[RESOLVED] Klaipeda and Orsha Login Issue
Greetings, Saviors! UPDATE: The [NA] servers are back up and you should be able to access them now. Compensation for the connection issues has also been sent to all teams on the Klaipeda and Orsha servers. Please collect it by October 08, 2017. We have detected connection issues in the [NA] servers and are currently looking into the source of the problem. We will update this announcement once we have more details about the issue. Thank you for your understanding.
Temporary Maintenance Notice - June 28, 2019
Greetings Saviors, We will conduct temporary maintenance across all servers today in order to fix follow issues: 1) Attribute Point items missing from the Victory Dungeon Trader 2) GTW in Fedimian server will be held on Sunday at 20:00 CEST as usual this week as the schedule will be corrected during today's temporary maintenance. 3) Connection issues while equipped with Savinose equipment with Bendrinti set stats The temporary maintenance will take place on the following schedule: [EDT] 03:00 ~ 05:00 [BRT] 04:00 ~ 06:00 [CEST] 09:00 ~ 11:00 [SGT] 15:00 ~ 17:00 We will update this announcement as the maintenance is over. The following issues have recently been reported. 1) Server Instability - Players have reported experiencing lag occurrences and general server instability after the scheduled maintenance of July 10, 2018. We are currently investigating the source of the issue and will keep you updated with more information. Thank you for your patience and understanding. Please let us know via Support Ticket if you are experiencing other problems. When reporting issues, please be as detailed as possible. Screenshots, character/team/server/class details and timestamps would be greatly appreciated. The more information we have on a specific issue, the quicker it will be resolved.

Greeting Saviors! The following issue has come to our attention: - When the '[Event] Enhancement Coupon: 100,000 Silver (14 Days)' given as a reward of the SNS Like&Comment Event is inside the inventory, the enhancement does not work. We will delete the current item and provide Enhancement Coupon: 100,000 Silver without a time limit x5 via mailbox during the scheduled maintenance on June 9, 2020. (The compensation in the mailbox will be automatically deleted after 2 weeks, so please receive the item in time.) If you wish to enhance before the scheduled maintenance next week, please transfer the '[Event] Enhancement Coupon: 100,000 Silver (14 Days)' item to the team storage.
