Go to the event post uploaded on Facebook and write a comment. [Link] - The comment must include the following: 1. Screenshot with server and team name. 2. Reply of other 2 saviors with their own team name and a short message cheering TOS! ※ Pressing ‘Like’ and 'share' on the event page on Facebook will increase the winning chance! Reward - Reward will be given to 4 Teams (12 saviors) in total. ▶ 1 creative team, 3 random teams [Rewards] - Vaivora Vision (Untradable) Selection Box x1 - Demonic Sanctuary: Legend One Entry Voucher (7 Days) x2 - Saint's Sacellum (Auto/Solo) One Entry Voucher (7 Days) x2 - Winners will be announced on the event page on November 29, 2021. - Following rewards will be given to 10 users on November 30, 2021. [HOTFIX] Guilds Facing Issues Logging In
Greetings, Saviors! After the scheduled maintenance on September 26th, some guilds have reported connection issues and extreme lag while playing. We would like to announce that we have implemented a hotfix to address the error and that you will need to restart the game to ensure that these changes are applied. We would also like to request that players, after receiving this hotfix, continue to send us their lastreply files from the following directory: Steam/steamapps/common/TreeOfSavior/release/replay/lastreplay Please do not send us files from before today's hotfix as it will not provide the data we are looking for. Also please note that you do not have to use the F12 function to record anything. The file will be automatically created. We apologize for the inconvenience.
[HOTFIX] The Masters’ Unit Badge Issue
Greetings, Saviors! After the scheduled maintenance on September 12, some players have been unable to obtain their daily Master Badge through The Masters’ Unit event that began on the same day. We would like to announce that the error that was causing this issue has been fixed. You should now be able to obtain one Master Badge per day (per team) after completing the event mission. To compensate for the missing badge, players who were affected by this error will receive 2 Master Badges the next time they participate in the event mission through the Event Notice Board. This will only apply one time. IMPORTANT: You will need to restart your game client in order for the hotfix to be applied. Remember that The Masters’ Unit event mission daily count resets at 6 AM (server time), while the time to obtain the Master Badge resets at midnight (server time). We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience while the issue was being solved.
