TOS Support Guild Vice Guild Master Election (9/11~11/26)
Greetings Saviors:) We are going to announce the regular election of the TOS Support Guild Vice Guild Master. Whenever there is a vacancy on Vice Guild Master, we will receive applications as follows. If you are willing to work as Vice Guild Master of TOS Support Guild, please read this post and apply! Vice Guild Master Selection Support Guild is run by three elected Vice Guild Masters for each world. Vice Guild Masters will share their experience and knowledge about TOS, process various contents, and support the fun and activities that can be enjoyed in the TOS community. ■ Vice Guild Master’s Role As the master of the TOS Support Guild, Vice Guild Master helps new/returning saviors who joined the guild to settle down and play various guild events ■ Vice Guild Master Selection Recruitment Target Saviors from All Worlds Number Recruited 2 Saviors per each world Recruit Period August 31, 2021 ~ September 9, 2021 Announced Date September 9, 2021 ※ Selected Vice Guild Master will be announced via future post and the selected Vice Guild Master will receive GM message on the announcement date. ※ Selected Vice Guild Master must enter the TOS Support Guild until September 9, 2021. ※ The penalty of Vice Guild Masters leaving the previous guild will be lifted on September 14, 2021. Activity Period September 11, 2021 ~ November 26, 2021 ※ Vice Guild Master can continue the activity according to their will and the past activity records after this activity period. Vice Guild Master Activity Guide Necessary Activity 1. Log in to TOS 3 days or more per week 2. Accept applications of Support Guild when logged in to TOS a. How to accept applications: Alt+G Guild → Settings → Applications b. Newly created teams will be automatically added to the guild, but other saviors need to be approved manually. c. Every applicant must be approved. (However, if it is judged that the purpose of applying is clearly to make conflict/dispute, it may be rejected.) 3. Play Guild Quest 2 times or more per week a. How to play Guild Quest: Guild Tower → Guild Quest → Select the Guild Quest you want to play → Go to the Guild Quest area → Enter via Guild Quest pillar after recruiting (space bar) b. Sulivinas Lair and Demonic Sanctuary cannot be played. Selective Activity 1. Answer the questions related to playing the game to solve guild member’s curiosity about the game 2. Check Guild Community a. Reply to inquiries about the game b. Questions frequently asked by the guild members can be saved in the Community section to help the players. 3. Activate the Guild Chat a. You can bring energy to the guild chat window by saying hello to the guild chat when you log in or log out, or when other users log in. Important Guild Territory War, Guild Wars, Guild Quest: Sulivinas Lair, Demonic Sanctuary cannot be played. - You cannot declare Guild Territory War and other wars since the purpose of the guild is to help saviors to understand and adjust to the game and since there are too many members. - Sulivinas Lair and Demonic Sanctuary are also not available as it is difficult to distribute fairly. - Vice Guild Master can send a request via forum post - Vice Guild Master category when needed. Guild Quest TIP 1. Guild Tower Location: West Siauliai Woods 1 channel, near Statue of Goddess Vakarine - This location is only for the 1st guild tower. - Location may change from the 2nd guild tower and if so, Vice Guild Masters need to tell the GM by whisper or ticket. 2. How to create Guild Tower: Talk to Uska NPC at Klaipeda → Buy Guild Merchandise → Purchase ‘Build Guild Tower’ → Use the item in the installation location 3. If the participation rate is low, guide the progress and reward. - Guild Boss Raid: Click the Participate button, move to the location and defeat the boss monster together! - Guild Mission: Click the Participate button, move to the location and clear the mission! - ‘Guild Foundation’ repetitive quest is cleared when clearing Guild Quest twice a week. Questions and Answers about TOS #9
I am syKim from “Tree of Savior (TOS)” development team. This is 9th post on Questions and Answers about TOS which answers the questions and the suggestions from all of you who are waiting and cheering for TOS. TOS is currently under development so the answers that are given below can be changed when we start the official service of the game. Q) I want to know if there’s day and night system in the game. A) There is no day and night system in the game. Q) I heard that we can climb onto the objects in the game. Can we also find hidden items or do some special actions when we climb onto those objects? I like looking for hidden dungeons or items. A) We have some hidden contents at the places that are not clearly visible in the game. Q) Is there marriage system in the game? A) At the moment, we don’t have marriage system in