Greetings, Saviors. We are currently aware of the following issues and are being worked on. We apologize for the inconvenience, and we will update you once they are resolved. 1) Regional Guild Battles - Season 1 Results! - We are investigating the result of the first season of GvG's. For this outcome the compensation or appropriate action will be taken Please let us know via Support Ticket if you are experiencing other problems. When reporting issues, please be as detailed as possible. Screenshots, character/team/server/class details and timestamps would be greatly appreciated. This will allow us more information to work with on a more specified problem, allowing it to be resolved faster.
Deletion of [Division Singularity Multiply Token Recipe]
Greetings Saviors, The [Division Singularity Multiply Token Recipe] which can be purchased via Sage Envoy NPC in Sajunga Road will be removed from the scheduled maintenance on November 24, 2020. [Division Singularity Multiply Token Recipe] left in the inventory will be removed on November 24, and will be refunded with the same amount of silver used to purchase the removed item. - Silvers will be given according to where the [Division Singularity Multiply Token Recipe] item was. ▶ Stored in personal storage/market > Market Retrieve Tab of the character ▶ Stored in Team Storage > Market Retrieve Tab of the corresponding server's first character of the lodge ※ Crafting the Division Singularity Multiply Token won't be able, due to the deletion of Division Singularity Multiply Token Recipe. ※ Crafted Division Singularity Multiply Token will not be removed, so it will still be available for use.

The following issue has come to our attention. - [Resolved] The issue with the number of entry to the Road To Spring event mission We temporarily closed the Event Notice Board for investigation. The devs are currently aware and working to resolve the issue. We will let you know by updating this announcement when the issue has become resolved. Temporary Maintenance - September 16, 2020
