[HOTFIX] Guilds Facing Issues Logging In
Greetings, Saviors! After the scheduled maintenance on September 26th, some guilds have reported connection issues and extreme lag while playing. We would like to announce that we have implemented a hotfix to address the error and that you will need to restart the game to ensure that these changes are applied. We would also like to request that players, after receiving this hotfix, continue to send us their lastreply files from the following directory: Steam/steamapps/common/TreeOfSavior/release/replay/lastreplay Please do not send us files from before today's hotfix as it will not provide the data we are looking for. Also please note that you do not have to use the F12 function to record anything. The file will be automatically created. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Share your tips and information on the Forum page and get reward!:) Period From May 24, 2021 To June 20, 2021 Who can Participate - All saviors How to Participate Step 1 Write a guide that can be helpful for new/returning saviors. Step 2 Upload it on Forum - General Gameplay > Game Tips and Strategies category. - [Guide] must be written at the front of the title. - Example: [Guide] Quest Guide(Unlock, Episode, etc), [Guide] How to defeat raids, [Guide] How to level up your character, [Guide] Silver and Farming, [Guide] Guide for Newbie/Returnee, etc - Title, Server name, and Team name must be included in the post. Step 3 Selected Guides will be posted as a Community Guide after the event ends. Reward - Following rewards will be given to users by GM pick. (There won't be limits on the number of users.) - Title: Game Guide Creator x1 - Free Hair Dye Coupon x10 - Free Hair Coupon x10 ※ Cannot purchase Wigs and Hair Dye (item) with Free Hair Dye Coupon and Free Hair Coupon. - Winners will receive rewards every Tuesday during the scheduled maintenance. - All winners will be announced on the event page on June 28, 2021. Important - You can upload multiple guides. If multiple guides are well written, they can all be selected. - But, the reward will be given only once per week, and the title will be given only once during the event period. - Every selected guide will be included in the final guide posting. - Guides of the winners can be uploaded on Facebook official page, official website, and Forum Guide Thread. - Selected Guides will be moved to 'Community Guide'. - Rewards will be sent to the Mailbox and be deleted after 2 weeks. - Changing the team name before/after the winner announcement will not be counted. - If your team server name and team name is incorrect, you can be excluded from the winner list. - Inappropriate comments including things such as slander, insults, and hate speeches will not be counted and can be deleted. - Penalty will be applied when plagiarizing other user's guides. - Any participation after the event period will not be counted.
[UPDATE] Temporarily Server instability Issue at Silute Server
Greetings Saviors, We faced the server instability issue at BRT 22:14. The Team immediately noticed after the situation has happened, and reacted promptly. The Server issue at Silute is now properly fixed and the server is working again. We are sorry for the inconveniences caused by Server instability in this good weekend. As a Compensation, we will provide User at Siltue, with 3 Exp tomes and multiply. Again, we are sorry for the troubles that you faced and hope you have a nice weekend ahead. Thank you

Greetings Savior, We would like to announce the measures that will be taken to compensate the users that had their team deleted from [NA] Klaipeda, [EU] Fedimian, and [SA] Silute Servers during the Tree of Saviors [Zachariel] server merge. Please refer to the following announcement for the details of the policy. Account recovery requests submitted after the application deadline (~August 12, 2025, 23:59) will NOT BE PROCESSED under any circumstances. Target 1. Users who have teams on more than one of the target servers (NA, EU, SA) that wishes for team recovery of teams that did not survive the merge 2. Users who wish to recover their dormant team Period After the Scheduled maintenance on July 16, 2025 ~ August 12, 2023 23:59 (KST) Category Details Period # The team recovery will be conducted in four phases. 1st Request: After the Scheduled maintenance on July 16, 2025～July 22, 2025 23:59 (KST) → Recovered on July 29, 2025. 2nd Request: July 23, 2025～July 29, 2025 23:59 (KST) → Recovered on August 5, 2025. 3rd Request: July 30, 2025～August 5, 2025 23:59 (KST) → Recovered on August 12, 2025. 