[SA] Known Issues: June 05, 2018
Greetings, Saviors. We are aware that the 'Silute' server has instability issues. As such, we are investigating the problem and will make another announcement as soon as possible. If you are experiencing this issue with the game, kindly share the screenshot of your Ping test result on the link below: https://forum.treeofsavior.com/t/ping-test-for-sa-silute-players-after-4-10-maintenance/379775 Thank you for your patience and understanding. Please let us know via Support Ticket if you are experiencing other problems. When reporting issues, please be as detailed as possible. [COMPLETE] [SA] Silute Temporary Maintenance Notice - May 17, 2017
Greetings, Saviors. We will soon be doing a short maintenance in our [SA] Silute server in order to improve server stability and increase server capacity. This maintenance is expected to take place during the following period: [EDT] 06:30 to 07:00 / [BRT] 07:30 to 08:00 (May 17, 2017) Please note that this maintenance will only affect the [SA] Silute server. Other servers will remain open during the period above. Thank you.

Greetings Saviors. The following issues have recently come to our attention. The Error Code & Dungeon entry reset issue for Telsiai and Silute servers - We are currently working to find the means to resolve the issue as soon as possible. - We will be issuing the following items to all players on Telsiai and Silute as compensation for the issue: 5x Saalus Mission One Entry Voucher (5 Days) 5x Instanced Dungeon Reset Voucher (14 Days) 5x Instanced Dungeon Multiply Token (14 Days) Please let us know via Support Ticket if you are experiencing other problems. When reporting issues, please be as detailed as possible. Screenshots, character/team/server/class details and timestamps would be greatly appreciated. The more information we have on a specific issue, the quicker it will be resolved.

Greetings Saviors! Time to "Keep Calm and Gear Up!" ToS Task Force is back with the Second Event! Participate in our event on Facebook and Get Rewards! Event Period From 00:00 EST on August 4, 2020 To 23:59 EST on August 17, 2020 Who can Participate - All users playing Tree of Savior How to Participate - Press ‘Like’ and 'share' on the Tos Task Force uploaded on Facebook and leave a comment. [Go to Facebook] - The comment must include the following: 1) A screenshot of your character wearing the Tos Task Force costume (Must show your team name on the screenshot) 2) The correct server/team name of the character (Must match with the screenshot) Rewards - Rewards will be given to 10 saviors in total by random. - Attribute Points Box (Rank S) x1 - The Next Theme of Goddess' Blessed cube Body costume 3 types (1ea) - The Next Theme of Goddess' Blessed cube Hair costume 8 types (1ea) - The Next Theme of Goddess' Blessed cube Weapon Selection Box x1 * Winners will be announced on August 24 * Rewards will be given on August 25, during the scheduled maintenance. Important - Winner's screenshot can be posted on the official homepage and Facebook. - Incorrect server/team name of the character will not be counted. - You may be deleted from the winner if you change team name before/after the winner announcement. - Rewards will be sent to the Mailbox and be deleted after 2 weeks. - Inappropriate comments including things such as slander, insults, and hate speeches will not be counted. - Any participation after the event period will not be counted.

Invite Your Friends Event
Greetings Saviors! The fruit leaves the Seeds to grow and the Seeds grow in to a Fruit! Invite your Friends to Tree of Savior and receive the rewards! Event Period From the scheduled maintenance on April 2, 2024 To before the scheduled maintenance on May 14, 2024 How to Participate Step 1. Check if you are a Fruit or a Seed! - Click the envelop icon below the Popo Boost to participate in the Invite Your Friends event. - By clicking the Issue/Retrieve Invite Code, you can check if you are a Fruit or a Seed, and enter the Invite Code! ▶ Fruit (Host) - You can share the Invite Code to a Seed. - One code can invite a single Seed and can not be reused. ▶ Seed (Invitee) - Seeds are Saviors without a log-in record before March 3, 2024 (KST) - You can enter the Invite Code shared from the Fruit and clear the Invite Your Friends event missions. - You can only enter a single code and once entered, this can not be edited. Step 2. Complete the Invite Your Friends mission and receive the reward! - By clicking the Check Invite Your Friends Mission/Receive Rewards or by entering /invite command, you can check the event status. - Only the Seed can click the [Receive Rewards] button, but the reward will be given to both the Fruit and the Seed once clicked. - The Reward will be given to the following locations: ▶ Fruit: Mailbox ▶ Seed: Inventory Important - The UI and icon of this event will be removed during the scheduled maintenance on May 14, 2024. - One code can invite a single Seed and can not be reused - You can only enter a single code and once entered, this can not be edited.
