[UPDATE] Known Issues - April 20, 2018
[UPDATE] The issue has been fixed. For today's session only, GTW has been rescheduled to EDT 22:40-23:10. Greetings, Saviors. The following issues have been reported today: 1) [NA] Guilds Unable to Enter Territory Wars - Guild members participating in the [NA] Klaipeda Territory Wars beta test have reported being unable to enter the Spot Area from adjacent maps during today's session. We are currently looking into the source of this issue and we will update this announcement once we obtain more details about the errors reported. Thank you for your patience and understanding. Please let us know via Support Ticket if you are experiencing other problems. When reporting issues, please be as detailed as possible. Screenshots, character/team/server/class details and timestamps would be greatly appreciated. The more information we have on a specific issue, the quicker it will be resolved.

Greetings Saviors! The Goddess Blessed Screenshot event is here:) Take a screenshot of your character in the Athleisure Costume and participate in the event to get awesome rewards! Period From December 16, 2021 To January 2, 2022 at EST 23:59 Who can Participate - All saviors How to Participate STEP 1. Go to the event post uploaded on Facebook. [Link] STEP 2. Leave a comment in the post. - The comment must include the following: 1) A screenshot of your character wearing the Athleisure Costume Rank S or A. (Must show your team name on the screenshot) 2) The correct server/team name of the character. (Must match with the screenshot) ※ Pressing ‘Like’ and 'share' on the event page on facebook will increase the winning chance! Reward - Reward will be given to 10 saviors in total. - 1 savior by GM pick ▶ Muscle Up! (Trade O) ▶ Athleisure ALL Costume Box (Only contents can be traded) - 9 saviors by random ▶ Athleisure ALL Costume Box (Only contents can be traded) - Winners will be announced on the event page on January 3, 2022. - Following rewards will be given to 10 users on January 4, 2022. Important - Characters on the screenshots must wear at least 1 Athleisure costume from Goddess Blessed Cube. - Screenshots of the winners can be uploaded on our website and Facebook winner announcing post. - Rewards will be sent to the Mailbox and be deleted after 2 weeks. - Incorrect server/team name of the character will not be counted. - Changing the team name before/after the winner announcement will not be counted. - Screenshot must contain the team name of your own. - Inappropriate comments including things such as slander, insults, and hate speeches will not be counted. - Any participation after the event period will not be counted.
