[UPDATE] Known Issue: August 22, 2018
Greetings, Saviors. The following issue has recently come to our attention. Regarding the Invite A Friend Event We've had reports from our players that some of you are facing issues with the rewards for participating in the Invite A Friend event. Our devs are currently working on the said issue and the Friend Invite Codes will temporarily be disabled for the time being. [Updated] The Event NPC will not be interactable while the issue is being worked on.
Regarding the Attribute Point Free Retrieval Voucher
Greetings Saviors! The Attribute Point Free Retrieval Voucher was originally announced to be deleted on May 19, but was actually deleted during maintenance on May 12 due to misunderstanding in the process. We are deeply sorry to have caused the confusion and will re-provide the item once again to all users. Attribute Point Free Retrieval Voucher x10 will be given on May 19, 2020 after the scheduled maintenance and a GM message will be sent regarding the issue. The item will be deleted during the scheduled maintenance on May 26, 2020, so please receive the item in time. Thank you for your patience and understanding. Regards, IMC staff
[FIXED] Orsha Dungeon Matching Issue
Greetings, Saviors! The automatic party matching system in our [NA] Orsha server dungeons was recently affected by an error which made it momentarily unavailable. We are pleased to announce that this issue has now been fixed and you should be able to use the automatic matching system for dungeons again. We appreciate everyone’s quick feedback in reporting this error.
Boruto Kapas Schedule Changes
Greetings, Saviors. Following the last week's Episode 11 update, there has been a change in the schedule for the Borutos Kapas raid which is as follows: BEFORE: Mon-Fri: 7pm-1am Sat-Sun: 6am-3am AFTER: Everyday: 10pm-2am As compensation for the sudden time change, we will be issuing Instance Multiplier Token x4 and Instance Reset Voucher x1 to all players during today's scheduled maintenance. [COMPLETE] Temporary Maintenance Notice - October 31, 2018
Greetings, Saviors. We will soon begin a short maintenance across all servers in order to correct the issues described in our latest Known Issues announcement (click here to read it). The fix will include a compensation of 500 Popo Points, and the two missing event NPCs (Full Moon Kupole and Attendance Check Helper) will also be restored. This maintenance is expected to take place during the following schedule: [EDT] 02:30 to 03:30 [BRT] 03:30 to 04:30 [CET] 07:30 to 08:30 [SGT] 14:30 to 15:30 Note that this maintenance will affect all server regions. We will update this announcement once it is completed. Thank you for your understanding.
Known Issues: June 27, 2018
Greetings, Saviors. The following issue has recently been reported. 1) Guild Promotion Board Error - Opening the Guild Promotion Board UI has been known to prompt the error message above. This issue is set to be fixed during the scheduled maintenance of July 3, 2018. Until then, this feature may not work as intended. Thank you for your understanding. Please let us know via Support Ticket if you are experiencing other problems. When reporting issues, please be as detailed as possible. Screenshots, character/team/server/class details and timestamps would be greatly appreciated. The more information we have on a specific issue, the quicker it will be resolved.
