Questions and Answers about TOS #2
Hello. We are "Tree of Savior" development team. We have received so many questions from the fans from all around the world. So to give you better answers for your questions, we invited Director syKim. Q) First of all, why is the game called “Tree of Savior” and what is the story of the game? A) The story starts with a huge tree. After this tree had appeared on the Earth, the Goddesses who had been protecting the humans suddenly disappeared from the Earth. Under the attacks from the monsters, humans struggle to live on day by day. After some time, the warriors who were selected by the Goddess Laima, who controls destiny, save the Goddesses and they start to reveal the hidden stories about the tree and the monsters. Q) How many characters can I create per account? I mean how many character slots are available? A) It depends on the size of barrack. The first barrack that is given to players when they start the game will have four character slots. However, as you move into bigger barracks, you will be able to create more characters and you will also be able to decorate your barrack. Q) Is server wide chatting available? We received a request from a fan that this feature should be in the game. A) Yes. There is server wide chatting available in the game and you can do it using a mic. All the messages that are sent to the server will be displayed on the upper side of the screen and they can be scrolled down as in Granado Espada. Q) When we engage in trades, do we have to set up individual stalls or is there a market where players can register their items? A) Instead of using individual stalls, we are planning to have a market where all the players can register their items. However interpersonal trades are also possible. If we add a feature which allows individual stalls in the game, it will be focused more on purchase requests rather than selling the items. There is also a feature in the game which GM can submit items to be listed on auction at the fixed times and it will have all the same features that are available in the real auctions. Q) Is there a level cap? If there is, which level will be the level cap? A) We are expecting level 100 will be the level cap for the CBT version of the game. We are talking about the basic level of the characters and there are different levels for each class. Q) I heard there are 80 types of classes. Can we choose among 80 classes from the start of the game? A) No. There are four classes to choose from at the start of the game. After that, with each character’s advancement as you play the game, there will be total of 80 classes in the game. We will have 80 classes for the official launch version of the game and the numbers can increase after that. Q) Instead of advancing your character class, I heard you can also train your existing class. What are the benefits for doing so? A) When you train your existing class of the character, you can level up the existing skills and you can also learn new skills and attributes for the class. For example, a player who started the game with Wizard may decide not to advance to Creomancer and instead level up the Wizard to 2nd layer of circle. The skills of the Wizard will be stronger after that. Q) Are there any specific jobs for crafting the items or to collect the items in the game? I like crafting stuffs more than hunting. All classes will be able to collect the items in the game. Q) How hard are the bosses? Do we need to control the game like action genre games? A) It depends on each player’s controllability, but we think that it will not be hard if you understand the patterns of the bosses’ movements. The bosses that will appear on the raids and the fields may be little more difficult. ▲Bosses are not hard. Q) We don’t use mouse to play the game? Only keyboard? What happens when I click on the monsters or the ground? A) When you move or control your character, only keyboard is used, but when you click on UIs, you can use mouse. We had a version of the game which you can move your character using mouse, but it was rather hard to play the game using mouse so we gave up on using mouse. Nothing happens even if you click on the ground. Okay. So that’s it for Questions and Answers for TOS #2 and we will answer more of your questions in the future. Thank you so much.

