Known Issue: December 6, 2018
Greetings Saviors. The following issue has recently come to our attention. The Harvest Festival event crops disappearing in less than an hour - We are currently working to find the means to resolve the issue as soon as possible. - "Harvest Festival" event period will be extended for another week(until December 26, 2018) to compensate for players who have missed the chance to participate in the said event. Please let us know via Support Ticket if you are experiencing other problems. When reporting issues, please be as detailed as possible. Screenshots, character/team/server/class details and timestamps would be greatly appreciated. The more information we have on a specific issue, the quicker it will be resolved.
Temporary Maintenance Notice - June 28, 2019
Greetings Saviors, We will conduct temporary maintenance across all servers today in order to fix follow issues: 1) Attribute Point items missing from the Victory Dungeon Trader 2) GTW in Fedimian server will be held on Sunday at 20:00 CEST as usual this week as the schedule will be corrected during today's temporary maintenance. 3) Connection issues while equipped with Savinose equipment with Bendrinti set stats The temporary maintenance will take place on the following schedule: [EDT] 03:00 ~ 05:00 [BRT] 04:00 ~ 06:00 [CEST] 09:00 ~ 11:00 [SGT] 15:00 ~ 17:00 We will update this announcement as the maintenance is over. Known Issues: July 11, 2018 [2]
Greetings, Saviors. The following issues have recently been reported. 1) Server Instability - Players have reported experiencing lag occurrences and general server instability after the scheduled maintenance of July 10, 2018. We are currently investigating the source of the issue and will keep you updated with more information. Thank you for your patience and understanding. Adjustments on Res Sacrae Maximum Level
Greetings Saviors! Res Sacrae, a new high-level item, was added during the Episode 13 update on February 2, 2021. This new item was designed to require a lot of investment from the Saviors as it is one of the items required at the highest level. Due to the high demand for goods, it is difficult for many Saviors to actually become stronger by investing more than a certain amount of goods in Res Sacrae. But over time, there are a few Saviors who have reached a high-level Res Sacrae. If this continues, the gap between the Savior is likely to widen in the future. In order to prevent and ease this gap, we will temporarily restrict(lock) the maximum Res Sacrae level from the current 20 to 10. This measure is not permanent and we will gradually release it by monitoring the Savior's growth rate and overall Res Sacrae enhancement status in the server. Regards, IMC Staf

[RESOLVED] Klaipeda and Orsha Login Issue
Greetings, Saviors! UPDATE: The [NA] servers are back up and you should be able to access them now. Compensation for the connection issues has also been sent to all teams on the Klaipeda and Orsha servers. Please collect it by October 08, 2017. We have detected connection issues in the [NA] servers and are currently looking into the source of the problem. We will update this announcement once we have more details about the issue. Thank you for your understanding.
