Known Issues: July 11, 2018 [2]
Greetings, Saviors. The following issues have recently been reported. 1) Server Instability - Players have reported experiencing lag occurrences and general server instability after the scheduled maintenance of July 10, 2018. We are currently investigating the source of the issue and will keep you updated with more information. Thank you for your patience and understanding. Please let us know via Support Ticket if you are experiencing other problems. When reporting issues, please be as detailed as possible. Screenshots, character/team/server/class details and timestamps would be greatly appreciated. The more information we have on a specific issue, the quicker it will be resolved.

[RESOLVED] Klaipeda and Orsha Login Issue
Greetings, Saviors! UPDATE: The [NA] servers are back up and you should be able to access them now. Compensation for the connection issues has also been sent to all teams on the Klaipeda and Orsha servers. Please collect it by October 08, 2017. We have detected connection issues in the [NA] servers and are currently looking into the source of the problem. We will update this announcement once we have more details about the issue. Thank you for your understanding.
