We will conduct temporary maintenance on NA Zachariel server due to Server Stabilization: [Maintenance Period] [KST] 12:30 to 14:30 (September 28, 2026) [EST] 22:30 to 00:30 (September 27~28, 2026) [SGT] 11:30 to 13:30 (September 28, 2026) The compensation for the temporary maintenance will be given to your mailbox and removed within a day. [UPDATE] Known Issue : September 16, 2026
Greetings Saviors, The following issue has come to our attention: -An Issue of Inability to enter from character selection (Barrack) due to missing channel lists, client crashes during channel changes, and disconnections back to the selection screen after clearing solo boss content. We are currently aware of severe technical instability exclusively affecting Z Server. Our technical team is actively investigating the root cause to deploy a fix as quickly as possible.
