Compensation for Teams Deleted during TOS W Merge
Greetings Savior, We would like to announce the measures that will be taken to compensate the users that had their team deleted from [SEA] Telsiai during the [Tree of Saviors W] server merge. Please refer to the following announcement for the details of the policy. Target - Users who have teams on more than one of the target servers (SEA, KR, JPN) that have applied for team recovery Period After the Scheduled maintenance on April 25, 2023 ~ June 6, 2023 23:59 (KST) Category Details Period # The team recovery will be conducted in four phases. 1st Request: After the Scheduled maintenance on April 25, 2023～May 2, 2023 23:59 (KST) → Recovered on May 9, 2023. 2nd Request: May 2, 2023～May 8, 2023 23:59 (KST) → Recovered on May 15, 2023. 3rd Request: May 10, 2023～May 16, 2023 23:59 (KST) → Recovered on May 23, 2023. 4th Request: May 17, 2023～June 6, 2023 23:59 (KST) → Recovered on June 13, 2023. Procedure Category Details Overview # For a limited period, users who have teams on more than one of the target servers and would like to move their teams that were not included in the integration will be able to do so. # The recovered team will be moved to a separate Steam account from the one you're using. ※ We are unable to transfer multiple teams to the same account. Please create a new Steam account separate from your current account before contacting us. ※ When deleted teams are recovered, data regarding the connection between accounts cannot be recovered. (ex; guilds, friends, likes, etc.) Procedure 1. Create a new Steam account separate from your current Steam account 2. Access Tree of Savior with your newly created Steam account and create a new team ※ The newly created team is a temporary team for identification during the process. After the recovery is complete, they will be deleted and replaced with the existing team information that will be recovered. ※ The name of the newly created team will be applied. 3. Fill out the information below and submit a ticket through the official contact channel. [Required Information] 1. Name of the Steam account where the transferred team currently exists: 2. Others # If you have Premium TP on more than one server - The premium TPs on all servers are summed and transferred. - This will reset any Premium TP that the additional recovered team originally had, and they will not have any Premium TP when they recover to their new Steam account. ※ Integration policies and other details can be changed in the future.
Regarding the Giltine's Crown of Thorns level
Greetings, saviors! This posting is to announce the official decision for Giltine's Crown of Thorns level. We are removing the level limitation of Giltine's Crown of Thorns by stages. This message is from CEO Hakkyu, Kim to the saviors of TOS: Hello saviors, this is Hakkyu Kim. Previously, I have discussed the Res Sacrae with users at the official Discord channel and stated that there will be no Giltine's Crown of Thorns Lv.20. However, after discussing the current status and the future update with the dev team, we have come to the conclusion that the removal of the level limit is inevitable. The reason we've decided to remove the level limitation is as follows: 1. Balance gap between Tree of Savior (Korean Ver.) (which has Lv.20 Res Sacrae) and Tree of Savior (English ver.) is and will be getting bigger as new contents are updated according to the development plans. 2. Because the maximum level of Res Sacrae in Tree of Savior (Korean Ver.) is 20, many saviors have already collected the materials to level up assuming that it will be applied ITos as well in the future. 3. The average level of the users has increased over time after the Res Sacrae has been updated, and a sufficient amount of materials required to enhance Res Sacrae were released ingame. However, we will expand the level limit stage by stage to ease the gap between users who've already collected the materials and who have not. We will also return the items for those who've already exchanged the Res Sacrae materials into Contents Points. - Hakkyu Kim A. Schedule for expanding Max. level of Res Sacrae - 1st expansion will be up to Lv.14 and applied during the scheduled maintenance on July 12th. ※ The reason we've decided to apply Lv.14 on July 12th is because our next big update (lama patch) is due on the same day. It seemed reasonable since this update includes the Demonic Sanctuary (Solo) and Res Sacrae Solo (hard). - The level will be expanded to Lv.16, 18, and 20 by order. (specific dates will be announced later) B. For those who have exchanged the materials via contents point shop We will return the items for those who've already exchanged the Res Sacrae materials into Contents Points. - Items exchanged into Contents Points from June 27th to July 10th: Exchanged back to items during the scheduled maintenance on July 12th ▶ Target Items: Purified Breath of Power, Breath of Power Purifier, Breath of Power - Contents Points obtained will be retrieved and the items will be given to the market retrieve tab. ※ If the points have already been used and are not enough to deduct, the points you have will be set as - (minus). [UPDATE] Known Issues Jan 23, 2019
Greetings Saviors, The following issues have come to our attention since the Scheduled Maintenance on January 22, 2019. 1) The issue where some players are still affected with the inventory items not being displayed correctly due to items that still have magic amplification bonuses. 2) Corsair's Pillaging attribute not being applied correctly while fighting monsters. 3) Barbarian's Frenzy: Enhance attribute not being applied correctly to the player's damage output. 4) Players receiving additional damage when equipped with full Kite Moor set. Resolved Issue - Hoplite normal attacks not dealing any damage in PvP situations when the player is under the effects of Sharp Spear Ongoing Issues - The issue where chat emotes are displayed as dots and is not displayed correctly in the chat window when entered. - Priests being able to use Resurrect more than once per round in TBL contrary to its tooltip description. - We are still currently at work restoring the players' items that were discarded while equipping gems. - Players who have lost potentials or had their items destroyed due to the Gear Grind Weekend event will be compensated by the upcoming Scheduled Maintenance on Jan 29, 2019, during which Premium Awakening Stones will also be given out as compensation for those who were affected by the issue. Regarding the Early Removal of the Summer Festa NPC
Greetings, Saviors! It has come to our attention that the Summer Festa NPC was removed earlier than scheduled during today's scheduled maintenance. We apologize for the mixup and the confusion that this may have caused for some players and will return the event NPC during next week's scheduled maintenance on October 22, which will be available in the game until the scheduled maintenance on October 29, 2019. On top of that, we will be handing out 150 [Event] Vasalos Coins on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays over two weeks (a total of 900 coins) as compensation for the mistake made.