Reset Items = Rank Reset Voucher = A. When Using the Rank Reset Voucher: - You will not be able to use Rank Reset Voucher if you have unused rank-up cards left in your inventory. Remember that Rank Cards can only be used at the rank that precedes them. - The Rank Reset Voucher can only be used inside the cities of Klaipeda, Orsha and Fedimian. - To use the Voucher, you must unequip all items. - Any attributes you may be learning need to be complete before you use the Voucher. - The character to reset cannot be followed by a companion, so remember to leave your companion in your team lodge. - You cannot be using a shop (eg. a buff shop) at the time when the Voucher is used. - You cannot be crafting/enhancing items, enhancing gems or combining cards at the time when the Voucher is used. - If your character is a Templar and a guild master, you will need to transfer the guild to a new guild master or abandon the guild before you can use the Rank Reset Voucher. - Remember that you can be restricted from equipping any Circle 3 costumes you may have depending on the class you choose after the reset. - Remember that your character will have to be female in order to advance into Miko. B. After using the Rank Reset Voucher - Your character will be reset to class level 1, and you will be provided with enough Class EXP Cards to get your character back to the rank it was before the reset. You will be able to recover your pre-reset class level and EXP in full even if your character hasn’t reached class level 15. - All the attributes you learned will be reset and converted into attribute points, which you can use to learn new attributes at the corresponding Class Master. - All Monster Cards will be unequipped and sent to your inventory with no penalty applied. - Companion vouchers obtained from class advancements will be deleted. Already existing companions will not be deleted, but no additional vouchers will be provided if the corresponding companion already exists in your team. - The Rank Reset Voucher will not reset your stat points. = Stat Reset Potion = A. This item will reset all the stat points applied to your character. B. Your reset stats will be converted into status points that you can use to increase your stats again in the Character Info (F1) window. Press Shift and right-click to apply 10 points at a time. IMPORTANT 1. The Reset Pack will be released as four different DLCs, one specific to each server region, being tagged as [NA], [EU], [SEA] or [SA] accordingly. DLC products are region-exclusive, meaning they can only be redeemed in servers of their corresponding region (e.g. Fresh Start Packs tagged [SEA] or [SA] cannot be redeemed in Klaipeda, Orsha or Fedimian). Make sure to confirm your server region and carefully check the region tag of the DLC before you purchase. 2. Each DLC can only be purchased and redeemed once per Steam account. Accounts that have already purchased the Reset Pack will no longer be able to purchase this DLC for servers of the same region. 3. All DLC products are non-refundable once redeemed in the server.

TOS Guide Master
Greetings, Saviors! Ever since the early days of TOS, our forum users have been keeping new and active players alike informed on the latest tips through their comprehensive game guides. Now, we set out to compile the best of the best on three major categories that will be featured on our TOS website front page. Event Period - Submissions accepted until April 23, 2019 - Winners announced on April 30, 2019 How to Participate STEP 1. Compose and submit or update your existing game guide in the ‘Game Tips and Strategies’ category of our official forums until April 23, 2019. The guide must fall into one of three categories: 1) Character Growth, 2) Growing In-game Funds, or 3) Quest Progression. Take the time to read the submission guidelines below and make sure your guide abides by forum rules. STEP 2. Until April 30, we will review all submitted guides and select the top posts. Winning guides will be moved to the ‘Community Guides’ forum category, and they will be featured in our official website’s front page in a new section to be added. Selected players will also win the following rewards: - Title: Game Guide Creator x1 - Barber Shop FREE Gift Coupon x1 - Goddess’ Blessed Cube x10+1 Submission Guidelines 1) The title of your post should start with ‘[GUIDE MASTER]’. In the body of the post, please include your server and team name information. 2) Each guide must fall into one of the following three categories: a) Character Growth (ways to level up), b) Growing In-game Funds (ways to maximize currency gains), or c) Quest Progression (ways to manage quest play). The guide can be about one of the categories in general, or focus on a specific aspect of the category (for instance, in accordance to the player's goal, play style, build, etc.). Make sure it is clear in the guide which category it belongs to. 3) Guides must include a sufficient amount of up-to-date, correct information, sufficient quality of analysis, and be sufficiently comprehensive of the covered subject. 4) Guides must be conveniently displayed and formatted. 5) Guides must be written on the official TOS forums, and not on a page linked elsewhere. However, links to external resources, screenshots and videos etc. are allowed when used to complement the guide. 6) Guides must be newly written or updated during the event period. Outdated guides are not eligible for rewards. Important - We will not accept guides that are similar to others already published in our official forums. - Guides added to the ‘Community Guides’ category may be removed if they become outdated. - You will not be able to post in the new ‘Community Guides’ category directly. Any guides must be posted in the ‘Game Tips and Strategies’ category, from where they can be moved by a staff member. - Players are encouraged to be a part of the process, report outdated or incorrect guides, and recommend well-written ones be added to the Community Guides category.
