Greetings, Saviors! There is some misunderstanding on how to receive the bonus rewards from the 25th Cubes you opened. You will receive 1 random Rank A item every 25 Cubes opened. To receive your Special Reward, you must interact with the Bonus Cube located next to the TP Shop to receive your special reward. STEP 1. Locate the Bonus Cube next to the [TP Trader] Leticia in Klaipeda. STEP 2. Interact with the Bonus Cube to find if you are qualified for the bonus rewards. STEP 3. If you met the criteria, you will receive the bonus rewards. [IMPORTANT] This is Goddess' Blessed Cube Special Reward.
Archaeological Expedition Event
Greetings Savior! Archaeological Expedition Event is here in TOS! Excavate the hidden relics to receive special rewards:) Event Period From the scheduled maintenance on July 15, 2025 To the scheduled maintenance on September 02, 2025 (KST) Who can Participate - Characters with Lv. 470 or Above How to Participate Step 1. [Kedora Alliance] NPC will appear during the event period. - The locations of each NPC are as follows : - NPC [Kedora Alliance] Geraldasia, Geraldason, Geraldas Step 2. Receive archaeology missions from the [Kedora Alliance] NPC. - Saviors must have 10 Transmutors to receive the quests. - Transmutors can be obtained from the Challenge Mode: Division Singularity. - Once you received the mission, open the World Map (N) and go to the Archaeology sites. Step 3. Use the detector to find hidden relics. - Head to the excavation area and use the detector in the inventory to uncover hidden relics. - Each Savior can excavate up to 9 relics per Archaeology Mission (3 relics at each site) - Saviors can use the detector up to 50 times. Once the maximum number of detections is reached, the mission will end. ⚠️During the excavation, Relic Raider might appear!!⚠️ - Defeat Relic Raider to obtain special relics that can be showcased on the Archaeology Exhibit Stand. Hello. I am syKim. I will answer the questions that we have received this week. Q) What are other transportation methods besides Companions? Portal using NPC? or Warp using an item? A) You can transport between the statues of goddess that are scattered across the villages and the fields in the game. If there are no statue of goddess on particular field, then you can transport to the last place that you were warped using an warp item or the place near the statue that you already know. ▲You can trasport to the other statues of goddess using the statue of "Vakarine , the goddess of evening star". Q) Can we move when we use a skill from wizard? I watched a video clip and it seems that wizard was casting a skill on monsters by moving blue circle using keyboard. I guess we can't move when we do that right? I want to know more about that. A) Not all skills are using that interface, but it is usually used when we use certain skills that need to select certain spots on the ground. For example, summoning flame spots on the ground. While holding onto a hotkey for any one of those kind of skills, use directional keys to move blue circle to the spot that you want to cast a skill on, and then release the hotkey to use the skill. When you quickly press and release a hotkey, then the skill will be casted in front of the direction which your character is looking at. ▲ We have several input interfaces depending on the type of skills. For example, for skills that need to press keyboard keys repetitively, we use this interface Q) For the videos that have been released so far, we haven't seen any effects that are related to abnormal status on characters. Are there de-buffs as well? A) Actually we have many of them. But, since we are releasing video clips for the game which we are developing at the moment, we have a lot to show you besides abnormal status or de-buffs. ▲ Stunned status. You can see yellow stars even when you close your eyes in stunned status. Q) How many Companions can I own? Are they with the characters at barrack as well? Can they equip any items? A) Companions stay with the characters at barrack. If the maximum number of characters that is allowed for a particular barrack is four and you have a companion, then you can only have three characters in the barrack. When you start the game, you select both your character and your companion at barrack and go to the field. This means, for one companion you can share it with various characters. Of course, the level of closeness between your companion and each of your characters will be different. We have a plan to have equipment for companions. Q) I don't like characters' voices and the effect sounds. Could you please change them? A) Characters' voices and the effect sounds are all prototype at the moment. They will be re-worked before we launch the commercial service. Q) When there are two wizards, I heard that there is a skill which spreads to wider area. Can two different characters combine or merge together to