Greetings Saviors, The following issues have come to our attention: - The Faerie Dragon mount can not be traded This will be fixed during the scheduled maintenance on April 8~9, 2024. - An issue where the Season Challenge Mode is completed immediately on start We are currently aware of the issue and trying to fix it Season Challenge Mode has been disabled until the issue is fixed. [UPDATE] Known Issue: March 17, 2022
Greetings Saviors, The following issues have come to our attention: - [Fixed] Reward of Blockade Battle (Demonic Sanctuary) can not be received This will be fixed during the scheduled maintenance on March 22, 2022 and you will be able to receive the reward after the maintenance. - [Fixed] Arcanum Brewing does not function normally. We are currently aware of the issue and are trying to fix it. ※Please do not use the Neutralizers or identify formulas before the issue is fixed. The Neutralizer, [Lv.470] Faint Arcanum Formula, and Goddess Token (Gabija) consumed while identifying formula and brewing Arcanum until then will be compensated after we fix the issue. [Update] Goddess Token (Gabija) is given to the Market Retrieve tab. [Lv.470] Faint Arcanum Formula and Neutralizer are given to the Mailbox and will be deleted after 4 weeks. Regarding Unknown Sanctuary Gate Activation
Greetings Saviors, We have fixed the following issue. - Unknown Sanctuary Gate is activated even when the guild hasn't activated the Unknown Sanctuary Gate Please be aware that if you have won the GTW - Champion's League, you need to activate the gate by consuming 25,000,000 silver for the activation every week.