4th Request: August 6, 2025～August 12, 2025 23:59 (KST) → Recovered on August 19, 2025. Procedure - For a limited period, users who have teams on more than one of the target servers and would like to move their teams that were not included in the integration will be able to do so. ⚠️ We are unable to transfer multiple teams to the same account. Please create a new Steam account separate from your current account before contacting us. ⚠️ When deleted teams are recovered, data regarding the connection between accounts cannot be recovered. (ex; guilds, friends, likes, etc.) - There are three types of recovery for your consideration. Please submit an Official Ticket with all the necessary information corresponding to your specific recovery type. - Be aware that if your ticket lacks required information, we may request additional details, and your recovery will be processed based on the date all complete information is received. Please follow these steps if you're type A: A. Recovering a deleted team while keeping your merged team on the Zachariel server. - This applies if you wish to retain the team that was merged into Zachariel, but also want to restore another team that was deleted during the merge process. 1. Create a new Steam account separate from your current Steam account ◎ The recovered team will be moved to a separate Steam account from the one you're using ◎ 2. Access Tree of Savior with your newly created Steam account and create a new team - The newly created team is a temporary team for identification during the process. After the recovery is complete, they will be deleted and replaced with the existing team information that will be recovered. - The name of the newly created team will be applied. 3. Fill out the information below and submit a ticket through the official contact channel. [Required Information - A] 1. Type of recovery: A 2. If you wish to save the currently merged team, please refer to the type A recovery of this post. ◎ 1. Fill out the information below and submit a ticket through the official contact channel. Add “_1” to the end of the newly created team name: - Since we cannot delete Teams, if a Team exists with the same name as the old one when the recovery happens we will append _1 at the end, you can add 3. for a different free rename to be assigned. - Please note: Once your team name has been changed based on this agreement, we will not support further name changes. - This name change option only applies to users who submitted their recovery ticket before July 18th 00:00 server time. Please follow these steps if you're type C: C. Recovering a team when you have no merged team (due to account dormancy). - This applies if your account was converted to an inactive state and, as a result, no team was merged into the Zachariel server. 1. If you're prompted to create a new team when accessing the Zachariel server, please proceed with creating one first. 2. If the new team you created doesn't have the information you wanted transferred, please follow these steps: - Fill out the information below and submit a ticket through the official contact channel. [Required Information - C] - Edited on July 29th 19:00 server time 1. Type of recovery: C 2. Name of the Steam account where the deleted team currently exists: 3. The name of the deleted team you want to recover : Others ▶ If you have Premium TP on more than one server - The premium TPs on all servers are summed and transferred. - This will reset any Premium TP that the additional recovered team originally had, and they will not have any Premium TP when they recover to their new Steam account. Important - Please write the title of the ticket as [Account Recovery]. - If you are applying to transfer a team other than the one that was deleted in the server merge, you will be removed from the target. - Duplicate applications will be processed based on the last application. - After your transfer is complete, you will not be eligible to reapply. - If your team transfer application contains inaccurate information or doesn't meet the criteria, you may not be transferred. Greetings Saviors! The fruit leaves the Seeds to grow and the Seeds grow in to a Fruit! Invite your Friends to Tree of Savior and receive the rewards! Event Period From the scheduled maintenance on April 2, 2024 To before the scheduled maintenance on May 14, 2024 How to Participate Step 1. Check if you are a Fruit or a Seed! - Click the envelop icon below the Popo Boost to participate in the Invite Your Friends event. - By clicking the Issue/Retrieve Invite Code, you can check if you are a Fruit or a Seed, and enter the Invite Code! ▶ Fruit (Host) - You can share the Invite Code to a Seed. - One code can invite a single Seed and can not be reused. ▶ Seed (Invitee) - Seeds are Saviors without a log-in record before March 3, 2024 (KST) - You can enter the Invite Code shared from the Fruit and clear the Invite Your Friends event missions. - You can only enter a single code and once entered, this can not be edited. Step 2. Complete the Invite Your Friends mission and receive the reward! - By clicking the Check Invite Your Friends Mission/Receive Rewards or by entering /invite command, you can check the event status. - Only the Seed can click the [Receive Rewards] button, but the reward will be given to both the Fruit and the Seed once clicked. - The Reward will be given to the following locations: ▶ Fruit: Mailbox ▶ Seed: Inventory Important - The UI and icon of this event will be removed during the scheduled maintenance on May 14, 2024. - One code can invite a single Seed and can not be reused - You can only enter a single code and once entered, this can not be edited.