have special skills? A) Well, I think combining or merging is not the right words in our game. However, we have some skills which can be collaborated with different classes of characters in the game. ▲Attack the monsters using the fragments you can get from hitting Ice Wall ▲"Sadhu" can give it's vitality to the other classes. But by doing so it won't be able to move... Q) I know there are elements in the game. Are there also attribute system as well? A) Basically, depending on monsters' species/size/defense type, attribute of attacks and de-buff status, there will be some synergies on attacks. There will be also some synergy effects depending on the various types of combinations of skill + skill and attribute + skill. For example, "Bleeding De-Buff" + "Stab" attack will create "Greater Bleeding De-Buff". Q) I really want dual long swords. A) There was an opinion inside our development team to allow certain classes to equip a weapon on left hand. This has not been confirmed yet, so if we decide to allow it, then we will introduce this to you in the future. Greetings Savior, We would like to announce the measures that will be taken to compensate the users that had their team deleted from [NA] Klaipeda, [EU] Fedimian, and [SA] Silute Servers during the Tree of Saviors [Zachariel] server merge. Please refer to the following announcement for the details of the policy. Account recovery requests submitted after the application deadline (~August 12, 2025, 23:59) will NOT BE PROCESSED under any circumstances. Target 1. Users who have teams on more than one of the target servers (NA, EU, SA) that wishes for team recovery of teams that did not survive the merge 2. Users who wish to recover their dormant team Period After the Scheduled maintenance on July 16, 2025 ~ August 12, 2023 23:59 (KST) Category Details Period # The team recovery will be conducted in four phases. 1st Request: After the Scheduled maintenance on July 16, 2025～July 22, 2025 23:59 (KST) → Recovered on July 29, 2025. 2nd Request: July 23, 2025～July 29, 2025 23:59 (KST) → Recovered on August 5, 2025. 3rd Request: July 30, 2025～August 5, 2025 23:59 (KST) → Recovered on August 12, 2025. 4th Request: August 6, 2025～August 12, 2025 23:59 (KST) → Recovered on August 19, 2025. Procedure - For a limited period, users who have teams on more than one of the target servers and would like to move their teams that were not included in the integration will be able to do so. ⚠️ We are unable to transfer multiple teams to the same account. Please create a new Steam account separate from your current account before contacting us. ⚠️ When deleted teams are recovered, data regarding the connection between accounts cannot be recovered. (ex; guilds, friends, likes, etc.) - There are three types of recovery for your consideration. Please submit an Official Ticket with all the necessary information corresponding to your specific recovery type. - Be aware that if your ticket lacks required information, we may request additional details, and your recovery will be processed based on the date all complete information is received. Please follow these steps if you're type A: A. Recovering a deleted team while keeping your merged team on the Zachariel server. - This applies if you wish to retain the team that was merged into Zachariel, but also want to restore another team that was deleted during the merge process. 1. Create a new Steam account separate from your current Steam account ◎ The recovered team will be moved to a separate Steam account from the one you're using ◎ 2. Access Tree of Savior with your newly created Steam account and create a new team - The newly created team is a temporary team for identification during the process. After the recovery is complete, they will be deleted and replaced with the existing team information that will be recovered. - The name of the newly created team will be applied. 3. Recovering a team when you have no merged team (due to account dormancy). - This applies if your account was converted to an inactive state and, as a result, no team was merged into the Zachariel server. 1. If you're prompted to create a new team when accessing the Zachariel server, please proceed with creating one first. 2. If the new team you created doesn't have the information you wanted transferred, please follow these steps: - Fill out the information below and submit a ticket through the official contact channel. Important - Please write the title of the ticket as [Account Recovery]. - If you are applying to transfer a team other than the one that was deleted in the server merge, you will be removed from the target. - Duplicate applications will be processed based on the last application. - After your transfer is complete, you will not be eligible to reapply. - If your team transfer application contains inaccurate information or doesn't meet the criteria, you may not be transferred.
