[UPDATE] Known Issue: December 29, 2018
Greetings Saviors. The following issues have recently come to our attention. The Error Code & Dungeon entry reset issue for Telsiai and Silute servers - We are currently working to find the means to resolve the issue as soon as possible. - We will be issuing the following items to all players on Telsiai and Silute as compensation for the issue: 5x Saalus Mission One Entry Voucher (5 Days) 5x Instanced Dungeon Reset Voucher (14 Days) 5x Instanced Dungeon Multiply Token (14 Days) Please let us know via Support Ticket if you are experiencing other problems. When reporting issues, please be as detailed as possible. Screenshots, character/team/server/class details and timestamps would be greatly appreciated. The more information we have on a specific issue, the quicker it will be resolved.

Weekend Burning in October, 2022!
Greetings, Saviors! New Weekend Burning event is here! See the details and let's burn the weekends in ToS! Event Period From September 30, 2022 To October 30, 2022 Who can Participate - All saviors How to Participate Step 1. Log-in to Tree of Savior on weekends (server time) during the event period. Step 2. Find the event NPCs in Klaipeda, Fedimian, and Orsha and talk to them! * The map doesn't indicate the location of NPCs. Step 3. Play Tree of Savior with special buffs and benefits! ▶The buffs and benefits of the month are as follows: ※ Please note that the timeline will follow the server time(EST). If you receive Friday's buff at the end of the day and receive a new buff at the start of Saturday, Friday's buff will be removed and Saturday's buff will be applied. - The buffs will NOT automatically be granted to your character. You have to talk to the event NPC in order to receive the Weekend Burning Event benefits.

Greetings, Saviors! To celebrate the opening of the official Guild Territory Wars, we have prepared for you support items to assist your victory in the fierce battle ahead. Event Period FROM the scheduled maintenance on February 12, 2019 TO the scheduled maintenance on March 12, 2019 Who Can Participate - All players who belong in a guild that participates in the Guild Territory Wars How To Participate Visit and interact with the Territory Wars Helper NPC located in Klaipeda, Orsha and Fedimian to obtain the following items: - [GTW Event] Small Elixir of HP Recovery x20 - [GTW Event] Small Elixir of SP Recovery x20 - [GTW Event] Lv 15 Condensed HP Potion x20 - [GTW Event] Lv 15 Condensed SP Potion x20 - [GTW Event] Urgent Repair Kit x5 - [GTW Event] Lv 15 Condensed Movement Speed Potion x5 ※ All support items can be obtained once per week per team (resets 00:00 server time). ※ All items can be transferred through Team Storage, but not be traded personally or via the Market. ※ All items will be automatically deleted at the end of the event period.
[HOTFIX] The Masters’ Unit Badge Issue
Greetings, Saviors! After the scheduled maintenance on September 12, some players have been unable to obtain their daily Master Badge through The Masters’ Unit event that began on the same day. We would like to announce that the error that was causing this issue has been fixed. You should now be able to obtain one Master Badge per day (per team) after completing the event mission. To compensate for the missing badge, players who were affected by this error will receive 2 Master Badges the next time they participate in the event mission through the Event Notice Board. This will only apply one time. IMPORTANT: You will need to restart your game client in order for the hotfix to be applied. Remember that The Masters’ Unit event mission daily count resets at 6 AM (server time), while the time to obtain the Master Badge resets at midnight (server time). We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience while the issue was being solved.

[HOTFIX] Guilds Facing Issues Logging In
Greetings, Saviors! After the scheduled maintenance on September 26th, some guilds have reported connection issues and extreme lag while playing. We would like to announce that we have implemented a hotfix to address the error and that you will need to restart the game to ensure that these changes are applied. We would also like to request that players, after receiving this hotfix, continue to send us their lastreply files from the following directory: Steam/steamapps/common/TreeOfSavior/release/replay/lastreplay Please do not send us files from before today's hotfix as it will not provide the data we are looking for. Also please note that you do not have to use the F12 function to record anything. The file will be automatically created. We apologize for the inconvenience.
