Known Issues: April 4, 2018
Greetings, Saviors. The following issues have recently been reported. 1) Skill Effects Not Displaying - The visual effects of certain skills have stopped displaying after the scheduled maintenance of April 3 for some players. The affected skills still perform as intended (only the visual effects are missing), so you may continue to use them. This issue is currently being looked into and it is expected to be fixed during next week's scheduled maintenance (April 10, 2018). Thank you for understanding. Please let us know via Support Ticket if you are experiencing other problems. When reporting issues, please be as detailed as possible. Screenshots, character/team/server/class details and timestamps will be greatly appreciated. The more information we have on a specific issue, the quicker it will be resolved.

Event Period From July 1, 2023 To July 30, 2023 Who can Participate - All saviors How to Participate Step 1. Log-in to Tree of Savior on weekends (server time) during the event period. Step 2. Play Tree of Savior with special buffs and benefits! ▶The buffs and benefits of the month are as follows: ※ Please note that the timeline will follow the server time(EST/KST). Date Buff July 1 (Sat) EXP +100% Increase Challenge Mode Reward July 2 (Sun) EXP +100% Increase Reservoir of Corruption: Goddess (Auto Match) Reward July 8 (Sat) EXP +100% Increase Aether Gem Enhance trial in Remnants of Bernice Dungeon July 9 (Sun) EXP +100% Increase Falouros: Goddess (Auto Match) Reward July 15 (Sat) EXP +100% Increase Delmore Battlefield: Goddess (Auto Match) Reward July 16 (Sun) EXP +100% Increase Challenge Mode Reward July 22 (Sat) EXP +100% Increase Sinking Seizure: Goddess (Auto Match) Reward July 23 (Sun) EXP +100% Increase Division Singularity (Auto Match) Reward July 29 (Sat) EXP +100% Increase Memory of Flame Reward July 30 (Sun) EXP +100% Increase Reservoir of Corruption: Goddess (Auto Match) Reward Important - Please note that the buffs do NOT stack. If you receive Saturday's buff at the end of the day and receive a new buff at the start of Sunday, Saturday's buff will be removed and Sunday's buff will be applied. - The buffs will NOT automatically be granted to your character. You have to talk to the event NPC in order to receive the Weekend Burning Event benefits.
[UPDATE] Known Issues - April 20, 2018
[UPDATE] The issue has been fixed. For today's session only, GTW has been rescheduled to EDT 22:40-23:10. Greetings, Saviors. The following issues have been reported today: 1) [NA] Guilds Unable to Enter Territory Wars - Guild members participating in the [NA] Klaipeda Territory Wars beta test have reported being unable to enter the Spot Area from adjacent maps during today's session. We are currently looking into the source of this issue and we will update this announcement once we obtain more details about the errors reported. Thank you for your patience and understanding. Please let us know via Support Ticket if you are experiencing other problems. When reporting issues, please be as detailed as possible.
