Known Issue: December 6, 2018

Greetings Saviors.

The following issue has recently come to our attention.

The Harvest Festival event crops disappearing in less than an hour

- We are currently working to find the means to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

- "Harvest Festival" event period will be extended for another week(until December 26, 2018) to compensate for players who have missed the chance to participate in the said event.

Please let us know via Support Ticket if you are experiencing other problems. When reporting issues, please be as detailed as possible. Screenshots, character/team/server/class details and timestamps would be greatly appreciated. The more information we have on a specific issue, the quicker it will be resolved.
