Greetings, Saviors! If you’re looking to get a head start on your first TOS adventure, now is the time! Every month we are welcoming all rookie players with a massive level boost! Event Period FROM the scheduled maintenance on June 26, 2018 TO the scheduled maintenance on July 24, 2018 Who Can Participate - Players of Team Level 1 How to Participate STEP 1. If your team is at Team Level 1, head out to your nearest Event Notice Board to receive one Boost Pack (14 Days) (it will be received all at once on the first character you use the Notice Board with): - Note that Team Level and Character Level are different. Your Team Level is calculated according to all the characters and/or companions you have in your Lodge (you can check the top part of the screen at your Lodge to see your Team Level). STEP 2. The Boost Pack will contain a Team Level or Character Level milestone that your character will need to reach in order to receive the corresponding rewards (see Boost Pack Rewards). - There are a total of 6 milestones you can reach, with the top milestone at Character Level 220 / Team Level 3. - Every time you reach a new milestone, the Boost Pack gives you another round of rewards (see the Boost Pack Rewards below)! Boost Pack Rewards Reach the level milestones to receive the rewards! NOTE: Items tagged as [TIMED - XX Days] have an expiration date and can only be used within the period mentioned in the item’s description in-game, eg. if an item is marked as “30 Days”, it must be used within 30 days after you acquire it. After that, the rewards can be changed for future iterations of the event. - The Boost Pack can be received only 1 time per team. - Items with time limits cannot be moved via Team Storage and they will begin to count down as soon as they are received in your character’s inventory. - Rookie Savior’s Tomes do not stack with themselves (you cannot use more than one at the same time to multiply their effects).

Halloween '17: Final Week Changes
Greetings Saviors, We would like to make an official announcement regarding the Halloween '17 events. Our goal was to create new, light-hearted and easily enjoyable PvP content. We then decided to try out this new content with the season of Halloween in mind and created Creepy Klaipeda. However, as the event progressed, it was clear that the Halloween Dungeon contained systematic issues and a lack of balance. Therefore, after taking into consideration our players’ thoughts, we worked to improve the dungeon during maintenance each week. After the scheduled maintenance on November 14, 2017, we will be moving into the fourth and final week of the Halloween Event Dungeon. Although not perfect, we do believe that, through these continuous enhancements, the Dungeon has improved since its first appearance. Yet, we understand that, because of the issues mentioned above, the Certified Trick-or-Treater ranking and prize system we had in place was not set in a level playing field. We have also paid close attention to the concerns raised by our players about this issue. Because of this, we have considered how to properly deal with the rewards in a way that would satisfy our players. We have decided that not handing out or changing the Certified Trick-or-Treater rank prizes would go against the promise we made in the initial event announcement and this would be unfair to our player base. However, since we wish to ensure that the rewards received in the fairest way, we have decided to change the event’s ranking system. Our solution is as follows: Instead of the previous “top 3 of teams with the most Odd Candies exchanged selected per server, per week” we will be selecting “the top 12 teams with the most Odd Candies exchanged during the 4 week period." as our Certified Trick-or-Treaters from all servers. Like this, players will be able to receive the Certified Trick-or-Treater rewards based on their total numbers. Yet, we understand that there are still issues that can be raised because of this. Therefore, for the last 4 weeks we have improved the Trick-or-Treat and Creepy Klaipeda Sweet Treats and Odd Candy rewards. 1. Simply participating and completing the Halloween Dungeon: Creepy Klaipeda, will now grant players 30 pieces of Odd Candy after exiting. 2. Sugar Treats received in the Halloween Dungeon will be multiplied by 3. This includes the additional 30 pieces of Sugar Treats mentioned before. Meaning players will receive the 30 Treats bonus plus 3 times the candy. For example: If you acquired 50 pieces of Sugar Treats in the dungeon. After exiting you will receive (50+30) x3 = 240 pieces of Odd Candy. 3. The Event NPC, instead of handing out only 30 pieces of Odd Candy, will randomly hand out between 50~100 pieces. Through these reward improvements, we believe that this will have a huge effect on the rankings at the end of the fourth week. We have also added improvements to the Halloween Dungeon: In the Dungeon, if you have less than 30 pieces of Sugar Treats, you will be protected from other players' attacks. This is for players who are not used to the “aggressive” nature of PvP but are still participating in order to acquire candy. Once you have more than 30 pieces of candy, you are now free to attack and be attacked by other players. For example: Once you obtain 31 pieces of Sugar Treats, you will be able to attack and be attacked. However, if your amount of treats is reduced to 25 due to an attack from another player, you will once again be in a neutral state - unable to attack or be attacked. And, as a way to apologize to our players for any conveniences caused we will be granting each player 2,000 pieces of Odd Candy. Last, but not least, we would also like to announce that we have a new system in place to prevent future "speed-hacking" cases. If there is any sign of hacking in Creepy Klaipeda, a message will be sent out in-game and the account kicked off the server. After this, the player's account will be investigated and proper action taken. We hope that, with these changes, you will be able to fully enjoy the Halloween Dungeon. What is most important for us, of course, is for our players to be able to enjoy the event. [UPDATE] About further Restricted Accounts and Item, Silver Recovery
About Restricted Accounts We have to announce the today completed procedures with extra restricted accounts. Just like we announced on the former announcements that we have already punished the one conducted such illegal behaviors. And during that process we also restricted A. Those who shared same IP address, especially who have trade record during this incident. B. Those who registered and sold items with excessive overpricing. But there still could be innocent users could be effected on both cases above, we’ve been conducted an extra investigation on those users. Since the nature of this investigation, it requires play pattern and all-inclusive verification. We also apologize for that much of time consumed during this procedure. Today, the investigation process has almost completed and we also sent each person a compensation that we caused another inconvenience. I would suggest to log in and check if the accounts are now safe and back to normal, and the items are received on message box correctly. We also apologize for that we didn’t give correct and sufficient information via ticket or any other channel. Even to process such investigation in Top priority but it is true that we didn’t announce sufficient information to calm the restricted users during this work. We will be going to provide more detailed information with the reasons categorized reasons something for example, like A and B above. With Item and Silver Recovery As we announced on 2nd of October 2018, “Actions Against Illegal Silver Acquisition and Market Abuse”, the ones whom still facing with missing item, or a Silver are mostly the process of retrieve/recovery is not yet completed. We also have found some players from the forum that still facing issues with item recovery or the silver, with this investigation and the process comes to complete, we expect the recovery will also going to be done. Which means, there will be only two status will be left. Those who considered as Abuser will going to stay as permanent Ban or those who considered as a normal user will going their item or silver will be recovered. There will be no, partial result something like taken partial silver with no item issues. We expect everything to be completed on upcoming maintenance. Again we apologize for those who faced such inconveniencies and for your patience for waiting for us. [UPDATE] Silver returned to the player's market retrieve tab will be able to be withdrawn after a 24 hour wait period. Items returned to the market retrieve tab can be withdrawn immediately.
