Remnants of Bernice Temporarily Closed
Greetings Saviors, As previously announced, we will be reworking the two contents of TOS: Uphill Defense and Remnants of Bernice. Because of this, players will not be able to retrieve their rewards for Remnants of Bernice starting from 6 AM, May 13, 2019, to the end of Scheduled Maintenance on May 14, 2019. The rewards for player participation in the Remnants of Bernice in the previous week will be available to obtain starting from the end of Scheduled Maintenance on May 14, 2019, to 6 AM, May 20, 2019. We apologize for the inconvenience.

[UPDATE] Known Issue: October 20, 2020
Greeting Saviors! We became aware of the following issue: 1) The remaining time of the temporary costumes achieved before the maintenance on October 20th is not adjusted. 2) The temporary costumes achieved before the maintenance on October 20th cannot be exchanged into permanent items. [UPDATE] A selection box containing the temporary costumes will be given to all saviors with temporary costumes achieved before the maintenance on October 20th, after the scheduled maintenance on October 27, 2020. You will be able to choose and receive 1 of the 5 temporary costumes with the adjusted expiring date by using the box. For those who cannot exchange the costumes into permanent costumes, please exchange the costumes from the selection box given after the scheduled maintenance on October 27, 2020. [UPDATE 3] [EU] Fedimian Temporary Maintenance Notice - September 29th
UPDATE 3: We will be having temporary maintenance in order to resolve the issues that are continuing on the Fedimian Server instances. - Maintenance Period : (EDT) 10:30 p.m. ~ 11:30 p.m. September 29th, 2016 We apologize for any inconvenience that you may have experienced UPDATE 2: As mentioned in our previous update, we continue to work towards fixing the connection issues affecting [EU] Fedimian instanced dungeons and missions. These issues have been observed to occur with greater frequency in premade parties; therefore, we would like to advise you to use the automatic matching function instead for the time being. Thank you. UPDATE 1: Some users continue to experience connection issues in [EU] Fedimian instanced dungeons and missions. We are aware of this problem and are working to find and apply a solution as soon as possible. Additional compensation will be provided to users in the affected server. Our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused. Today's temporary maintenance in [EU] Fedimian is now complete and all users in the server have been sent via GM message the following items as compensation: EXP Tome x1, Instanced Dungeon Reset Voucher x1. We apologize once again for the inconvenience. We have fixed some components that seemed to be causing the issues, but please note that we are still monitoring the situation.
