[Fan Art Festival Results] TOS 3rd Anniversary Edition
Greetings Saviors! It’s time, once again, to announce the winners of the TOS 3rd Anniversary Edition As always, we greatly appreciate all the hardworking artists who took the time to participate in this TOS celebration theme. We had to extend the voting times as we did not have sufficient votes from users during the voting period stated in our original announcement for the contest. Anyway, as we mentioned before, prizes include: 500 TP + the next Goddess' Blessed Cube Costume + the In-Game Title ("Happy Anniversary") and, of course, your art as an in-game loading screen. [COMPLETE] Temporary Maintenance Notice - October 24, 2018
Greetings, Saviors. We will shortly begin a period of maintenance on all servers in order to fix an issue with missing item names and tooltips from the latest Goddess' Blessed Cube. Maintenance is expected to take place during the following schedule. UPDATE: This maintenance has been postponed, and may now take place on October 24. We will keep you updated on the schedule through this announcement. UPDATE 2: Maintenance is scheduled to take place on the following schedule. [EDT] 02:30 to 03:00 [BRT] 03:30 to 04:00 [CEST] 08:30 to 09:00 [SGT] 14:30 to 15:00 Note that this maintenance will take place across all servers. Known Issues: February 7, 2018
Greetings, Saviors. The following issues have recently been reported. 1) Irregular Event Boost Pack Rewards - Players carrying the Boost Pack from the January 2018 Rookie Savior Event: Get Ahead have reported receiving only the basic pack from the February edition of the event, without the remaining milestone guide boxes. This issue has now been fixed and you will be able to receive all Boost Packs from the event as intended. Please restart your game to apply the fix. If you already used the basic pack, you will receive the correct Boost Pack for the event via your character's Market retrieve tab during the scheduled maintenance of February 13, 2018. 2) Event Boost Pack Not Opening - Players participating in the February edition of the Rookie Savior Event: Get Ahead have reported being unable to open their Boost Packs. This issue has now been fixed and you will be able to open the Boost Pack as intended. Please restart your game to apply the fix. Please let us know via Support Ticket if you are experiencing other problems. When reporting issues, please be as detailed as possible. Screenshots, character/team/server/class details and timestamps would be greatly appreciated. The more information we have on a specific issue, the quicker it will be resolved.
Regarding to Deletion of Legend Raid Portal Stone
Greetings saviors! Legend Raid Portal Stone will be removed on the next big update. Currently, two types of Raid Portals Stones are provided in-game, just like it has been done before Unique and Legend raid have been separated. Although the Unique raid has been deleted, the Legend Raid Portal Stone system haven't changed and the Legend Raid Portal Stone Recipe became the key to obtaining Legend Raid Portal Stone regardless of the current Raid Portal Stone supply. For Legend Raid Portal Stone Recipe, it is a problem when the supply is low, and it is an item of no value when if it is sufficient. Thus, we have decided to delete the Legend Raid Portal Stone on the next big update. After the next big update, Raid Portal Stone will be unified in to 1 kind and we will increase the supply of Nucle Powder, Sierra powder, and Raid Portal Stone in-game. We will deeply monitor the supply and consumption of major goods in the game according to the demand, and manage the balance of free and premium items so that the balance does not collapse in the future as well. - Following items will not be able to trade via market anymore after the update. >Recipe - Legend Raid Portal Stone, Legend Raid Portal Stone (Market/Trade X, Team Storage O) ※ As the items are changed to trade unavailable, the 'Recipe - Legend Raid Portal Stone' and 'Legend Raid Portal Stone' will be removed from the market registration. - Effect when using the items will be changed as follows after the update.
