[UPDATE] Known Issue: August 22, 2018
Greetings, Saviors. The following issue has recently come to our attention. Regarding the Invite A Friend Event We've had reports from our players that some of you are facing issues with the rewards for participating in the Invite A Friend event. Our devs are currently working on the said issue and the Friend Invite Codes will temporarily be disabled for the time being. [Updated] The Event NPC will not be interactable while the issue is being worked on.
Known Issue: December 6, 2018
Greetings Saviors. The following issue has recently come to our attention. The Harvest Festival event crops disappearing in less than an hour - We are currently working to find the means to resolve the issue as soon as possible. - "Harvest Festival" event period will be extended for another week(until December 26, 2018) to compensate for players who have missed the chance to participate in the said event. Please let us know via Support Ticket if you are experiencing other problems. When reporting issues, please be as detailed as possible. Screenshots, character/team/server/class details and timestamps would be greatly appreciated. The more information we have on a specific issue, the quicker it will be resolved.
Known Issues: June 27, 2018
Greetings, Saviors. The following issue has recently been reported. 1) Guild Promotion Board Error - Opening the Guild Promotion Board UI has been known to prompt the error message above. This issue is set to be fixed during the scheduled maintenance of July 3, 2018. Until then, this feature may not work as intended. Thank you for your understanding. Please let us know via Support Ticket if you are experiencing other problems. When reporting issues, please be as detailed as possible. Screenshots, character/team/server/class details and timestamps would be greatly appreciated. The more information we have on a specific issue, the quicker it will be resolved.

[UPDATE] Extended Maintenance August 18, 2020

Archaeological Expedition Event
Greetings Savior! Archaeological Expedition Event is here in TOS! Excavate the hidden relics to receive special rewards:) Event Period From the scheduled maintenance on July 15, 2025 To the scheduled maintenance on September 02, 2025 (KST) Who can Participate - Characters with Lv. 470 or Above How to Participate Step 1. [Kedora Alliance] NPC will appear during the event period. - The locations of each NPC are as follows : - NPC [Kedora Alliance] Geraldasia, Geraldason, Geraldas Step 2. Receive archaeology missions from the [Kedora Alliance] NPC. - Saviors must have 10 Transmutors to receive the quests. - Transmutors can be obtained from the Challenge Mode: Division Singularity. - Once you received the mission, open the World Map (N) and go to the Archaeology sites. Step 3. Use the detector to find hidden relics. - Head to the excavation area and use the detector in the inventory to uncover hidden relics. - Each Savior can excavate up to 9 relics per Archaeology Mission (3 relics at each site) - Saviors can use the detector up to 50 times. Once the maximum number of detections is reached, the mission will end. ⚠️During the excavation, Relic Raider might appear!!⚠️ - Defeat Relic Raider to obtain special relics that can be showcased on the Archaeology Exhibit Stand. (Must match with the screenshot) ※ Pressing ‘Like’ and 'share' on the event page on facebook will increase the winning chance! Reward - Reward will be given to 10 saviors in total by random.
