The following issues have been recently reported: 1) Market Fees Not Updated - The new Market registration fees previously announced through the patch notes for May 29 failed to be applied during yesterday's scheduled maintenance. This means that you will continue to encounter the same Market fees as before for now. We plan to update the game with the new Market fees during the scheduled maintenance of June 5, 2018. After that date, you can expect the new Market fees to apply to all registered items. Thank you for your patience and understanding. Please let us know via Support Ticket if you are experiencing other problems. When reporting issues, please be as detailed as possible. Screenshots, character/team/server/class details and timestamps would be greatly appreciated. The more information we have on a specific issue, the quicker it will be resolved.
Notice on Russia Connection Issues
Greetings, Saviors. Due to recent regional IP restrictions and related measures, players located in Russia have reported experiencing connection issues when attempting to access TOS from their region. If you play Tree of Savior from Russia, you may be unable to access your server and/or certain maps in the game. As this is a situation we are unable to control, we would like to advise players affected by this issue to contact their internet service provider for a possible solution. Meanwhile, you may also use a trustworthy VPN service to circumvent the IP restrictions. Our apologies for the inconvenience.
