Use the Auto Clear buff to instantly receive the clear rewards of the content! ▶ What is Auto Clear Buff? - When you clear the target contents of the event, an "Auto Clear" buff will be applied. - 2 buffs will be given per 1 time cleared and it stacks up to 12. - When you have the Auto Clear buff, you can consume 1 buff stack and 1 entry count to automatically receive a 1-time clear reward of specific content by clicking its Auto Clear button from the Contents Status Board. - Auto Clear buff can only be used in the towns (Klaipeda/Orsha/Fedimian). - This buff is applied per character. - The duration of the buff is 72 hours and the time resets when obtaining a new buff. - Auto Clear buff is not removed when the character becomes incapable of combat. Important - The Auto Clear buff and UI are removed after the event. Please consume all within the event period. - The number of times you clear the content with "Auto Clear" is not counted in the related achievements. - You can not obtain the event coins when clearing the content by "Auto Clear". - Additional Reward Voucher is not applied to Auto Clear. - You can receive the Lottery rewards when clearing the contents that have the possibility of winning the Lottery reward (Demonic Sanctuary/Res Sacrae Raid/Goddess Message) by Auto Clear. - Auto Clear function can not be used when queuing for Auto Match.

No Maintenance on Sep 25, 2018
Greetings, Saviors. We would like to inform you that there will be no maintenance performed during the next week. That means we will skip September 25 and instead schedule the next maintenance for October 2, 2018. We expect to release the patch notes for this maintenance around October 1 (Monday), as usual. Starting from October 2, our regular maintenance schedule will return to normal (once every Tuesday), unless stated otherwise. Thank you.
[UPDATE] Known Issue: September 15, 2020
Greetings Saviors! The following issues have come to our attention: 1) Crashs when using sage portal shop. [Fixed] ※ Please reconnect the game to solve the issue. 2) The content points are reset to 0. 3) The shortcuts are reset when moving to another map. Greetings, Saviors. We are currently aware of the following issues and are being worked on. We apologize for the inconvenience, and we will update you once they are resolved. 1) Regional Guild Battles - Season 1 Results! - We are investigating the result of the first season of GvG's. For this outcome the compensation or appropriate action will be taken Please let us know via Support Ticket if you are experiencing other problems. When reporting issues, please be as detailed as possible. Screenshots, character/team/server/class details and timestamps would be greatly appreciated. This will allow us more information to work with on a more specified problem, allowing it to be resolved faster.
Regarding the Giltine's Crown of Thorns level
Greetings, saviors! This posting is to announce the official decision for Giltine's Crown of Thorns level. We are removing the level limitation of Giltine's Crown of Thorns by stages. This message is from CEO Hakkyu, Kim to the saviors of TOS: Hello saviors, this is Hakkyu Kim. Previously, I have discussed the Res Sacrae with users at the official Discord channel and stated that there will be no Giltine's Crown of Thorns Lv.20. However, after discussing the current status and the future update with the dev team, we have come to the conclusion that the removal of the level limit is inevitable. The reason we've decided to remove the level limitation is as follows: 1. Balance gap between Tree of Savior (Korean Ver.) (which has Lv.20 Res Sacrae) and Tree of Savior (English ver.) is and will be getting bigger as new contents are updated according to the development plans. 2. Because the maximum level of Res Sacrae in Tree of Savior (Korean Ver.) is 20, many saviors have already collected the materials to level up assuming that it will be applied ITos as well in the future. 3. The average level of the users has increased over time after the Res Sacrae has been updated, and a sufficient amount of materials required to enhance Res Sacrae were released ingame. However, we will expand the level limit stage by stage to ease the gap between users who've already collected the materials and who have not. We will also return the items for those who've already exchanged the Res Sacrae materials into Contents Points. - Hakkyu Kim A. Schedule for expanding Max. level of Res Sacrae - 1st expansion will be up to Lv.14 and applied during the scheduled maintenance on July 12th. ※ The reason we've decided to apply Lv.14 on July 12th is because our next big update (lama patch) is due on the same day. It seemed reasonable since this update includes the Demonic Sanctuary (Solo) and Res Sacrae Solo (hard). - The level will be expanded to Lv.16, 18, and 20 by order. (specific dates will be announced later) B. For those who have exchanged the materials via contents point shop We will return the items for those who've already exchanged the Res Sacrae materials into Contents Points. - Items exchanged into Contents Points from June 27th to July 10th: Exchanged back to items during the scheduled maintenance on July 12th ▶ Target Items: Purified Breath of Power, Breath of Power Purifier, Breath of Power - Contents Points obtained will be retrieved and the items will be given to the market retrieve tab. ※ If the points have already been used and are not enough to deduct, the points you have will be set as - (minus). Deletion of [Division Singularity Multiply Token Recipe]
Greetings Saviors, The [Division Singularity Multiply Token Recipe] which can be purchased via Sage Envoy NPC in Sajunga Road will be removed from the scheduled maintenance on November 24, 2020. [Division Singularity Multiply Token Recipe] left in the inventory will be removed on November 24, and will be refunded with the same amount of silver used to purchase the removed item. - Silvers will be given according to where the [Division Singularity Multiply Token Recipe] item was. ▶ Stored in personal storage/market > Market Retrieve Tab of the character ▶ Stored in Team Storage > Market Retrieve Tab of the corresponding server's first character of the lodge ※ Crafting the Division Singularity Multiply Token won't be able, due to the deletion of Division Singularity Multiply Token Recipe. ※ Crafted Division Singularity Multiply Token will not be removed, so it will still be available for use.
