Patch without Maintenance on July 4, 2023
Greetings Savior, On July 4, 2023 a patch went live on KST 17:08 to fix the following issue. - Engineer Complete Package contains Vaivora Vision - MAX Power Voucher instead of [Lv4] Vaivora Vision Register Voucher - Cannot move to Engineer Class Master via Goddess Statue - Engineer Class is included in the eligible classes for reset - Typing error in Engineer Class title of Weekly Boss Raid - Cannot apply Fix Kit on Arrow Turret while Repeating Crossbow attribute is 'ON' Please note that this was applied to the game immediately, without the need for a separate patch download. Please restart the client and play the game for the normal application of the patch contents below. Thank you.

【Tree of Savior Terms of Service Policy Revision】 ✅ Effective Date - August 11, 2025 (Mon) ✅ Key Changes 1. Penalty levels for Automated Behavior Detection (Standard) will be adjusted - Previous: Warning → 15 days → 30 days → 90 days → Permanent - Revised: 15 days → 30 days → Permanent 2. Added policy regarding Linked Accounts Involved in Violations 3. Added detailed Account Restriction Policy and Penalty Table (same standards as existing ones) ✅ Detailed Changes Account Restriction Policy: 1. Penalties are applied based on the type of violation and the number of offenses. In some cases, lighter penalties may be issued. 2. Any unjust gains from violating the policy may be revoked. If 100% recovery isn't possible, additional sanctions may apply. 3. If repeated violations are detected from the same system environment (IP, PC, etc.), related accounts may be treated as one and restricted accordingly. 4. Even if an account did not directly commit a violation, involvement with such actions may result in penalties equal to the offending account. 5. Accounts linked to previously penalized accounts may face the same penalty severity as the original account. (notices, GM replies, etc.) ④ Intentionally disrupting the game economy ⑤ Conduct that violates public decency, terms of service, or applicable laws ※ Any other malicious and deliberate acts [UPDATE] Known Issue: April 2, 2024
Greetings Saviors, The following issues have come to our attention: - The Faerie Dragon mount can not be traded This will be fixed during the scheduled maintenance on April 8~9, 2024. - An issue where the Season Challenge Mode is completed immediately on start We are currently aware of the issue and trying to fix it Season Challenge Mode has been disabled until the issue is fixed. Greetings Saviors, The following issues have come to our attention: - An error occurred in the Joint Strike Raid Ranking Reward in Klaipeda Server on August 26 at 22:00. We have retrieved the silver handed out by the error. If the same issue occurs, please do not receive the silver from the market retrieve tab. Regarding the reward of 'Baubas' Guild mission and Blockade
Greetings, Saviors. Considering the difference of difficulty between the Guild Mission and Blockade contents, the reward for Baubas Guild Mission will be changed as follows, so please refer to it.
