Known Issue - June 19, 2019
Greetings Saviors, The following issue has recently come to our attention: - Inaccurate event notice for the Goddess' Blessed Cube Special Reward Event We would like to let you know that this is not a bug but a mistake on our part in preparing the event notice. The Goddess' Blessed Cube Special Reward Event was meant to provide players with +1 A or B-rank item with every 25 cubes opened. Our event page will be corrected immediately and the following compensation will be issued: 1 x Random A-rank Goddess' Blessed Cube item for every +1 Special Reward Event item that a player has received We will thoroughly investigate our logs to compile the list of players who were affected by this and deliver the compensations after the sale of our current Goddess' Blessed Cube has ended. [COMPLETE] Known Issues - May 3, 2018
Greetings, Saviors. The following issues have been reported today: 1) Loading Screen Freezing - Several players have reported encountering freezing loading screens when attempting to move to a map in-game, becoming unable to enter the map with one or more specific characters. We are currently looking into the source of this issue and we will update this announcement once we obtain more details about the errors reported. If you are encountering this issue, kindly report it through a Support ticket along with your lastreplay file so we may further investigate the problem. You can find your lastreplay file at the following path: Steam/steamapps/common/TreeOfSavior/release/replay/lastreplay Thank you for your patience and understanding. [ISSUE FIXED] This issue has now been resolved. Please restart your game to apply the changes. Please let us know via Support Ticket if you are experiencing other problems. When reporting issues, please be as detailed as possible. Screenshots, character/team/server/class details and timestamps would be greatly appreciated. The more information we have on a specific issue, the quicker it will be resolved.
[UPDATE] Temporarily Server instability Issue at Silute Server
Greetings Saviors, We faced the server instability issue at BRT 22:14. The Team immediately noticed after the situation has happened, and reacted promptly. The Server issue at Silute is now properly fixed and the server is working again. We are sorry for the inconveniences caused by Server instability in this good weekend. As a Compensation, we will provide User at Siltue, with 3 Exp tomes and multiply. Again, we are sorry for the troubles that you faced and hope you have a nice weekend ahead. Thank you

[NA] / [SA] Channel Maintenance Notice
Greetings Saviors. We are currently performing a temporary channel maintenance operation in the [NA] Klaipeda server, in order to investigate and correct the NPC errors reported earlier today (click to see the Known Issues announcement). The process is already complete in [SA] Silute, and we will update this announcement when the maintenance in [NA] Klaipeda is also complete. Our apologies for the late notice. In the meantime, you may experience instability in the city of Klaipeda and/or other maps, and the channels being repaired will appear to crash. Please note that this is necessary in order to fix the issue and stabilize the channels. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Greetings Saviors, The following issue has recently come to our attention: - The issue with the level of Unique Enchant Jewel from Leticia Cube - [RESOLVED] Snow Globe Cube being displayed as Wake Up Special Premium Package in the Shop UI The devs are aware of the above issue and the Lv.1 Unique Enchant Jewels will be retrieved and replaced with appropriate Unique Enchant Jewels after the current edition of Leticia Cube is removed. [RESOLVED] The Snow Globe Cube will now display the correct name in the game's Shop UI. Thank you for your patience understanding.
