[COMPLETE] Temporary Maintenance and short FAQs

Dear, Saviors. We have conducted an additional maintenance as it was revealed that some accounts were omitted from our previous silver retrieval process. Once again, we would like to sincerely apologize for having caused such an inconvenience with our continued maintenances. All players are given with the following items as compensation for the additional maintenance: - Token time extension + 4 hrs - Enchant Scroll (14 days) x5 - Instanced Dungeon Multiply Token (14 days) x4 All accounts that were omitted from our retrieval process are currently under a temporary restriction, which will be lifted in approximately three hours. We will let you know when the retrieval process is complete through the announcement and we will also make sure to deliver additional compensations should there come to a need for the processing time to be extended further.   The followings are the short Q&A from the frequently asked questions.   1. My silver is gone. - We have returned the item you've listed on the market as it was purchased by an account that acquired silver illegally.  2. My silver is gone and I also can't find my item. - This will be the case where the item sold on the market has already been consumed. In such a case we will need to investigate further before making reimbursements.  There will be further announcements with regards to this issue. 3. I've recently used the market to trade but nothing seems to have changed for me. - Retrieval process will only take place when the item you have listed on the market has been purchased using silver that has been acquired illegally. 4. I am banned even though I haven't acquired any silver illegally. - Most accounts that are currently restricted would have been so only temporarily in order for us to carry on with our silver retrieval process as mentioned above. - It is most likely that your account has not been permanently banned so we must ask for your patience in waiting for us to complete the retrieval process. - But all accounts that have knowingly listed items well above the market price were deemed to have taken part in market abuse or illegal silver transfer and banned permanently as a result. - As such, we have banned only the accounts that sought to exploit the recent situation but please feel free to make an inquiry through the tickets if there are any objections. 5. What will you do if the accounts that illegally acquired silver have already spent their silver on attribute points and such? - As previously mentioned, all accounts that sought to make a profit by listing items on the market well above the average market price have been permanently banned. - We have also retrieved all silver that has been earned via market transactions with the accounts that acquired silver illegally.  - All transactions that took place at smaller sums and at fair market price have been left as is. - We believe that we have managed to retrieve most of the illegally acquired silver at the current time but if you know of any suspicious activities that you would like us to investigate, please let us know through the tickets.

Actions Against Illegal Silver Acquisition and Market Abuse

Dear, Saviors. First of all, thank you for your utmost patience and we at IMC would like to sincerely apologize for having kept our players waiting all these hours. We would like to make a couple of announcements regarding the actions taken on the issues of illegal silver acquisition and the subsequent abusive market usage. During the extended maintenance, we have banned 46 accounts for direct involvement in the illegal acquisition of silver and market abuse and also banned an addition of 259 accounts on the basis of the IP's the directly involved accounts have connected from: Klaipeda (NA) oni**** sas**** old**** ila**** tea**** zhi**** dea**** Fedimian (EU) lor**** fla**** Telsiai (SEA) myo**** doa**** sky**** kor**** leg**** reb**** lie**** Silute (SA) o_r**** dea**** dea**** -me**** poo**** pom**** bla**** god**** qui**** piz**** tio**** ime**** pam**** ake**** tos**** zha**** xme**** lub**** bag**** emp**** bag**** the**** the**** n3s**** wam**** sis**** ala**** dea**** clo**** b4k****   Additionally, we have performed the following tasks during our extended maintenance: - All market transactions involving the banned accounts have been revoked. - All items sold in the transactions involving the banned accounts have been returned to the respective sellers and all silver earned through such market transactions have been reclaimed. - All returned items are retrievable from the players' market retrieve tab. - Some players' silver may have been moved from the market retrieve tab to the players' inventory in order for us to deduct the silver earned from a possible market abuse case. - For accounts where items to be retrieved are no longer present, we have retrieved the silver of amount equal to the item's value as the first step. All affected accounts will either have their item restored or silver returned to them after further investigation. - For accounts that no longer possess the items to be retrieved and also do not have enough silver for us to retrieve, we have left such accounts untouched provided that the items had been listed on the market at a fair price. - All players who have deliberately listed items at a high price on the market for the purpose of profit or transferring silver between accounts have been and will continue to be banned as the investigation progresses. Most of the illegally acquired silver spent on the market have been successfully retrieved through the process detailed above and we are currently doing our best to examine the cases where further investigation is required. Thank you very much for your cooperation. Market Usage and Silver Issues

Greetings, Saviors. We would like to address the recent issue of irregular Market use and Silver gain that is affecting multiple servers. We have confirmed instances of accounts carrying out abnormal Market transactions and obtaining/transferring Silver in ways that are not intended in the game. We have investigated these issues and reinforced the logic behind the affected systems, correcting the error and preventing it from being abused again. This process will be complete by the time the servers open again after today's maintenance (October 2, 2018). All accounts found to have been directly related to the incident have been permanently banned. As for the items traded via the Market during this period, we will decide on further measures according to the scale and gravity of any abuses after we complete our investigation. On Recent Popo Point Issues

Greetings, Saviors. We have confirmed today that the recently-introduced Popo Points (announcement here) were incorrectly reset a few hours earlier than expected, causing some players to miss out on purchasing their desired items from the Popo Point Shop. If you were saving PP for an item and lost your points due to this issue, you may submit a ticket through our Support page and let us know which item you had intended to purchase from the Popo Point Shop. You may submit your ticket until EDT 23:59 of October 7, 2018 (tickets submitted after this date will not be processed). We will check the records on your account to determine whether your Popo Points would have reached the desired total in the hours that followed the early reset and, if sufficient, we will send you the item via GM Message. Keep in mind, however, that we will carry out this procedure only for items worth more than 100 PP. Depending on the number of submitted tickets, we will process your request within the next few days.   Besides the early PP reset issue, we have also confirmed that, after the reset on October 1, Popo Points have not been correctly accumulating. We are currently investigating the source of the problem and we intend to compensate players for these inconsistencies when the Popo Point Shop reopens. Thank you for your understanding.
