The following issues have recently come to our attention.

The Error Code & Dungeon entry reset issue for Telsiai and Silute servers

- We are currently working to find the means to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
- We will be issuing the following items to all players on Telsiai and Silute as compensation for the issue:
5x Saalus Mission One Entry Voucher (5 Days)
5x Instanced Dungeon Reset Voucher (14 Days)
5x Instanced Dungeon Multiply Token (14 Days)

Please let us know via Support Ticket if you are experiencing other problems. When reporting issues, please be as detailed as possible. Screenshots, character/team/server/class details and timestamps would be greatly appreciated. The more information we have on a specific issue, the quicker it will be resolved.
