It’s time, once again, to announce the winners of the TOS Re:Build Edition As always, we greatly appreciate all the hardworking artists who took the time to participate in this TOS Rebuild theme. We had to extend the voting times as we did not have sufficient votes from users during the voting period stated in our original announcement for the contest. Anyway, as we mentioned before, prizes include: 500 TP + the next Goddess' Blessed Cube Costume + the In-Game Title ("New Year Artist") and, of course, your art as an in-game loading screen. Prizes will still be delivered via GM message during the scheduled maintenance on Jan 15, however, the next Goddess' Blessed Cube Costume will be delivered to the winners when the Cube is officially announced. Item Processing May Cause Momentary Disconnection

We would like to inform players that we are in the process of seizing the items affected by the DPK errors from the remaining accounts involved, and that this process may cause certain players to lose access to the servers for a few moments. This means that, if your account is being processed while you are logged in, you may be logged out from the server and see a “protection mode” message upon attempting to log back in. Please be advised that this in order for us to seize any items that may have remained in your account and it will not last for more than 10 minutes. Also, note that this process will not apply to players whose accounts were not affected by the DPK errors. If your account is not under investigation, you will not be logged off. We will keep you updated on this process through future announcements until it is complete. Thank you for your understanding.

[UPDATE] Guilds Facing Issues Logging In
Greetings, Saviors! Please let us know via the ticket system if your guild is still experiencing issues logging in after the Temporary Maintenance on September 29, 2017. It will help us resolve the issue much faster if you provide your 'lastreplay' file from the following directory: Steam/steamapps/common/TreeOfSavior/release/replay Please note that you do not have to use the F12 function to record anything. The file will be automatically created. Thank you. [UPDATE] You may want to check if your client revision is "175015". You can check your revision number in the 'revision.txt' file at the following directory : /SteamLibrary/ steamapps/ common/ TreeOfSavior/ release If your revision number is not "175015", it means that you do not have the latest version and will need to re-download the client. [UPDATE 2] It may take up to 5 minutes on the loading screen to properly log-on to the game. The screen may also turn white like it is not responding. We would like to humbly ask that you try waiting on the loading screen for a few minutes before closing the client.
