We apologize for the inconvenience, and we will update you once they are resolved. 1) Regional Guild Battles - Season 1 Results! - We are investigating the result of the first season of GvG's. For this outcome the compensation or appropriate action will be taken Please let us know via Support Ticket if you are experiencing other problems. When reporting issues, please be as detailed as possible. Screenshots, character/team/server/class details and timestamps would be greatly appreciated. This will allow us more information to work with on a more specified problem, allowing it to be resolved faster.

Event Period FROM the scheduled maintenance on December 19, 2023 TO the scheduled maintenance on March 12, 2024 Who Can Participate - Every character with Lv.9 or lower ※ ONLY ONE character can participate per team. ※ The character chosen to participate in the event can not be changed midway. How to Participate Step 1. Click the Icon at the left of the Mini-map to open the event window. Step 1-2. Click the “Apply for Event” button in the pop-up with the character you wish to participate! Step 1-3. Confirm to proceed with the event after typing in the required phrase in the warning window! [Caution] ※ ONLY ONE character can participate per team. ※ The character chosen to participate in the event can not be changed whatsoever. Now you’re ready to get BOOSTED! Step 2.
