Greetings, Saviors. The following issues have been recently reported: 1) Earth Tower Instability - Several players have reported crash and disconnection issues throughout Earth Tower. We are currently looking into the source of this issue and we will update this announcement once we obtain more details about the errors reported. If you are encountering this issue, kindly report it through a Support ticket along with the following information: 1) Did the crash/disconnection happen only to you or to all party members at the same time? 2) At what time and where did the issue happen? 3) Your location, PC specifications, internet connection and other details you may be able to provide. 4) Your lastreplay file (Steam/steamapps/common/TreeOfSavior/release/replay/lastreplay). Greetings Saviors. It had recently come to our attention that many players were barred from participating in Guild Territory Wars with an in-game message that said they could not participate for 14 days because of abandoning a guild. We have found out that this was caused by an error in the way which the game checked the player entry restrictions and guild membership and we will be patching the game to resolve the issue during our Scheduled Maintenance on February 19th, 2019. As the majority of our players could not participate in GTW, we deemed that it would only be fair that we reset the seize status for ALL SERVERS that resulted from GTW that just took place over the past two days. This means that tariffs will not be distributed to the guilds that successfully seized the spot areas, and all tariff rates for all cities across all servers will be manually reset until the next GTW session. Please note that the timed items related to the event(e.g. potions) will not be removed.
