Odd Candy Bonus Redistributed
Greetings, Saviors. Following the recent measures taken to prevent the unfair use of the Odd Candy bonus distributed during this year’s Halloween events (read more about it here), we would like to announce that we have sent the messages containing the 2,000 Odd Candy bonus to eligible players who had yet to receive them. The bonus has been sent to players who participated in the Halloween event dungeon at least one time before November 16, 2017. The bonus message was sent only once per team, so players who had already opened their bonus message before they were put on hold (announcement here) will not be receiving the message again. To receive your 2,000 Odd Candy bonus, please check the Message Box at your lodge. Thank you.
[RESOLVED] EU Fedimian Instanced Dungeon and Mission Connection Issue (September 28th 2016)
The fix has been applied. You will now be able to access instanced dungeons and missions. EXP Tome x 1 and Instanced Dungeon Reset Voucher x 1 have been sent via a GM message. Please, claim them before October 1st. Once again, we are sorry for the inconvenience you may have experienced. Greetings Saviors! Since the latest maintenance (Sept 27th), Fedimian server has been undergoing certain connection issues with entering instanced dungeons and missions. Our Dev team is currently working on fixing the issue and once the process is fully complete, we will update this current post. We apologize for all the inconveniences this might have caused you. Greetings, Saviors. We are currently aware of the following issue and it is being worked on. We apologize for the inconvenience, and we will update you once it is resolved. 1) Piece Back Mission event materials not searchable in the Market - Goddess Sculpture pieces obtainable through the Piece Back Mission event do not currently appear in the Market’s search results or Material tab. We will be fixing this problem during the next scheduled maintenance on August 22, 2017. Until then, please use the Show All function to search for the Goddess Sculpture pieces in the Market. Please let us know via Support Ticket if you are experiencing other problems. When reporting issues, please be as detailed as possible. Screenshots, character/team/server/class details and timestamps would be greatly appreciated. The more information we have on a specific issue, the quicker it will be resolved.

Announcement on EST and EDT change
Greetings, Saviors! We have been managing the standard server time based on EST and EDT. This requires additional temporary maintenances every March and November when the Summer Time applies. And the shift of server time affected some contents bound to a specific time in a negative way. Also, it caused confusion to the Saviors who do not belong to the EST/EDT timeline. Therefore, we will not apply the Summer Time from now on. The server time will be fixed to the current EST. The time displayed on the minimap will be fixed to current EST and will not be affected by the Summer Time. The time for contents will be as follow: GTW Klaipeda/Audra - 20:00 EST Fedimian/Daiva - 14:00 EST Telsiai/Sigita - 07:00 EST Silute/Lenja - 18:00 EST Gemstone Feud (Uniform Mode) Klaipeda/Audra - 21:00 EST Fedimian/Daiva - 15:00 EST Telsiai/Sigita - 08:00 EST Silute/Lenja - 19:00 EST The server time is no longer subject to be changed. But the open time of the contents can be changed for your convenience or request.

The following issues have been recently reported: 1) Market Fees Not Updated - The new Market registration fees previously announced through the patch notes for May 29 failed to be applied during yesterday's scheduled maintenance. This means that you will continue to encounter the same Market fees as before for now. We plan to update the game with the new Market fees during the scheduled maintenance of June 5, 2018. After that date, you can expect the new Market fees to apply to all registered items. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