the game. However if there are lots of users who want this system, then maybe in the future, we could think about adding this system in the game. Please give us your suggestions. Q) I have a question on costumes. Do the costumes exist for collection purpose or dressing purpose? Or maybe do they exist to add some options to the characters? A) In TOS, each costume makes your character look different from the others. Therefore, they are different from the armors which have defensive attributes. Even if you don’t wear the costume that you newly obtained in the game and stay in the previous costume, there will be no disadvantage in terms of stats. Exclusive costumes for each class can be obtained from Class Master NPC when you advance your class to higher class. Q) I saw Chronomancer’s skill which restores the past time. Then is it possible to revive the friends who are dead? What about the items that we acquired before we restore the time? How about the monsters which are dead? Do they resurrect? A) First of all, this skill can’t be used often since some time needs to be passed in order to use this skill again. However, if there were dead friends or monsters, they will resurrect. The items that you acquired before you restore the time will remain even if you restore the time. You can understand it as in Sci-Fi movies where the main character who go to the past using time slip still has a cell phone or other things in his/her pocket which are not possible to be existed in the past. So now more class introductions. ▲“Thaumaturge” is a class which can change attributes. Monsters’ traps can be used as if they are yours, and you can either shrink or enlarge enemies’ sizes. Some of the skills of the other classes get influenced by the sizes of the enemies so if you use this skill cleverly, then you will change the outcome of the battles. You can also enlarge specific parts of your character’s body. For example, if you enlarge the hand which is equipped with a weapon, then attack stats will increase. If you enlarge the hand which is equipped with a shield, then defense stats will increase. ▲“Archer” is a basic class in archer-type classes. Arrow’s attack power will vary depending on the character’s distance from the enemies. If you change the stance of your character, then you won’t be able to move, but then the effective attack range will increase. If the monsters get attacked by a strong arrow attack, sometimes they will be hooked together and as a result you can attack these monsters easily as if you are handing just one monster. Archer can move while it is attacking the monsters so it is useful when you are in battle with boss monsters or the monsters that are big. ▲ "Pyromancer" is a class which uses fire magic. Fire attacks inflict continuous damages on monsters so it is useful to use this class when you are facing multiple enemies. “Fire Wall”, which you can place it on the ground, can be used using directional keys when you draw a wall on the ground while casting this skill. “Fireball” can be moved around by attacking it directly from short ranges so it will be useful in many ways when you are in party. ▲ "Centurion” class can order commands to other characters. If players participate “Formation”, then the characters’ control will be controlled by Centurion until they go out of Formation. Formation can be changed into various types depending on various situations and each type of formation has its own unique characteristic. For example, “Winged Formation” which surrounds the enemies and concentrate on firing on those enemies, is effective when you are facing with a huge boss, and “Phalanx” which temporarily gathers all Blocking stats to the players in the first row is effective when you are facing with multiple enemies at once. ▲This week’s bonus : Klaipeda soldier NPC design (by AD Maggi) Next week, I will answer the questions that are coming to us repeatedly related to the items in the game in details. [UPDATE] Known Issues - April 20, 2018
[UPDATE] The issue has been fixed. For today's session only, GTW has been rescheduled to EDT 22:40-23:10. Greetings, Saviors. The following issues have been reported today: 1) [NA] Guilds Unable to Enter Territory Wars - Guild members participating in the [NA] Klaipeda Territory Wars beta test have reported being unable to enter the Spot Area from adjacent maps during today's session. We are currently looking into the source of this issue and we will update this announcement once we obtain more details about the errors reported. Thank you for your patience and understanding. Please let us know via Support Ticket if you are experiencing other problems. When reporting issues, please be as detailed as possible. Screenshots, character/team/server/class details and timestamps would be greatly appreciated. The more information we have on a specific issue, the quicker it will be resolved.
