Preview: Tree of Savior Zachariel Release and Integration of Region
Greetings, Saviors. To bring new encounters and expanded adventures to Tree of Savior, the current servers: [NA] Klaipeda, [EU] Fedimian, and [SA] Silute will be merged into a single server named ‘Zachariel’ on Tuesday, July 15, 2025 (KST). The new Zachariel server will unite Saviors from various regions, forming a diverse community that transcends language and culture. We believe this significant change will inject vitality into the game, fostering more dynamic strategies and collaboration in an enriched gameplay environment. Saviors from your favorite guilds and regions will be able to find new goals to work towards, while those who aren't tied to a guild or region will be able to create their own unique groupings. No new installations or changes are required to access Zachariel Server. Simply launch the Tree of Savior client through Steam as usual, and you will automatically connect to the merged server. In the meanwhile, [SA] Silute TP Product Sales will be restricted due to this Server Merge. TP product sales in the SA server will be temporarily restricted starting from the date of this announcement. This is due to price standardization to align with NA/EU server pricing. To celebrate the launch of Zachariel, we have prepared a variety of exciting events for all Saviors. In particular, special rewards will be awarded for the first Guild Territory War after the integration. The first Guild Territory Wars (GTW) held in the Zachariel server will offer special rewards. Guilds that occupy the Champion League regions — 'Genar Field', 'Aqueduct Bridge Area', and 'Baron Allerno'.— will receive a commemorative guild flag engraved with a text and image of the guild’s choice. Additionally, amazing login rewards will be distributed to all players who log into the Zachariel server within the first 7 days after the merge. We’ve also prepared refreshing summer events and adorable new mounts to accompany your journey. (The following criteria will be applied to determine which teams are transferred) 1. Team with more premium TPs 2. Team with higher team levels (experience) 3. Team with more characters created 4. Team with later team creation dates # Premium TPs are transferred to the final team after all teams' information is summed. - They are also transferred if they were converted to points using TP-packaged items. # For further activation of teams not selected by the above criteria, you will need to apply by creating a new STEAM account. - The details of the procedure will be announced in a separate announcement in the future. Greetings, Saviors. The following issues have recently been reported and are being investigated. 1) Dungeon Count Issues - There have been reports of the Dungeon Run Count UI showing abnormal numbers. We are currently investigating this issue and will be providing compensation should we find that the issue prevented players from getting as many runs as they should have. We will update this announcement once we obtain more details about the errors reported. Thank you for your patience and understanding. UPDATE: This issue has been resolved. However, if you are experiencing dungeon count issue again, please let us know via Support ticket. Please let us know via Support Ticket if you are experiencing other problems. When reporting issues, please be as detailed as possible. Screenshots, character/team/server/class details and timestamps would be greatly appreciated. The more information we have on a specific issue, the quicker it will be resolved.

[SA] Adventure Journal Points Delayed to Oct 10
Greetings, Saviors. As you may know from the patch notes of today’s scheduled maintenance, this week’s big update includes the new version of the Adventure Journal, with new rewards for Growth and Exploration delivered based on your previous achievements. In order to apply this update to the game, all points obtained in those categories must be converted into the new point system in order for players to receive the corresponding rewards once they login after the maintenance. Unfortunately, processing that data in [SA] Silute is taking longer than expected, so we have decided to open the server WITHOUT applying the new Adventure Journal points for the time being. These points will be applied during the next scheduled maintenance on October 10, 2017. We would like to note that your Growth and Exploration point data is safely stored and intact (this includes your previous data as well as the new data generated after you log back into the server). We are merely delaying their application to the game in order to avoid denying access to the server any longer. We apologize for this issue and thank you for your patience while the new Adventure Journal point data is being processed.
[UPDATE] About further Restricted Accounts and Item, Silver Recovery
About Restricted Accounts We have to announce the today completed procedures with extra restricted accounts. Just like we announced on the former announcements that we have already punished the one conducted such illegal behaviors. And during that process we also restricted A. Those who shared same IP address, especially who have trade record during this incident. B. Those who registered and sold items with excessive overpricing. But there still could be innocent users could be effected on both cases above, we’ve been conducted an extra investigation on those users. Since the nature of this investigation, it requires play pattern and all-inclusive verification. We also apologize for that much of time consumed during this procedure. Today, the investigation process has almost completed and we also sent each person a compensation that we caused another inconvenience. I would suggest to log in and check if the accounts are now safe and back to normal, and the items are received on message box correctly. We also apologize for that we didn’t give correct and sufficient information via ticket or any other channel. Even to process such investigation in Top priority but it is true that we didn’t announce sufficient information to calm the restricted users during this work. We will be going to provide more detailed information with the reasons categorized reasons something for example, like A and B above. With Item and Silver Recovery As we announced on 2nd of October 2018, “Actions Against Illegal Silver Acquisition and Market Abuse”, the ones whom still facing with missing item, or a Silver are mostly the process of retrieve/recovery is not yet completed. We also have found some players from the forum that still facing issues with item recovery or the silver, with this investigation and the process comes to complete, we expect the recovery will also going to be done. Which means, there will be only two status will be left. Those who considered as Abuser will going to stay as permanent Ban or those who considered as a normal user will going their item or silver will be recovered. There will be no, partial result something like taken partial silver with no item issues. We expect everything to be completed on upcoming maintenance. Again we apologize for those who faced such inconveniencies and for your patience for waiting for us. [UPDATE] Silver returned to the player's market retrieve tab will be able to be withdrawn after a 24 hour wait period. Items returned to the market retrieve tab can be withdrawn immediately.
