Rainbow Trek (July '19)

  Greetings, Saviors!   It's time for some platforming action with the return of our Rainbow Trek event! Test out your reflexes and win fabulous prizes.         Event Period     FROM the scheduled maintenance on July 2, 2019 TO the scheduled maintenance on July 30, 2019       Who Can Participate     - Characters of all levels       How to Participate     STEP 1. Head over to your nearest Event Notice Board to join in and select one of three destinations: Rainbow Klaipeda, Rainbow Orsha or Rainbow Fedimian.   - In order to display all game elements correctly inside the event map, please turn on the ‘Show Other Character's Effects’ option under your Game Settings beforehand.   STEP 2. When you arrive at your destination city, you have 60 minutes to follow the colorful steps all the way to the goal chest!   - You can also use the teleportation devices inside the event map to go back to the corresponding save point.   - Every event city contains 3 hidden reward boxes with that you can find along the way, but the big prizes are always at the end of the rainbow! See the Rewards section below for details.   - Each city track can be played once per day, per team (total of 3 tracks per day, per team).       Rewards     1) Hidden Rewards   Find three of the following rewards along the way to the end of the rainbow! - Attribute Points: 100 x1   2) Goal Rewards   Get all of these from the chest located at the end of each city rainbow! - Instanced Dungeon One Entry Voucher (14 Days) x1 - Instanced Dungeon Multiply Token (14 Days) x1 - [Event] Rainbow Dust x3   3) Rainbow Dust   Collect Rainbow Dust and exchange it at the Event Notice Board for the following items. - Rainbow Dust x10 = Attribute Points: 500 x1 (no limits) - Rainbow Dust x10 = Blessed Shard x1 (max. 10 per team) - Rainbow Dust x20 = Chess Timer Toy x1 (max. 1 per team)     Important     - Inside the event maps your character cannot attack nor use skills. - Movement speed inside the event maps is applied the same for every character (including mounted characters). - You can right-click the Rainbow Trek buff in the corresponding UI (upper left-hand corner) to exit the event map before the 60 minutes are up. - If you failed to reach the end of the rainbow, you can re-enter the same map and try again (on the same day). However, each reward can only be obtained once per day, per team. - Items with time limits (14 Days) are untradeable and cannot be transferred via Team Storage. - [Event] Rainbow Dust can be transferred via Team Storage, but not traded with other players. - [Event] Rainbow Dust will be automatically deleted at the end of the event period.

  Greetings, Saviors!   Try out a variety of class combinations to celebrate the arrival of new gear and the new unique raid! Enjoy your new classes and Start Anew!     Event Period   FROM the scheduled maintenance on July 2, 2019 TO the scheduled maintenance on July 30, 2019 Who Can Participate   - Characters of level 50 and above How to Participate   STEP 1. Head out to the Reset Helper NPC located near the Event Notice Board in the city of Klaipeda.   STEP 2. Interact with the NPC to immediately receive Stat Reset Potion (1 Day) x3 and Class Change Voucher Lv 4 (1 Day) x3.   STEP 3. Play around with different class combinations and go back to the NPC every day! You can get one set of reset items (Stat Reset Potion (1 Day) x3 and Class Change Voucher Lv 4 (1 Day) x3) one time per character, per day. Important   - Reset items received through this event cannot be traded or transferred via Team Storage.

Temporary Maintenance Notice - June 28, 2019

Greetings Saviors,   We will conduct temporary maintenance across all servers today in order to fix follow issues:     1) Attribute Point items missing from the Victory Dungeon Trader   2) GTW in Fedimian server will be held on Sunday at 20:00 CEST as usual this week as the schedule will be corrected during today's temporary maintenance.   3) Connection issues while equipped with Savinose equipment with Bendrinti set stats     The temporary maintenance will take place on the following schedule:   [EDT] 03:00 ~ 05:00 [BRT] 04:00 ~ 06:00 [CEST] 09:00 ~ 11:00 [SGT] 15:00 ~ 17:00 We will update this announcement as the maintenance is over.   The folllowing items will be issued as compensation for the temporary maintenance to all users:   - EXP Tome (14 days) x 6 - [UPDATE] Token time extension + 6 hours   Thank you for your patience and understanding.   Sincerely, IMC Staf

[UPDATE] Known Issues - June 26, 2019

Greetings Saviors,   The following issues have recently come to our attention:     - Issue with the movement speed when using Musketeer's Sniper's Serenity skill - Ying Yang Harmony being cast in the wrong direction when using mouse mode - [RESOLVED] Gemstone Feud not held in some channels - Attribute Point items missing from the Victory Dungeon Trader - Players who have advanced into the Bokor class not being able to change their class - [RESOLVED] Increased HP of Challenge Mode Bosses     The devs are aware of the above issues and will resolve them as soon as possible. We will keep you updated through our Announcement pages.         Thank you for your patience and understanding. 

Additional Channels for Gemstone Feud

Greetings, Saviors!   Additional channels for Gemstone Feud have been added for all servers due to request from players. There will be a total of 3 channels available for Gemstone Feud sessions effective from today. The issue with Gemstone Feud schedules has also been resolved as updated in our Known Issues announcement, so If you are still experiencing issues, please reconnect to the game after restarting the game client.     Regards,   Tree of Savior Team

[UPDATE] GTW Schedule on the Fedimian Server

Greetings, Saviors.   We were let known that GTW did not start as usual for our Fedimian Server following the scheduled maintenance on June 18, 2019.   Starting time for GTW on Fedimian Server will be EDT 14:00 / CEST 20:00 this week   [UPDATE] The schedule has been corrected for the Fedimian server during the temporary maintenance on June 28, 2019. [Fan Art Festival Results] TOS PoPo's Summer Edition

Greetings Saviors!  It’s time, once again, to announce the winners of the TOS PoPo's Summer Edition  As always, we greatly appreciate all the hardworking artists who took the time to participate in this TOS summer theme.  We had to extend the voting times as we did not have sufficient votes from users during the voting period stated in our original announcement for the contest. Anyway, as we mentioned before, prizes include: 500 TP + the next Goddess' Blessed Cube Costume + the In-Game Title ("PoPo Vacation") and, of course, your art as an in-game loading screen. Prizes will still be delivered via GM message during the scheduled maintenance on June 25th. Also please note that votes shared by the same IP addresses have been removed. The results of the user vote are a reflection of this adjustment.
