Greetings Saviors! The long-awaited guild events have finally arrived! There are events for guilds from all worlds, so check where you can participate and enjoy! Event Period From the scheduled maintenance on November 10, 2020 To the scheduled maintenance on December 22, 2020 How to Check Your Status 1. [Event] Season Server Certificate: Use and verify that the player is from the Season Servers by buff and effect. - The item will be given via Lodge Mailbox at the start of the event. 2. [Event] Revealing Scroll: Use and verify how many players from the Season Servers are in the current zone. - You can receive the item via Guild Tower, by selecting ‘Retrieve the Revealing Scroll’. (1 time per team) - This item can only be used in the Guild Quest Zone. 3. Check the Status of the guild by: a. Clicking ‘[Guild Event] Check Season Server’ from the Guild Tower b. Guild invitation window (Status of the inviting guild will show on the window of the invited savior) [Round Up! : Guilds from the Season Server] Requirements - Guilds from the Season Server - 5 or more saviors from the Season Server with LV.420 or more must be present in the zone where the guild quest proceeds. ※Both requirements must be met for the mission to be counted. Missions & Rewards Mission 1: Clear Guild Quests - Rewards will be given at every 1st, 3rd, 5th, 7th, and 9th time the guild quest is cleared, and this reward will be accumulated. - Event rewards can only be obtained once and will be given based on the total number of cleared guild quests at the moment choosing to receive the reward. (ex; If you try to receive the 9th time reward after already claiming until the 3rd time reward, you will receive the 5th, 7th, and 9th time reward at the same time.) (Once per team) Important - The number of participating players from the New Worlds will be counted at the point quest reward is given after the quest is over. - Any member of the guild can check the clear count of the event missions via Guild Tower. - [UPDATE] You can receive the guild reward from December 8, 6 AM server time until the scheduled maintenance on December 22 when the guild master selects the 'Receive Guild Rewards' from the guild tower. The rewards will automatically be given to the guild storage. - [UPDATE] You can receive the individual reward from December 8, 6 AM server time until the scheduled maintenance on December 22 by selecting 'Receive Individual Rewards' from the guild tower. The rewards will automatically be given to the inventory. - Weekly total count will be reset every Monday at 6 AM server time. - Event items with [Event] header will be deleted when the event ends, and items with [Guild Event] header will be deleted on February 16, 2021. ※ When Sulivinas Lair is cleared, it will be counted as 1 Boruta and 3 guild quests cleared. (1 Boruta = 3 Guild Quest)
Known Issues: August 3, 2017
Greetings, Saviors. We are currently aware of the following issue and it is being worked on. We apologize for the inconvenience, and we will update you once it is resolved. 1) Reset Pack DLC items occasionally not transferable via Team Storage - Players have reported being unable to place items from the Reset Pack DLC in their respective Team Storage. This issue is expected to be fixed during the next scheduled maintenance (August 8, 2017). If you must transfer one of the items mentioned above through your Team Storage and are unable to do so, kindly send us a Support ticket and we will process your request. 2) Instanced Dungeons and Missions not resetting on time for certain characters - The daily count for instanced dungeons and missions can fail to reset at the correct time for certain characters in the [EU] Fedimian, [SEA] Telsiai and [SEA] Varena servers after the last scheduled maintenance. Please send us a Support ticket if one or more of your characters is affected by this issue so we may investigate it. Please let us know via Support Ticket if you are experiencing other problems. When reporting issues, please be as detailed as possible. Screenshots, character/team/server/class details and timestamps would be greatly appreciated. The more information we have on a specific issue, the quicker it will be resolved.

Period FROM the scheduled maintenance on December 16, 2020 TO the scheduled maintenance on January 12, 2021 How to Participate STEP 1. Go to the [Ragana] NPC in the towns (Klaipeda/Orsha/Fedimian). STEP 2. Offer her 50,000 silvers and she might grant you with costumes by chance! - Even if you don’t get the costumes, you can exchange them with Demon God's Temptation Points collected by each offering. - 1 Demon God’s Temptation point will be given per each offering without reward. - Demon God's Temptation event items are sorted as [Legend/Unique/Magic] rank. Item Rank Details Legend Rank - Wings/Effect/Doll item will be given as a form of package. - Obtainable amount is limited to 20 per each server. - Obtainable amount of [Legend] rank reward resets on the scheduled maintenance on December 29, 2020. Unique Rank - Costume item will be given as a form of package. - Obtainable number of items is limited to 400 per each server. - Obtainable amount of [Unique] rank reward resets on the scheduled maintenance on December 29, 2020. Magic Rank - Costume item will be given as a form of package. - No limits on the obtainable number of items. STEP 3. Go to the [Demon God's Temptation Points Store] and buy costumes by using Demon God's Temptation Points. Important - Consume Demon God's Temptation Points to exchange with the items in the Point Store. Points can be shared between teams. - Costume selection box from the [Demon God's Temptation] event can be exchanged into Demon God's Temptation Points. - Contents of Demon God's Temptation Points Store will change when the contents of [Demon God's Temptation] event changes. - Items from the Demon God's Temptation Points Store are not included in the number of acquisition limits per server. - [Wings/Effect/Doll] items exchanged from Demon God's Temptation Point Shop are given as a form of item, and [Costume] is given as a form of package.
