Greetings Saviors! This time around the Fan Art Festival theme is… Christmas of the Class Master! How will the Class Masters spend their Christmas? Show us your creativity! Event Period - Fan Art Reception Period: From November 5, 2020, at 00:00 (Server time) To December 9, 2020, at 23:59 (Server time) - Voting Period: From December 10, 2020, at 4:00 (Server time) To December 17, 2020, at 4:00 (Server time) Who can Participate - All users playing Tree of Savior How to Participate - Draw 'The Christmas of Class Master' and upload it on Forum>Fansites>Fan Art category. - Please write [X-mas] on the head of the title. - Write the correct Server/Team Name in the post. (For Season Server users, please write the original server name:) ex: [SEA] NA->Klaipeda) Rewards * Rewards will be given to 10 users - User picks - 5 saviors The voting thread will be on the Forum>Fansites>Fan Art category - GM picks - 5 saviors - Rewards: In-Game Title (Christmas Master), [EVENT] 500TP, Your art as an in-game loading screen * Winners will be announced on December 18 * The rewards will be given during the scheduled maintenance on December 22, 2020. Art Requirements - Format: JPG/PNG/PSD - Size: 1920*1080px, 300dpi - The art must be related to the theme - Acceptable mediums: Illustration Comic panels An image that utilizes in-game screenshots or material. Real-life photography, or images that utilize such, will not be accepted - Please note: We will exclude votes cast by forum accounts that shared the same IP addresses after reviewing the accounts. The results of the user vote are a reflection of this change. Important - The Fan Art can be posted on the website, SNS pages, Tree of saviors official Channel, so the participation of the event is regarded as consenting the uploads. - You may be penalized for stealing or plagiarizing someone else's work. - Fan artworks that don't fit the topic won't go up to the vote. - Incorrect Title of the Artwork/Server name/Team name of the character will not be counted. - Rewards will be sent to the Mailbox and be deleted after 2 weeks. - If the Artwork has problems such as sensationalism, violence, or hatred comment, it will be excluded and deleted. Apologies and compensation for the recent issue
Greetings, Saviors. This is a follow-up notice regarding the new year event issue. First of all, we offer our sincerest apologies to all players affected by our miscommunication when handling the related issue. The direct cause of the problem was a date error that occurred every time a player moved to and from certain areas when using auto matching and its associated systems, forcing the main system to send out the daily rewards repeatedly. The difference between date reset timings of each server were the fundamental cause. The issue has been resolved without need of a maintenance at EST 10:00 pm / BRT 12:00 am / CEST 4:00 am / SGT 11:00 am and the issued suspensions have been lifted. Even though the system error could result in overpayment of the event coins even during normal gameplay without any intention of exploit, it was considered as a system abuse without a clear understanding of the situation and the sanctions were carried out to prevent further heavy increase in the coin. We apologize again for our hasty decision. As previously informed, the suspensions issued to prevent further problems and facilitate the investigation were ‘undated’ temporary sanctions. Due to an internal communication error, some enquires have been misdirected with answers saying ‘indefinite/permanent ban’. Again, we apologize for this. In order to prevent such affairs in the future, we will make sure to set clear terms and guideline for the teams. We will give out the following compensation with the meaning of apology. You can claim the compensation at your team storage. 1. To all players - 1,000 Attribute Points (14 Days) x5 - Golden Anvil (14 Days) x5 - Enchant Scroll (14 Days) x5 - Event Mysterious Magnifier x5 2. [UPDATE] Known Issues: September 12, 2017
Greetings, Saviors. We are currently aware of the following issue and it has now been solved. We will keep you updated on further procedures. 1) Savior's Pick Event Dropping Irregular Attribute Points - After the scheduled maintenance of September 12, the Attribute Points: 1000 reward obtained from the returning player event was reported to apply as x1000 the correct amount. This issue has now been solved and we will be retrieving the irregular Attribute Points from the accounts of players who have already received them. Please refrain from using any of these Attribute Points until the issue has been completely handled. We will keep you updated on the progress of this issue. - UPDATE: Sep 13 - We have retrieved part of the irregular Attribute Point items from players' accounts. Accounts that require additional processing are now being handled. Please note that you may be temporarily disconnected in order for us to process your account and retrieve the items. - UPDATE 2: Sep 13 - Processing of all accounts has been completed and excess Attribute Points have been retrieved. Thank you for your patience and understanding while the process was ongoing. Please let us know via Support Ticket if you are experiencing other problems. When reporting issues, please be as detailed as possible. Screenshots, character/team/server/class details and timestamps would be greatly appreciated. The more information we have on a specific issue, the quicker it will be resolved.
