Greetings Saviors! Time to "Keep Calm and Gear Up!" ToS Task Force is back with the Second Event! Participate in our event on Facebook and Get Rewards! Event Period From 00:00 EST on August 4, 2020 To 23:59 EST on August 17, 2020 Who can Participate - All users playing Tree of Savior How to Participate - Press ‘Like’ and 'share' on the Tos Task Force uploaded on Facebook and leave a comment. [Go to Facebook] - The comment must include the following: 1) A screenshot of your character wearing the Tos Task Force costume (Must show your team name on the screenshot) 2) The correct server/team name of the character (Must match with the screenshot) Rewards - Rewards will be given to 10 saviors in total by random. - Attribute Points Box (Rank S) x1 - The Next Theme of Goddess' Blessed cube Body costume 3 types (1ea) - The Next Theme of Goddess' Blessed cube Hair costume 8 types (1ea) - The Next Theme of Goddess' Blessed cube Weapon Selection Box x1 * Winners will be announced on August 24 * Rewards will be given on August 25, during the scheduled maintenance. Adjustments on Res Sacrae Maximum Level
Greetings Saviors! Res Sacrae, a new high-level item, was added during the Episode 13 update on February 2, 2021. This new item was designed to require a lot of investment from the Saviors as it is one of the items required at the highest level. Due to the high demand for goods, it is difficult for many Saviors to actually become stronger by investing more than a certain amount of goods in Res Sacrae. But over time, there are a few Saviors who have reached a high-level Res Sacrae. If this continues, the gap between the Savior is likely to widen in the future. In order to prevent and ease this gap, we will temporarily restrict(lock) the maximum Res Sacrae level from the current 20 to 10. This measure is not permanent and we will gradually release it by monitoring the Savior's growth rate and overall Res Sacrae enhancement status in the server. Regards, IMC Staf

(Must match with the screenshot) ※ Pressing ‘Like’ and 'share' on the event page on facebook will increase the winning chance! Reward - Reward will be given to 10 saviors in total by random. Play the new contents of Tree of Savior updated on August 24, and share your tips and information on the Forum page:) Period From August 24, 2021 To October 5, 2021 Who can Participate - All saviors How to Participate Step 1 Write a guide that can be helpful for new/returning saviors. Step 2 Upload it on Forum - General Gameplay > Game Tips and Strategies category. - [Renewed] must be written at the front of the title. - Example: [Renewed] Leveling Guide, [Renewed] New Contents, [Renewed] Farming Consumables, [Renewed] New System (Equipment Succession, Goddess Equipment Enhancement), etc - Title, Server name, and Team name must be included in the post. Step 3 Selected Guides will be posted as a Community Guide after the event ends. Reward - Following rewards will be given to users by GM pick. (There won't be limits on the number of users.) - Title: Game Guide Creator x1 - Free Hair Dye Coupon x10 - Free Hair Coupon x10 ※ Cannot purchase Wigs and Hair Dye (item) with Free Hair Dye Coupon and Free Hair Coupon. - Winners will receive rewards every Tuesday during the scheduled maintenance. - All winners will be announced on the event page on October 11, 2021. Important - You can upload multiple guides. [COMPLETE] Known Issues - May 3, 2018
Greetings, Saviors. The following issues have been reported today: 1) Loading Screen Freezing - Several players have reported encountering freezing loading screens when attempting to move to a map in-game, becoming unable to enter the map with one or more specific characters. We are currently looking into the source of this issue and we will update this announcement once we obtain more details about the errors reported. If you are encountering this issue, kindly report it through a Support ticket along with your lastreplay file so we may further investigate the problem. You can find your lastreplay file at the following path: Steam/steamapps/common/TreeOfSavior/release/replay/lastreplay Thank you for your patience and understanding. [ISSUE FIXED] This issue has now been resolved. Please restart your game to apply the changes. Please let us know via Support Ticket if you are experiencing other problems. When reporting issues, please be as detailed as possible. Screenshots, character/team/server/class details and timestamps would be greatly appreciated. The more information we have on a specific issue, the quicker it will be resolved.
[UPDATE] Temporarily Server instability Issue at Silute Server
Greetings Saviors, We faced the server instability issue at BRT 22:14. The Team immediately noticed after the situation has happened, and reacted promptly. The Server issue at Silute is now properly fixed and the server is working again. We are sorry for the inconveniences caused by Server instability in this good weekend. Greetings Saviors, The following issue has recently come to our attention: - Inaccurate event notice for the Goddess' Blessed Cube Special Reward Event We would like to let you know that this is not a bug but a mistake on our part in preparing the event notice. The Goddess' Blessed Cube Special Reward Event was meant to provide players with +1 A or B-rank item with every 25 cubes opened. Our event page will be corrected immediately and the following compensation will be issued: 1 x Random A-rank Goddess' Blessed Cube item for every +1 Special Reward Event item that a player has received We will thoroughly investigate our logs to compile the list of players who were affected by this and deliver the compensations after the sale of our current Goddess' Blessed Cube has ended.
