Unable to use Chats (Guild Chat, Group Chat, Party Chat, Shout) due to Error Code [0] and Error Code [21]. We are investigating the problem and will make another announcement as soon as an update is available. We are deeply sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding. GTW Support Items
Greetings, Saviors! To celebrate the opening of the official Guild Territory Wars, we have prepared for you support items to assist your victory in the fierce battle ahead. Event Period FROM the scheduled maintenance on February 12, 2019 TO the scheduled maintenance on March 12, 2019 Who Can Participate - All players who belong in a guild that participates in the Guild Territory Wars How To Participate Visit and interact with the Territory Wars Helper NPC located in Klaipeda, Orsha and Fedimian to obtain the following items: - [GTW Event] Small Elixir of HP Recovery x20 - [GTW Event] Small Elixir of SP Recovery x20 - [GTW Event] Lv 15 Condensed HP Potion x20 - [GTW Event] Lv 15 Condensed SP Potion x20 - [GTW Event] Urgent Repair Kit x5 - [GTW Event] Lv 15 Condensed Movement Speed Potion x5 ※ All support items can be obtained once per week per team (resets 00:00 server time). ※ All items can be transferred through Team Storage, but not be traded personally or via the Market. ※ All items will be automatically deleted at the end of the event period.
Adjustments on Res Sacrae Maximum Level
Greetings Saviors! Res Sacrae, a new high-level item, was added during the Episode 13 update on February 2, 2021. This new item was designed to require a lot of investment from the Saviors as it is one of the items required at the highest level. Due to the high demand for goods, it is difficult for many Saviors to actually become stronger by investing more than a certain amount of goods in Res Sacrae. But over time, there are a few Saviors who have reached a high-level Res Sacrae. If this continues, the gap between the Savior is likely to widen in the future. In order to prevent and ease this gap, we will temporarily restrict(lock) the maximum Res Sacrae level from the current 20 to 10. This measure is not permanent and we will gradually release it by monitoring the Savior's growth rate and overall Res Sacrae enhancement status in the server. Regards, IMC Staf

[HOTFIX] The Masters’ Unit Badge Issue
Greetings, Saviors! After the scheduled maintenance on September 12, some players have been unable to obtain their daily Master Badge through The Masters’ Unit event that began on the same day. We would like to announce that the error that was causing this issue has been fixed. You should now be able to obtain one Master Badge per day (per team) after completing the event mission. To compensate for the missing badge, players who were affected by this error will receive 2 Master Badges the next time they participate in the event mission through the Event Notice Board. This will only apply one time. IMPORTANT: You will need to restart your game client in order for the hotfix to be applied. Remember that The Masters’ Unit event mission daily count resets at 6 AM (server time), while the time to obtain the Master Badge resets at midnight (server time). We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience while the issue was being solved.

Play the new contents of Tree of Savior updated on August 24, and share your tips and information on the Forum page:) Period From August 24, 2021 To October 5, 2021 Who can Participate - All saviors How to Participate Step 1 Write a guide that can be helpful for new/returning saviors. Step 2 Upload it on Forum - General Gameplay > Game Tips and Strategies category. - [Renewed] must be written at the front of the title. - Example: [Renewed] Leveling Guide, [Renewed] New Contents, [Renewed] Farming Consumables, [Renewed] New System (Equipment Succession, Goddess Equipment Enhancement), etc - Title, Server name, and Team name must be included in the post. Step 3 Selected Guides will be posted as a Community Guide after the event ends. Reward - Following rewards will be given to users by GM pick. (There won't be limits on the number of users.) - Title: Game Guide Creator x1 - Free Hair Dye Coupon x10 - Free Hair Coupon x10 ※ Cannot purchase Wigs and Hair Dye (item) with Free Hair Dye Coupon and Free Hair Coupon. - Winners will receive rewards every Tuesday during the scheduled maintenance. - All winners will be announced on the event page on October 11, 2021. Important - You can upload multiple guides. If multiple guides are well written, they can all be selected. - But, the reward will be given only once per week, and the title will be given only once during the event period. - Every selected guide will be included in the final guide posting. - Guides of the winners can be uploaded on Facebook official page, official website, and Forum Guide Thread. - Selected Guides will be moved to 'Community Guide'. - Rewards will be sent to the Mailbox and be deleted after 2 weeks. - Changing the team name before/after the winner announcement will not be counted. - If your team server name and team name is incorrect, you can be excluded from the winner list. - Inappropriate comments including things such as slander, insults, and hate speeches will not be counted and can be deleted. - Penalty will be applied when plagiarizing other user's guides. - Any participation after the event period will not be counted. - Guide written in languages other than English will not be counted. (Multiple languages allowed if English ver. is included.)
