FIXED] Hoplite normal attacks not dealing any damage in PvP situations when under the effects of Sharp Spear. Our devs are currently aware of the above issues and are currently working to resolve them as soon as possible. We will make sure to let you know by updating this announcement when the said issues have been resolved. Also, we are still in the process of working to restore the lost equipment for the players who have accidentally discarded their items while equipping gems and also compiling the tickets sent in for the return of appearance items as requested by users. [NA] / [SA] Channel Maintenance Notice
Greetings Saviors. We are currently performing a temporary channel maintenance operation in the [NA] Klaipeda server, in order to investigate and correct the NPC errors reported earlier today (click to see the Known Issues announcement). The process is already complete in [SA] Silute, and we will update this announcement when the maintenance in [NA] Klaipeda is also complete. Our apologies for the late notice. In the meantime, you may experience instability in the city of Klaipeda and/or other maps, and the channels being repaired will appear to crash. Please note that this is necessary in order to fix the issue and stabilize the channels. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
