[COMPLETE] [Resolved] Known Issue: October 11, 2018
Greetings, Saviors. The following issue has recently come to our attention. Issues with the Out Comes the Full Moon event [UPDATE] The issue where players could not receive the Mini Moon has been fixed but there still remains the issue where the Mini Moon is invisible to the player. Those of you being shown the message "you cannot join the daily event now" will already have a Mini Moon that is invisible so you can still proceed with collecting the fragments. We will let you know through the announcements after we've applied the patch to resolve the issues for the invisible Mini Moon and text errors in the event NPC. Please let us know via Support Ticket if you are experiencing other problems. When reporting issues, please be as detailed as possible. Screenshots, character/team/server/class details and timestamps would be greatly appreciated. The more information we have on a specific issue, the quicker it will be resolved.
Extended Maintenance October 30, 2018
Greetings, Saviors! We would like to announce that today's scheduled maintenance will be extended for 1 hour on all servers. We will notify you through our news page after we have completed testing the updates that are due to be implemented with today's maintenance. Auto Clear Event

Clear the event contents and receive the Auto Clear buff! ▶ Event Contents - Res Sacrae Raid: Auto Match (Normal) - Res Sacrae Raid: Auto Match (Hard) - Saint's Sacellum: Auto Match - Delmore Battlefield: Auto Match - Sinking Seizure: Auto Match - Goddess Message: Memory of Flame (Hard) - Demonic Sanctuary: Auto Match - [Edited] Demonic Sanctuary: Party (Normal) - Turbulent Core: Auto Match (Reservoir of Corruption/Falouros) Step 2. Use the Auto Clear buff to instantly receive the clear rewards of the content! ▶ What is Auto Clear Buff? - When you clear the target contents of the event, an "Auto Clear" buff will be applied. - 2 buffs will be given per 1 time cleared and it stacks up to 12. - When you have the Auto Clear buff, you can consume 1 buff stack and 1 entry count to automatically receive a 1-time clear reward of specific content by clicking its Auto Clear button from the Contents Status Board. - Auto Clear buff can only be used in the towns (Klaipeda/Orsha/Fedimian). - This buff is applied per character. - The duration of the buff is 72 hours and the time resets when obtaining a new buff. - Auto Clear buff is not removed when the character becomes incapable of combat. Important - The Auto Clear buff and UI are removed after the event. Please consume all within the event period. - The number of times you clear the content with "Auto Clear" is not counted in the related achievements. - You can not obtain the event coins when clearing the content by "Auto Clear". - Additional Reward Voucher is not applied to Auto Clear. - You can receive the Lottery rewards when clearing the contents that have the possibility of winning the Lottery reward (Demonic Sanctuary/Res Sacrae Raid/Goddess Message) by Auto Clear. - Auto Clear function can not be used when queuing for Auto Match.

[UPDATE] Odd Candy Bonus: Updated Measures
Greetings, Saviors. We would like to announce and clarify a few more details about the Odd Candy bonus that was put on hold earlier (announcement here). As you may know, we distributed a bonus of 2,000 Odd Candies to every player during the scheduled maintenance of November 14 as compensation for Halloween event-related issues. These Candies can be used as currency to purchase rewards in the ongoing Halloween events, and we received several reports by players concerned about inactive accounts being able to unfairly obtain and trade these event rewards by receiving the Candy bonus. Following this, we proceeded to put a hold on all lodge messages containing the Odd Candy bonus, in order to apply the changes necessary to minimize its unfair use. We have now placed appropriate restrictions on accounts found to have obtained and/or traded large amounts of the affected Halloween event items. The same measures will also be taken against any such accounts that may be discovered in the future. Most importantly, as of this date, only players who have participated at least one time in the Halloween event dungeon until today's temporary maintenance (from October 24 to November 16, 2017) will be eligible to receive the Odd Candy bonus. All other accounts, namely the aforementioned inactive accounts, or simply accounts that did not participate in the event until November 16, will NOT receive the message containing the 2,000 Odd Candies. Following these changes, we retrieved the excess Odd Candies and/or items obtained by using them from accounts - which doesn't follow new standard stated above - where the message containing the bonus had already been opened. According to the new standard, we will re-distribute the Candies tomorrow - 17th November. We will be back with another announcement after redistributing the blessed shards. Once again we would like to thank you for your patience and understanding during this process. We also thank all the players who took the time to report instances of unfair item use and voice their concerns on the event’s issues. Thank you.
Temporary Maintenance Notice - June 12, 2019
Greetings Saviors, We will be conducting a temporary maintenance across all servers today in order to restore the missing Sprout items and the Growing Together Sprout Shop. Maintenance is expected to take place on the following schedule [EDT] 03:00 AM - 04:30 AM [CET] 08:00 AM - 09:30 AM [SGT] 03:00 PM - 04:30 PM [BRT] 04:00 AM - 05:30 AM We will be issuing 200 Sprouts to all players as compensation for the missing Growing Together Sprout Shop along with the usual temporary maintenance compensations.
