[SA] Known Issues: June 05, 2018
Greetings, Saviors. We are aware that the 'Silute' server has instability issues. As such, we are investigating the problem and will make another announcement as soon as possible. If you are experiencing this issue with the game, kindly share the screenshot of your Ping test result on the link below: https://forum.treeofsavior.com/t/ping-test-for-sa-silute-players-after-4-10-maintenance/379775 Thank you for your patience and understanding. Please let us know via Support Ticket if you are experiencing other problems. When reporting issues, please be as detailed as possible. Screenshots, character/team/server/class details and timestamps would be greatly appreciated. The more information we have on a specific issue, the quicker it will be resolved.
Client Size and Resolution Mismatch Issue
Greetings, Saviors! We would like to announce that our developers worked on the mismatch of client size and resolution. The fix has been applied to the server and the client should fit to appropriate resolution. IMPORTANT: You need to restart the game client in order for the fix to be applied. Fan Art Fest: The Art of Loving Is Officially Over
Greetings, Saviors. The submission period for our Fan Art Fest: The Art of Loving has ended. Thank you all for your participation and support. We have had so many lovely artworks for Valentine’s Day and great enthusiasm from other users as well. The winners would be announced and included in the game next week. We are always grateful for having such loving and supporting fans.

Account Suspension and Announcement, November 15, 2024
Greetings Saviors, We would like to inform our community about recent actions taken to address inappropriate behavior in the game. We have permanently banned accounts involved in exploiting multi-accounting to gain unfair advantages. This action is part of our ongoing efforts to maintain a fair and enjoyable gaming environment for all Saviors. Known Issue: May 6, 2020
Greeting Saviors! The distribution of Attribute Point Free Retrieval Voucher for the Arbor Day event had an issue and some Saviors did not receive the Voucher. We will distribute the missing Attribute Point Free Retrieval Vouchers to the Saviors who did not receive the Voucher on May 12, 2020.
