Known Issue: February 4, 2021
Greetings Saviors, Following issues have come to our attention. 1. Unable to play 'Auto Match' contents. 2. Unable to use Chats (Guild Chat, Group Chat, Party Chat, Shout) due to Error Code [0] and Error Code [21]. We are investigating the problem and will make another announcement as soon as an update is available. We are deeply sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding. If you are experiencing any other issues with the game, please send tickets describing the problem via our Support page. Thank you.
Let’s listen directly from our developer – The progress of international version
Hello. We are "Tree of Savior" development team. There were so many questions regarding international or foreign versions of the game so I asked the programmer of “Tree of Savior”, Hebrew Young. ▲ Hebrew Young consumed too much caffeine and no one can recognize him these days. Q) Hello Hebrew Young. Lots of users are asking for the international version of the game. How’s the progress? A) Hello. I am the programmer in charge of “Tree of Savior”, Hebrew Young. We just finished converting all the texts in the game in Unicode, and now we are concentrating on making the selection of different languages within the game possible. Q) Do we choose different languages at the start of client execution? Or is it possible to change the language while we are playing the game? A) When you change the language at option, all the interfaces, dialogues and all other texts will be shown in different language. ▲ Korean ▲ English ▲ And even Japanese Q) Are the English version and the Japanese version ready for CBT? A) We are preparing, but since those translations were not done by natives, they may feel little awkward. We plan to provide a way to receive suggestions to modify translations from the community in the future. Q) Okay so then, are you planning to have one server where all the users from all around the world connect at the same time? Will the international participants also be able to join CBT? A) Right now, since we are preparing for CBT phase of the game, the servers for the test will be located in Korea initially. Therefore, we are going to test how stably the people who live far away from Korea play the game and based on the results we will gather from this test, we will decide whether we will add more physical servers to the other regions besides Korea. Q) Are you going to support only the three languages that are mentioned above? A) If we have all the translated texts, we can basically support all the languages which have corresponding language codes. For the version which we are currently developing at the moment, there is a feature that we can modify the texts in the game directly and I think if we can improve this feature, we are thinking about distributing the language sets to the users and when they are finished with translations, we will add them in the game. Q) Thank you so much for your time. Let me know when you have updated news. By the way, why do people call you Hebrew Young? A) People started to call me Hebrew Young ever since I selected Hebrew for the first language to test under multi-language version of the game. Well……………. I don't know what to say..
[COMPLETE] Known Issues - May 3, 2018
Greetings, Saviors. The following issues have been reported today: 1) Loading Screen Freezing - Several players have reported encountering freezing loading screens when attempting to move to a map in-game, becoming unable to enter the map with one or more specific characters. We are currently looking into the source of this issue and we will update this announcement once we obtain more details about the errors reported. If you are encountering this issue, kindly report it through a Support ticket along with your lastreplay file so we may further investigate the problem. You can find your lastreplay file at the following path: Steam/steamapps/common/TreeOfSavior/release/replay/lastreplay Thank you for your patience and understanding. [ISSUE FIXED] This issue has now been resolved. Please restart your game to apply the changes. Please let us know via Support Ticket if you are experiencing other problems. When reporting issues, please be as detailed as possible. Screenshots, character/team/server/class details and timestamps would be greatly appreciated. The more information we have on a specific issue, the quicker it will be resolved.

Step 2 Upload it on Forum - General Gameplay > Game Tips and Strategies category. - [Guide] must be written at the front of the title. - Example: [Guide] Quest Guide(Unlock, Episode, etc), [Guide] How to defeat raids, [Guide] How to level up your character, [Guide] Silver and Farming, [Guide] Guide for Newbie/Returnee, etc - Title, Server name, and Team name must be included in the post. Step 3 Selected Guides will be posted as a Community Guide after the event ends. Reward - Following rewards will be given to users by GM pick. (There won't be limits on the number of users.) - Title: Game Guide Creator x1 - Free Hair Dye Coupon x10 - Free Hair Coupon x10 ※ Cannot purchase Wigs and Hair Dye (item) with Free Hair Dye Coupon and Free Hair Coupon. - Winners will receive rewards every Tuesday during the scheduled maintenance. - All winners will be announced on the event page on June 28, 2021. Important - You can upload multiple guides. If multiple guides are well written, they can all be selected. - But, the reward will be given only once per week, and the title will be given only once during the event period. - Every selected guide will be included in the final guide posting. - Guides of the winners can be uploaded on Facebook official page, official website, and Forum Guide Thread. - Selected Guides will be moved to 'Community Guide'. - Rewards will be sent to the Mailbox and be deleted after 2 weeks. - Changing the team name before/after the winner announcement will not be counted. - If your team server name and team name is incorrect, you can be excluded from the winner list. - Inappropriate comments including things such as slander, insults, and hate speeches will not be counted and can be deleted. - Penalty will be applied when plagiarizing other user's guides. - Any participation after the event period will not be counted.
