Find the event NPCs in Klaipeda, Fedimian, and Orsha and talk to them! * The map doesn't indicate the location of NPCs. Step 3. Play Tree of Savior with special buffs and benefits! You have to talk to the event NPC in order to receive the Weekend Burning Event benefits.
[RESOLVED] EU Fedimian Instanced Dungeon and Mission Connection Issue (September 28th 2016)
The fix has been applied. You will now be able to access instanced dungeons and missions. EXP Tome x 1 and Instanced Dungeon Reset Voucher x 1 have been sent via a GM message. Please, claim them before October 1st. Once again, we are sorry for the inconvenience you may have experienced. Greetings Saviors! Since the latest maintenance (Sept 27th), Fedimian server has been undergoing certain connection issues with entering instanced dungeons and missions. Our Dev team is currently working on fixing the issue and once the process is fully complete, we will update this current post. We apologize for all the inconveniences this might have caused you. Let’s listen directly from our developer – The progress of international version
Hello. We are "Tree of Savior" development team. There were so many questions regarding international or foreign versions of the game so I asked the programmer of “Tree of Savior”, Hebrew Young. ▲ Hebrew Young consumed too much caffeine and no one can recognize him these days. Q) Hello Hebrew Young. Lots of users are asking for the international version of the game. How’s the progress? A) Hello. I am the programmer in charge of “Tree of Savior”, Hebrew Young. We just finished converting all the texts in the game in Unicode, and now we are concentrating on making the selection of different languages within the game possible. Q) Do we choose different languages at the start of client execution? Or is it possible to change the language while we are playing the game? A) When you change the language at option, all the interfaces, dialogues and all other texts will be shown in different language. ▲ Korean ▲ English ▲ And even Japanese Q) Are the English version and the Japanese version ready for CBT? A) We are preparing, but since those translations were not done by natives, they may feel little awkward. We plan to provide a way to receive suggestions to modify translations from the community in the future. Q) Okay so then, are you planning to have one server where all the users from all around the world connect at the same time? Will the international participants also be able to join CBT? A) Right now, since we are preparing for CBT phase of the game, the servers for the test will be located in Korea initially. Therefore, we are going to test how stably the people who live far away from Korea play the game and based on the results we will gather from this test, we will decide whether we will add more physical servers to the other regions besides Korea. Q) Are you going to support only the three languages that are mentioned above? A) If we have all the translated texts, we can basically support all the languages which have corresponding language codes. For the version which we are currently developing at the moment, there is a feature that we can modify the texts in the game directly and I think if we can improve this feature, we are thinking about distributing the language sets to the users and when they are finished with translations, we will add them in the game. Q) Thank you so much for your time. Let me know when you have updated news. By the way, why do people call you Hebrew Young? A) People started to call me Hebrew Young ever since I selected Hebrew for the first language to test under multi-language version of the game. Well……………. I don't know what to say..
[UPDATE] Known Issues Jan 23, 2019
Greetings Saviors, The following issues have come to our attention since the Scheduled Maintenance on January 22, 2019. 1) The issue where some players are still affected with the inventory items not being displayed correctly due to items that still have magic amplification bonuses. 2) Corsair's Pillaging attribute not being applied correctly while fighting monsters. 3) Barbarian's Frenzy: Enhance attribute not being applied correctly to the player's damage output. 4) Players receiving additional damage when equipped with full Kite Moor set. Resolved Issue - Hoplite normal attacks not dealing any damage in PvP situations when the player is under the effects of Sharp Spear Ongoing Issues - The issue where chat emotes are displayed as dots and is not displayed correctly in the chat window when entered. - Priests being able to use Resurrect more than once per round in TBL contrary to its tooltip description. - We are still currently at work restoring the players' items that were discarded while equipping gems. - Players who have lost potentials or had their items destroyed due to the Gear Grind Weekend event will be compensated by the upcoming Scheduled Maintenance on Jan 29, 2019, during which Premium Awakening Stones will also be given out as compensation for those who were affected by the issue. Regarding the Early Removal of the Summer Festa NPC
Greetings, Saviors! It has come to our attention that the Summer Festa NPC was removed earlier than scheduled during today's scheduled maintenance. We apologize for the mixup and the confusion that this may have caused for some players and will return the event NPC during next week's scheduled maintenance on October 22, which will be available in the game until the scheduled maintenance on October 29, 2019. On top of that, we will be handing out 150 [Event] Vasalos Coins on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays over two weeks (a total of 900 coins) as compensation for the mistake made.
