Greeting saviors, Unable to receive Weekend Login Reward from Giltine Raid Event. This issue has been fixed. Due to the issue, we have postponed the ending period of Giltine Raid Event to March 9, 2021. During the postponed period, you can receive Weekend Login Reward from March 3, 2021 to March 7, 2021. (Weekend Login Reward can be received from 6 am to next day at 5:59 server time during the designated days) You can check on event details here. [UPDATE] Known Issue: September 20, 2022
Greetings Saviors, The following issues have come to our attention: 1) Can receive Must Do Guide Reward twice ▶ The issue will be fixed next week during the maintenance on September 27th. You will not be able to receive all rewards from Must Do Guide until the issue is fixed. So please do not use the items, if you received the reward from the Must Do Guide twice. ▶ We are withdrawing the rewards received multiple times. The consumed Purified Breath of Power will also be withdrawn by taking away the EXP of the Res Sacrae it was used during the scheduled maintenance in the future. ※ Do NOT use the rewards obtained more than once. 2) The server instability that occurs occasionally in all servers after the recent update We are currently aware of the issue and trying to fix it. When the issue is resolved for sure, we will compensate the saviors for the recent inconvenience. If there are any updates, we will let you know through our Known issue notice. [UPDATE] Known Issue: September 27, 2022
Greetings Saviors, The following issues have come to our attention: 1) Cannot purchase 30 TP bundle from all server in Steam store page 2) TP purchased in NA/SEA/SA server is not displayed in the Steam Inventory - Due to the server instability issue, this measure will be temporarily applied. ※ This measure can be gradually applied to other servers as well. 3) The reward that was supposed to be given properly from Must Do Guide has been withdrawn - The items mistakenly taken away will be given back during the scheduled maintenance on October 4, 2022. - We will exclude the amount already used when giving back the reward. 4) The update week of the Weekly Boss Raid Total Damage Reward in the patch note on September 19-20, 2020 was misguided - The reward table will be updated on October 3, 2022.
