Known Issues: February 7, 2018

Greetings, Saviors.

The following issues have recently been reported.

1) Irregular Event Boost Pack Rewards

- Players carrying the Boost Pack from the January 2018 Rookie Savior Event: Get Ahead have reported receiving only the basic pack from the February edition of the event, without the remaining milestone guide boxes.

This issue has now been fixed and you will be able to receive all Boost Packs from the event as intended. Please restart your game to apply the fix.

If you already used the basic pack, you will receive the correct Boost Pack for the event via your character's Market retrieve tab during the scheduled maintenance of February 13, 2018.

2) Event Boost Pack Not Opening

- Players participating in the February edition of the Rookie Savior Event: Get Ahead have reported being unable to open their Boost Packs.

This issue has now been fixed and you will be able to open the Boost Pack as intended. Please restart your game to apply the fix.
