Symbol of Wealth Removed From Goddess Blessed Cube
Greetings, Saviors. We would like to announce that the Symbol of Wealth accessory erroneously added to this month's edition of the Goddess' Blessed Cube during the latest scheduled maintenance has been removed from the list of items obtainable from the cube. You may still see the exchange button available when attempting to exchange a Symbol of Wealth for medals at the Exchange Shop UI, but please note that Symbol of Wealth items can no longer be exchanged for medals at the Exchange Shop. We will not be removing the items from characters' inventories, so you can keep any Symbol of Wealth accessories you may have obtained from the Goddess' Blessed Cube. If you acquired a Symbol of Wealth from a Goddess' Blessed Cube and wish to exchange it, however, kindly send us a ticket via our Support page to receive 2 Goddess' Blessed Cubes in return. Reset Items = Rank Reset Voucher = A. When Using the Rank Reset Voucher: - You will not be able to use Rank Reset Voucher if you have unused rank-up cards left in your inventory. Remember that Rank Cards can only be used at the rank that precedes them. - The Rank Reset Voucher can only be used inside the cities of Klaipeda, Orsha and Fedimian. - To use the Voucher, you must unequip all items. - Any attributes you may be learning need to be complete before you use the Voucher. - The character to reset cannot be followed by a companion, so remember to leave your companion in your team lodge. - You cannot be using a shop (eg. a buff shop) at the time when the Voucher is used. - You cannot be crafting/enhancing items, enhancing gems or combining cards at the time when the Voucher is used. - If your character is a Templar and a guild master, you will need to transfer the guild to a new guild master or abandon the guild before you can use the Rank Reset Voucher. - Remember that you can be restricted from equipping any Circle 3 costumes you may have depending on the class you choose after the reset. - Remember that your character will have to be female in order to advance into Miko. B. After using the Rank Reset Voucher - Your character will be reset to class level 1, and you will be provided with enough Class EXP Cards to get your character back to the rank it was before the reset. You will be able to recover your pre-reset class level and EXP in full even if your character hasn’t reached class level 15. - All the attributes you learned will be reset and converted into attribute points, which you can use to learn new attributes at the corresponding Class Master. - All Monster Cards will be unequipped and sent to your inventory with no penalty applied. - Companion vouchers obtained from class advancements will be deleted. Already existing companions will not be deleted, but no additional vouchers will be provided if the corresponding companion already exists in your team. - The Rank Reset Voucher will not reset your stat points. = Stat Reset Potion = A. This item will reset all the stat points applied to your character. B. Your reset stats will be converted into status points that you can use to increase your stats again in the Character Info (F1) window. Press Shift and right-click to apply 10 points at a time. IMPORTANT 1. The Reset Pack will be released as four different DLCs, one specific to each server region, being tagged as [NA], [EU], [SEA] or [SA] accordingly. DLC products are region-exclusive, meaning they can only be redeemed in servers of their corresponding region (e.g. Fresh Start Packs tagged [SEA] or [SA] cannot be redeemed in Klaipeda, Orsha or Fedimian). Make sure to confirm your server region and carefully check the region tag of the DLC before you purchase. 2. Each DLC can only be purchased and redeemed once per Steam account. Accounts that have already purchased the Reset Pack will no longer be able to purchase this DLC for servers of the same region. 3. All DLC products are non-refundable once redeemed in the server.

Auto Clear Event
Event Period FROM the scheduled maintenance on January 3, 2023 TO the scheduled maintenance on February 7, 2023 Who Can Participate - Every savior How to Participate Step 1. Clear the event contents and receive the Auto Clear buff! ▶ Event Contents - Res Sacrae Raid: Auto Match (Normal) - Res Sacrae Raid: Auto Match (Hard) - Saint's Sacellum: Auto Match - Delmore Battlefield: Auto Match - Sinking Seizure: Auto Match - Goddess Message: Memory of Flame (Hard) - Demonic Sanctuary: Auto Match - [Edited] Demonic Sanctuary: Party (Normal) - Turbulent Core: Auto Match (Reservoir of Corruption/Falouros) Step 2. Use the Auto Clear buff to instantly receive the clear rewards of the content! ▶ What is Auto Clear Buff? - When you clear the target contents of the event, an "Auto Clear" buff will be applied. - 2 buffs will be given per 1 time cleared and it stacks up to 12. - When you have the Auto Clear buff, you can consume 1 buff stack and 1 entry count to automatically receive a 1-time clear reward of specific content by clicking its Auto Clear button from the Contents Status Board. - Auto Clear buff can only be used in the towns (Klaipeda/Orsha/Fedimian). - This buff is applied per character. - The duration of the buff is 72 hours and the time resets when obtaining a new buff. - Auto Clear buff is not removed when the character becomes incapable of combat. Important - The Auto Clear buff and UI are removed after the event. Please consume all within the event period. - The number of times you clear the content with "Auto Clear" is not counted in the related achievements. - You can not obtain the event coins when clearing the content by "Auto Clear". - Additional Reward Voucher is not applied to Auto Clear. - You can receive the Lottery rewards when clearing the contents that have the possibility of winning the Lottery reward (Demonic Sanctuary/Res Sacrae Raid/Goddess Message) by Auto Clear. - Auto Clear function can not be used when queuing for Auto Match.
[COMPLETE] Temporary Maintenance Notice - Feb 20, 2019
Greetings, Saviors. We will shortly begin a period of temporary maintenance across all servers in order to correct the following issues: 1) Players being unable to craft items or enhance gems/cards. 2) V key not working for quest items. 3) Discrepancies in the Wake Up Enhancement Package (see link here for updated announcement). 4) Potion recipes appearing as finished potions in the Wake Up All-in-One Package. 5) Popo Points not increasing with TP spent (players who already spent TP will be compensated with the corresponding PP during the maintenance). Maintenance is expected to take place on the following schedule: [EDT] 01:30 - 03:30 [BRT] 03:30 - 05:30 [CET] 07:30 - 09:30 [SGT] 14:30 - 16:30 We will update this announcement once maintenance is complete. [UPDATE] Known Issues: January 31, 2018
Greetings, Saviors. The following issues have recently been reported and are being investigated. 1) Irregular NPCs in [NA] Klaipeda cities - Players have reported certain NPCs appearing in irregular locations and becoming impossible to interact with on several channels of the Klaipeda map in the [NA] Klaipeda server. We are now looking into the source of the problem. While this process is ongoing, note that you maybe able to use the affected NPCs only on specific channels of Klaipeda. 2) Recipe Missing From Event Box - The Emengard Cannon recipe has been reported to be missing from the options of the Secret Recipe Selection Box (14 Days) obtainable through the Fedimian's Secret Night Market event. This issue is set to be fixed during the scheduled maintenance of February 6, 2018. If you would like to obtain the Emengard Cannon recipe through this event, you may do so after the scheduled maintenance. We will update this announcement once we obtain more details about the errors reported. Thank you for your patience and understanding. Please let us know via Support Ticket if you are experiencing other problems. When reporting issues, please be as detailed as possible. Screenshots, character/team/server/class details and timestamps would be greatly appreciated. The more information we have on a specific issue, the quicker it will be resolved.
