Greetings Saviors, Take cute and beautiful screenshots with various maps and monsters in Tree of Savior! Event Period FROM the scheduled maintenance on May 27, 2025 TO the scheduled maintenance on June 10, 2025 Who Can Participate - Every Savior How to Participate Step 1. Take a screenshot with your friends or by yourself with the wonderful background of Tree of Savior! Step 2. Upload your screenshot to the TOS Steam community in screenshot board. To participate in the event, please provide two screenshots: One screenshot showing your character name. One screenshot without any UI elements or character name. [How to upload your screenshot in the Steam Community] 1. Remove UI and Character Name in the game screen - Press Alt+A to hide the UI and Character Name. 2. Take a Screenshot - Press F12 to take a Steam Screenshot. - If the screenshot doesn't work, exit the Steam Client, and relaunch it as an Administrator. 3. Check the Screenshot - Launch the Steam Client. - Click View menu at the top left. 4. Open Screenshot Library - Click View → "NEW Recordings & Screenshots" from Steam Client. 5. Prepare for Upload - Right-click the screenshot you want to upload. - Click Share → Share on Steam. 6. Enter Title with the event header - Add an appropriate title for your screenshot! - The title must contain the Event Header [Capture Your Moment]. - Set the visibility to Public. 7. Finish Upload. The winners of these special awards will be selected based on a fair internal review by the operations team. If there are many excellent entries, more winners may be selected than originally planned, and all selected entries will receive the same rewards. If there are few submissions or the quality of the works does not meet the standard, some award slots may remain unfilled. [CLOSED] Weekend Double EXP Event (Feb 3-4, 2018)
Greetings, Saviors! Come on over to the servers this weekend for two days of double EXP! Event Period FROM February 3, 2018 at 00:00 (server time) TO February 4, 2018 at 23:59 (server time) Who Can Participate - All characters How to Participate - Simply login to your server during the event period to receive two times the EXP gains on all your characters! You can check your total EXP UP bonuses in the Character Info window (F1). Important - The double EXP bonus applies to your base EXP gains. - The event bonus will not display in the upper-left corner buff UI. To check your EXP bonuses, use the Character Info window (F1).
Apologies and compensation for the recent issue
Greetings, Saviors. This is a follow-up notice regarding the new year event issue. First of all, we offer our sincerest apologies to all players affected by our miscommunication when handling the related issue. The direct cause of the problem was a date error that occurred every time a player moved to and from certain areas when using auto matching and its associated systems, forcing the main system to send out the daily rewards repeatedly. The difference between date reset timings of each server were the fundamental cause. The issue has been resolved without need of a maintenance at EST 10:00 pm / BRT 12:00 am / CEST 4:00 am / SGT 11:00 am and the issued suspensions have been lifted. Even though the system error could result in overpayment of the event coins even during normal gameplay without any intention of exploit, it was considered as a system abuse without a clear understanding of the situation and the sanctions were carried out to prevent further heavy increase in the coin. We apologize again for our hasty decision. As previously informed, the suspensions issued to prevent further problems and facilitate the investigation were ‘undated’ temporary sanctions. Due to an internal communication error, some enquires have been misdirected with answers saying ‘indefinite/permanent ban’. Again, we apologize for this. In order to prevent such affairs in the future, we will make sure to set clear terms and guideline for the teams. We will give out the following compensation with the meaning of apology. You can claim the compensation at your team storage. 1. To all players - 1,000 Attribute Points (14 Days) x5 - Golden Anvil (14 Days) x5 - Enchant Scroll (14 Days) x5 - Event Mysterious Magnifier x5 2. To players who had been suspended (additional compensation) - x8 EXP Tome (14 Days) x3 - Instanced Dungeon Reset Voucher x2 - Instanced Dungeon Multiplier x4 - Challenge Mode One Entry Voucher x2 - Challenge Portal Scroll x4 Also, we will provide additional 15,000 coins for all players and 25,000 coins (15,000+10,000) for the suspended players through an event NPC after the next scheduled maintenance and post another announcement for more information. Known Issues: August 22, 2017
Greetings, Saviors. We are currently aware of the following issue and it is being worked on. We apologize for the inconvenience, and we will update you once it is resolved. 1) Skills and other actions not working properly in fields - After the scheduled maintenance of August 22, class skills, buffs and regular attacks aren’t working properly in fields and may appear to freeze or lag, failing to display the corresponding effects. Please let us know via Support Ticket if you are experiencing other problems. When reporting issues, please be as detailed as possible. Screenshots, character/team/server/class details and timestamps would be greatly appreciated. The more information we have on a specific issue, the quicker it will be resolved.
