The following issues have been reported today: 1) Loading Screen Freezing - Several players have reported encountering freezing loading screens when attempting to move to a map in-game, becoming unable to enter the map with one or more specific characters. We are currently looking into the source of this issue and we will update this announcement once we obtain more details about the errors reported. If you are encountering this issue, kindly report it through a Support ticket along with your lastreplay file so we may further investigate the problem. Greetings Saviors, The following issues have come to our attention since the Temporary Maintenance on January 17, 2019. 1) The issue Where chat emotes are displayed as dots and is not displayed on the chat window when entered. 2) Priests being able to use Resurrect more than once per round in TBL contrary to its tooltip description. [FIXED] Hoplite normal attacks not dealing any damage in PvP situations when under the effects of Sharp Spear. Our devs are currently aware of the above issues and are currently working to resolve them as soon as possible. We will make sure to let you know by updating this announcement when the said issues have been resolved. Also, we are still in the process of working to restore the lost equipment for the players who have accidentally discarded their items while equipping gems and also compiling the tickets sent in for the return of appearance items as requested by users. Greetings Saviors, The following issue has recently come to our attention: - The issue with the level of Unique Enchant Jewel from Leticia Cube - [RESOLVED] Snow Globe Cube being displayed as Wake Up Special Premium Package in the Shop UI The devs are aware of the above issue and the Lv.1 Unique Enchant Jewels will be retrieved and replaced with appropriate Unique Enchant Jewels after the current edition of Leticia Cube is removed. [RESOLVED] The Snow Globe Cube will now display the correct name in the game's Shop UI. Thank you for your patience understanding.

Issues with the Boruta spawn times have been resolved We have resolved the issue where Borutos Kapas did not spawn on the correct times during the weekends. The final schedule for the Borutos Kapas raid will be as follows: Weekdays: 19:00 - 01:00 local time (EST/CEST/BRST/SGT) Weekends: 14:00 - 03:00 local time (EST/CEST/BRST/SGT) 2. Mark: Borutos Kapas will temporarily be disabled The visual effects and the debuff for Mark: Borutos Kapas will be temporarily removed until the issues that it causes server-side is resolved. We are currently performing a temporary channel maintenance operation in the [NA] Klaipeda server, in order to investigate and correct the NPC errors reported earlier today (click to see the Known Issues announcement). The process is already complete in [SA] Silute, and we will update this announcement when the maintenance in [NA] Klaipeda is also complete. Our apologies for the late notice. In the meantime, you may experience instability in the city of Klaipeda and/or other maps, and the channels being repaired will appear to crash. Greetings, Saviors! There is some misunderstanding on how to receive the bonus rewards from the 25th Cubes you opened. You will receive 1 random Rank A item every 25 Cubes opened. To receive your Special Reward, you must interact with the Bonus Cube located next to the TP Shop to receive your special reward. STEP 1. Locate the Bonus Cube next to the [TP Trader] Leticia in Klaipeda. STEP 2. Interact with the Bonus Cube to find if you are qualified for the bonus rewards. STEP 3. If you met the criteria, you will receive the bonus rewards. [IMPORTANT] This is Goddess' Blessed Cube Special Reward.
