Known Issues: August 17, 2017
Greetings, Saviors. We are currently aware of the following issue and it is being worked on. We apologize for the inconvenience, and we will update you once it is resolved. 1) Piece Back Mission event materials not searchable in the Market - Goddess Sculpture pieces obtainable through the Piece Back Mission event do not currently appear in the Market’s search results or Material tab. We will be fixing this problem during the next scheduled maintenance on August 22, 2017. Until then, please use the Show All function to search for the Goddess Sculpture pieces in the Market. Please let us know via Support Ticket if you are experiencing other problems. When reporting issues, please be as detailed as possible. Screenshots, character/team/server/class details and timestamps would be greatly appreciated. The more information we have on a specific issue, the quicker it will be resolved.
Demon God's Temptation - Asgard
Greetings saviors:) Demon God Ragana has visited the saviors in town! Offer her silver and get costumes by chance! Period FROM January 12, 2022 TO February 15, 2021 How to Participate STEP 1. Go to the [Ragana] NPC in the towns (Klaipeda/Orsha/Fedimian). STEP 2. Offer her 50,000 silvers and she might grant you with costumes by chance! - Even if you don’t get the costumes, you can exchange them with Demon God's Temptation Points collected by each offering. - 1 Demon God’s Temptation point will be given per each offering without reward. - Demon God's Temptation event items are sorted as [Legend/Unique/Magic] rank. Item Rank Details Legend Rank - Wings/Effect/Doll item will be given as a form of package. - No limits on the obtainable number of items. Unique Rank - Costume item will be given as a form of package. - No limits on the obtainable number of items. Magic Rank - Costume item will be given as a form of package. - No limits on the obtainable number of items. STEP 3. Go to the [Demon God's Temptation Points Store] and buy costumes by using Demon God's Temptation Points. ※ Items of every theme currently registered in the Demon God's Temptation Point Shop are available until July 5th, 2022 at 23:59:59. Important - Consume Demon God's Temptation Points to exchange with the items in the Point Store. Points can be shared between teams. - Costume selection box from the [Demon God's Temptation] event can be exchanged into Demon God's Temptation Points. - Items from the Demon God's Temptation Points Store are not included in the number of acquisition limits per server. - [Wings/Effect/Doll] items exchanged from Demon God's Temptation Point Shop are given as a form of item, and [Costume] is given as a form of package. All contents from the package and items, exchanged by the points can only be moved to Team Storage. ※Contents described in this posting may be added, deleted, or changed due to updates.
Known Issues: May 30, 2018
Greetings, Saviors. The following issues have been recently reported: 1) Market Fees Not Updated - The new Market registration fees previously announced through the patch notes for May 29 failed to be applied during yesterday's scheduled maintenance. This means that you will continue to encounter the same Market fees as before for now. We plan to update the game with the new Market fees during the scheduled maintenance of June 5, 2018. After that date, you can expect the new Market fees to apply to all registered items. Thank you for your patience and understanding. Please let us know via Support Ticket if you are experiencing other problems. When reporting issues, please be as detailed as possible. Regarding to Deletion of Legend Raid Portal Stone
Greetings saviors! Legend Raid Portal Stone will be removed on the next big update. Currently, two types of Raid Portals Stones are provided in-game, just like it has been done before Unique and Legend raid have been separated. Although the Unique raid has been deleted, the Legend Raid Portal Stone system haven't changed and the Legend Raid Portal Stone Recipe became the key to obtaining Legend Raid Portal Stone regardless of the current Raid Portal Stone supply. For Legend Raid Portal Stone Recipe, it is a problem when the supply is low, and it is an item of no value when if it is sufficient. Thus, we have decided to delete the Legend Raid Portal Stone on the next big update. After the next big update, Raid Portal Stone will be unified in to 1 kind and we will increase the supply of Nucle Powder, Sierra powder, and Raid Portal Stone in-game. We will deeply monitor the supply and consumption of major goods in the game according to the demand, and manage the balance of free and premium items so that the balance does not collapse in the future as well. - Following items will not be able to trade via market anymore after the update. >Recipe - Legend Raid Portal Stone, Legend Raid Portal Stone (Market/Trade X, Team Storage O) ※ As the items are changed to trade unavailable, the 'Recipe - Legend Raid Portal Stone' and 'Legend Raid Portal Stone' will be removed from the market registration. - Effect when using the items will be changed as follows after the update. Item Items you can get Legend Raid Portal Stone Raid Portal Stone x10, Silver Chest Recipe - Legend Raid Portal Stone Silver Chest ※ Recipe items can be obtained via craft. The amount of silver given from Silver Chest is as follows. We will soon perform a short maintenance for ALL SERVERS in order to carry out the following. - Fix server instability issues that occurred following the scheduled maintenance on September 4, 2018. Announcement on EST and EDT change
Greetings, Saviors! We have been managing the standard server time based on EST and EDT. This requires additional temporary maintenances every March and November when the Summer Time applies. And the shift of server time affected some contents bound to a specific time in a negative way. Also, it caused confusion to the Saviors who do not belong to the EST/EDT timeline. Therefore, we will not apply the Summer Time from now on. The server time will be fixed to the current EST. The time displayed on the minimap will be fixed to current EST and will not be affected by the Summer Time. The time for contents will be as follow: GTW Klaipeda/Audra - 20:00 EST Fedimian/Daiva - 14:00 EST Telsiai/Sigita - 07:00 EST Silute/Lenja - 18:00 EST Gemstone Feud (Uniform Mode) Klaipeda/Audra - 21:00 EST Fedimian/Daiva - 15:00 EST Telsiai/Sigita - 08:00 EST Silute/Lenja - 19:00 EST The server time is no longer subject to be changed. But the open time of the contents can be changed for your convenience or request.
