Greeting Saviors, We are aware of some options unlocked from Appraised Items is higher than the normal amount supposed to be. The unusual options on the Items shall be modified back to its normal amount. So we highly advise players to take precaution when trading or buying such items.

[UPDATED] Known Issues: March 14, 2017
Greetings, Saviors. The issues below have been detected after today's maintenance. We apologize for the inconvenience, and we will update you once they are resolved. 1) Addons affecting map exploration - Using addons will make map exploration reset under certain conditions. The issue can persist even after uninstalling the addons. We believe this problem could be affecting other functions in the game. Please check any addons you may have installed if you encounter issues similar to this. [UPDATE]: We have found that this problem is not caused exclusively by the use of certain addons. We are working to find a solution for it. 2) Auto Match button occasionally not responding - The Auto Match button in instanced dungeons and missions will occasionally fail to respond after being clicked. Please let us know via Support Ticket if you are experiencing other problems. When reporting issues, please be as detailed as possible. Screenshots, character/team/server/class details and timestamps would be greatly appreciated. This will allow us more information to work with on a more specified problem, allowing it to be resolved faster.

[Fan Art Festival] TOS PoPo's Summer Edition
Greetings Saviors! This time around the Fan Art Festival theme is… PoPo's Summer Vacation! We want to know: how will you spend your summer vacation? Will you go to the beach? Go camping? Maybe even fishing? Give us the scope! We will be accepting submissions from now until June 18th 00:00 EDT. From June 18th 02:00 EDT until June 20th 00:00 EDT voting will commence. PRIZES INCLUDE: 500 TP + A Surprise Gift + In-Game Title (“PoPo Vacation”) + Your art as an in-game loading screen (Prizes will be given out during the scheduled maintenance on June 25th. The surprise gift will be the next costume to appear in the Goddess' Blessed Cube). Similar to the previous festival, a total of 10 pieces will be chosen. - 5 pieces will be picked by User Vote by receiving the most "Likes" by the Forum Users. - 5 pieces will be personally picked by Staff (after users have voted). HOW TO ENTER: Log into the TOS Official Forum and upload your art to the Fansite / Fan Art Category. The title of your post should start with “[SUBMIT]” and should include the name of your piece. Inside your post, make sure to write the Title, Your Server Name, and Team Name plus a short description of your art. When the submission period ends, an official voting thread with all the works of art will be created by the Staff. Only the "likes" received in this official thread will be counted as user votes. Art Requirements: Format: JPG/PNG/PSD Size: 1920*1080px, 300dpi The art must be related to the theme Acceptable mediums: - Illustration - Comic panels - An image that utilizes in-game screenshots or material. - Real-life photography, or images that utilize such, will not be accepted - Please note: We will exclude votes cast by forum accounts that shared the same IP addresses after reviewing the accounts. The results of the user vote are a reflection of this change. [Fan Art Festival Results] TOS PoPo's Summer Edition
Greetings Saviors! It’s time, once again, to announce the winners of the TOS PoPo's Summer Edition As always, we greatly appreciate all the hardworking artists who took the time to participate in this TOS summer theme. We had to extend the voting times as we did not have sufficient votes from users during the voting period stated in our original announcement for the contest. Anyway, as we mentioned before, prizes include: 500 TP + the next Goddess' Blessed Cube Costume + the In-Game Title ("PoPo Vacation") and, of course, your art as an in-game loading screen. Prizes will still be delivered via GM message during the scheduled maintenance on June 25th. Also please note that votes shared by the same IP addresses have been removed. Regarding the Giltine's Crown of Thorns level
Greetings, saviors! This posting is to announce the official decision for Giltine's Crown of Thorns level. We are removing the level limitation of Giltine's Crown of Thorns by stages. This message is from CEO Hakkyu, Kim to the saviors of TOS: Hello saviors, this is Hakkyu Kim. Previously, I have discussed the Res Sacrae with users at the official Discord channel and stated that there will be no Giltine's Crown of Thorns Lv.20. However, after discussing the current status and the future update with the dev team, we have come to the conclusion that the removal of the level limit is inevitable. The reason we've decided to remove the level limitation is as follows: 1. Balance gap between Tree of Savior (Korean Ver.) (which has Lv.20 Res Sacrae) and Tree of Savior (English ver.) is and will be getting bigger as new contents are updated according to the development plans. 2. Because the maximum level of Res Sacrae in Tree of Savior (Korean Ver.) is 20, many saviors have already collected the materials to level up assuming that it will be applied ITos as well in the future. 3. The average level of the users has increased over time after the Res Sacrae has been updated, and a sufficient amount of materials required to enhance Res Sacrae were released ingame. However, we will expand the level limit stage by stage to ease the gap between users who've already collected the materials and who have not. We will also return the items for those who've already exchanged the Res Sacrae materials into Contents Points. - Hakkyu Kim A. Schedule for expanding Max. level of Res Sacrae - 1st expansion will be up to Lv.14 and applied during the scheduled maintenance on July 12th. ※ The reason we've decided to apply Lv.14 on July 12th is because our next big update (lama patch) is due on the same day. It seemed reasonable since this update includes the Demonic Sanctuary (Solo) and Res Sacrae Solo (hard). - The level will be expanded to Lv.16, 18, and 20 by order. (specific dates will be announced later) B. For those who have exchanged the materials via contents point shop We will return the items for those who've already exchanged the Res Sacrae materials into Contents Points. - Items exchanged into Contents Points from June 27th to July 10th: Exchanged back to items during the scheduled maintenance on July 12th ▶ Target Items: Purified Breath of Power, Breath of Power Purifier, Breath of Power - Contents Points obtained will be retrieved and the items will be given to the market retrieve tab. ※ If the points have already been used and are not enough to deduct, the points you have will be set as - (minus).
