Connectivity Issue in [SEA] Telsiai Server
Greetings Saviors, We are aware that the Telsiai server has been experiencing instability issues. As such, we are investigating the problem and will make another announcement as soon as possible. If you are experiencing any other issues with the game, please send a ticket describing the problem via our Support page. Thank you.
[UPDATE] Known Issue: September 20, 2022
Greetings Saviors, The following issues have come to our attention: 1) Can receive Must Do Guide Reward twice ▶ The issue will be fixed next week during the maintenance on September 27th. You will not be able to receive all rewards from Must Do Guide until the issue is fixed. So please do not use the items, if you received the reward from the Must Do Guide twice. ▶ We are withdrawing the rewards received multiple times. The consumed Purified Breath of Power will also be withdrawn by taking away the EXP of the Res Sacrae it was used during the scheduled maintenance in the future. ※ Do NOT use the rewards obtained more than once. 2) The server instability that occurs occasionally in all servers after the recent update We are currently aware of the issue and trying to fix it. When the issue is resolved for sure, we will compensate the saviors for the recent inconvenience. If there are any updates, we will let you know through our Known issue notice. We will conduct temporary maintenance on every server due to the issue that the Ichors can not be applied on Lv.480 Weapon created by the Main/Sub Weapon set box from the 2023 New / Return Growth Package. [Maintenance Period] [EST] 02:30 to 04:30 (February 8, 2023) [CET] 08:30 to 10:30 (February 8, 2023) [SGT] 15:30 to 17:30 (February 8, 2023) [BRT] 04:30 to 06:30 (February 8, 2023) The compensation for the temporary maintenance will be given to your mailbox and removed within 2 weeks. We suggest that you take them all as soon as possible. 1. For the Saviors that purchased the 2023 New/Return Package but did not use the item 2. For the Saviors that opened the 2023 New/Return Package but did not use the +15 Reservoir Main/Sub Weapon Set Selection Box from the package. : The packages will be retrieved and returned during this temporary maintenance. 3. For the Saviors that opened the +15 Reservoir Main/Sub Weapon Set Selection Box from the package but did not do anything on the equipment. 4. Patch without Maintenance on August 8, 2023
Greetings Savior, On August 8, 2023, a patch went live on KST 18:18 to fix the following issue. - Repeatedly applying the Tamed Dino mount effect by swapping it with another mount causes the HP max to continue to increase Please note that this was applied to the game immediately, without the need for a separate patch download. Please restart the client and play the game for the normal application of the patch contents below. Thank you.
