[COMPLETE] Temporary Maintenance Notice - April 18, 2018

Greetings, Saviors. We will soon perform a short maintenance across all servers in order to carry out the following: 1) Expand the current [NA] Klaipeda Guild Territory Wars beta test to 2 additional maps – Genar Field and Galeed Plateau (the daily sessions will take place at the previously announced schedule on all 3 maps). 2) Correct a bug that allowed players to incorrectly repeat certain quests. This maintenance is expected to take place on the following schedule: [EDT] 03:00 to 04:00 [BRT] 04:00 to 05:00 [CEST] 09:00 to 10:00 [SGT] 15:00 to 16:00  Note that this maintenance will affect all servers. We will update this announcement when maintenance is complete.

Known Issue: February 4, 2021

Greetings Saviors, We are aware that the [5th Anniversary] Special Kedoran Merchant is in Fedimian. It was wrongly applied due to the system error, and we will delete the NPC during the scheduled maintenance next week. [5th Anniversary] Special Kedoran Merchant NPC will appear later when the event starts.   Sorry for causing confusion, and thank you for your support.    If you are experiencing any other issues with the game, please send a ticket describing the problem via our Support page. [Resolved] Known Issue: September 7, 2018

Greetings, Saviors. The following issue has recently come to our attention. TBL matching issues and players' Uphill Points being reset We've had reports from players that they are having difficulty queuing for TBL and also that their Uphill points had been reset after the temporary maintenance on September 7, 2018. We wanted to let you know that the issue was just temporary and all players' points should be displayed correctly and queuing for TBL should be in working order as of the current time. If your points are still displayed incorrectly, check back again after participating and earning points in the said event and your accumulated points will be displayed correctly once again.
